All in all a decent, well stocked, pharmacy. The employees are friendly & professional. Plus the pricing is reasonable by NYC standards.

The staff is incredibly helpful, and they really get to know you over time. If my wife or I come in alone, they always ask how the other one is doing. If they run out of stock theyll order something for you. And if youre in a time crunch just call and theyll deliver.

Found in one visit everything I needed and also what I wasn’t looking for but thought of getting. Nicely placed merchandise, clean and staff is polite. Will go back. They close at 12:00 am. Amazing

Windsor is the most reliable and personable pharmacy Ive ever been to. They go out of their way to serve their customers. I would not go anywhere else. Their tooth brush section is in the top 3 worldwide! With Duane reades on every other block Windsor is in a class all by itself.

I had to do an assignment for communication class in St.Johns College of Pharmacy, and I has to interview a pharmacist, so I called him (Dr.Joe) and he was very friendly and kind. He took the time to answer my questions. Its hard to find someone who is willing to take their time to speak to you. This goes to show that the pharmacist is very passionate about his job.

When ever in New York I have to visit. I love that its a family owned business.

Prepare to be stared at and followed around when you come in here. Staff treat all customers like potential thieves. Much more expensive then Duane Reade down the street.

The friendly staff actually seems to care about the people that come in to this store. Huh?Also they remember your face and dont treat you like another bum buying meds. I take the path and the subway from Jersey City to get my meds here.Its a bit pricey compared to duane reade or other chain pill pushers but if you dont want to wait for more than 5 minutes than come here and support this small town pharmacy in the middle of NYC.

Delivers for first couple months on time and then late deliveries and hi prices. Do not care for patents well being or need to deliver life saving medications on time unless you want to pay $250.00 for FedEx delivery costing $20.00. Ruthless, undependable and 4x the price of other pharmacies. $20.00 for a $3.00 prescription.

Name suggests that they would have items that are regularly available in a pharmacy / drug store; well not here, call it a make-up cosmetics shop, that would make more sense

This pharmacy is over priced in my opinion. I went in on a rainy day looking for a small pocket umbrella and they had them for $18. There was a Duane Reade next door that had them for $9.Also, the staff seemed offended that I walked out without purchasing something.
