She wasnt kidding when she said this program would unlock freedom! I have so much more fulfillment in my life with Laurens help. It was hard for a while, considering those life-long habits I was focused on breaking, but it has been incredibly worth it. Ive found food to be more than calories to count and my body to be more than something to look at. I have energy to find new hobbies and passions that I used to be too scared to try and I can easily say Im so much happier!! Thank you, Lauren!

Lauren is so knowledgable in her field and more importantly so empathetic and caring. To meet with her for 5 months and feel like that wasnt enough is saying something! If you want to repair your relationship with food and your body this is the person to go to!

Discovering Lauren and her program on Intuitive Eating has been life changing for me. Working with Lauren has helped me overcome eating disorders which has led me to a better understanding of my body, my relationship with food, and my relationship with myself. I was able to communicate with Lauren regularly throughout the program. She was responsive and always there for me with a positive message and support. Through the Intuitive Eating program run by Lauren, she took the time to carefully assess where I was at with each step of the program, and knew when extra time was needed in order to move forward. Her caring nature and dedication to helping others are just two traits that make her such an outstanding dietitian.

Ive been working with her for almost 3 years and the impact on my quality of life has been dramatically positive. Lauren is great! I came to her with so many questions on what I could do to be healthier. She recommended a variety of different snacks, books/articles to read about healthy eating, and activities to try. She was great in making me more mindful about food, but also helped me in managing stress. I highly recommend Lauren!!

Working with Lauren was such a blessing. I had an idea that my eating habits were disordered, but no clue how bad it was until working with Lauren. She didnt point out these issues, however... she allowed me to self-discover them while working through my homework and our video calls. That made the lessons stick way more, and it better empowered me to make lifestyle changes that I can sustain. I feel more confident making food choices for myself, I have stopped obsessing over what a scale or chart says, and I have stopped binge eating. What a huge change in 5 months-- but these changes will last me a lifetime. She encouraged me to choose my health over anything else. Highly recommend her services. Thank you Lauren!!

An incredible trainer that has the patience and aptitude to work with all skill levels. I started training with Lauren two years ago, and she helped me to achieve my fitness goals. While I had experience with Pilates, strength training was new to me. Laurens coaching style enabled me to build up my confidence level and stay motivated. She partners with you on what you hope to achieve and tailors the workouts accordingly. Funny, engaging and enthusiastic, Lauren is a pleasure to train with each week!This is the best investment in myself, to live a strong, healthy life.

Lauren is a fantastic Dietitian/Nutritionist/Wellness Coach. Through Laurens coaching and motivation, I was able to jump-start my transition back to a healthier lifestyle. Lauren delivered everything I was initially expecting, such as direction around food choices, portion control, meal times, etc. But why I would recommend Lauren is because she does so much more than those basic things. We developed a program based on my personal preferences then worked together closely to make sure I was feeling good and accomplishing my personal goals. Lauren was great at listening to my feedback and adjusting my program to meet my needs. Overall, I could not be happier with my experience with Lauren. As someone who said they wanted to live healthier and get back in shape for years, I have Lauren to thank for finally doing it.

Before I started working with Lauren, I had tried it all: shakes, teas, intermittent fasting ... you name it. I was in a place where I was very unmotivated to work out after all the fad workouts I had tried. I first discovered Lauren through a buddy at work who had amazing results after working with her. So I pulled the trigger after much hesitation and started seeing Lauren twice a week and it CHANGED MY LIFE.Lauren is fun, positive, friendly, encouraging, intense, and a passionate trainer. She helps me live up to my potential each week. Lauren has shown me that I am strong both physically and mentally. She always pushes me to prove that to myself.Each session feels fresh, new, challenging and targeted to my goals. My sessions with Lauren have become moments in my week that I look forward to in order to take a break from all the crazy stress of my life.

After years of trying many different workout and diet regiments I came to see Lauren. She took the time to learn my history of eating habits and the challenges I faced around my busy and unpredictable work schedule. One of my biggest problems was a longtime battle with insomnia due to coming home late from work and eating late which Lauren helped me to address. Through working with her I was able to end a horrible cycle of bad eating habits which was negatively affecting my energy levels and lost almost 25lbs in the process with minimal exercise just by changing the way I thought about food and it’s affect on my daily performance. She is wonderful to work with, non judgmental and understands and works around the flaws of her clients which is her best quality. I highly recommend her to anyone trying to make a positive change in their lives when it comes to the way they approach food.

Working with Lauren was extremely beneficial to me and I am so grateful of all that I learned from her. I came to Lauren at a very low point in my life and she helped me learn how to deal with my problems without relying on food for happiness. With Lauren’s helpful advice, constant communication, and positive attitude I learned how to successfully heal my long lasting poor relationship with food. Whenever I was feeling bingey or guilty about my eating habits I knew I could go to Lauren to feel better. Lauren is extremely bright, approachable, relatable, and even after my 10 sessions were over i still feel comfortable going to Lauren for advice.I now feel more confident in my eating decisions and my binge eating has decreased significantly. I highly recommend Lauren to others struggling with disordered eating.

Lauren introduced me to intuitive eating which I thought was another diet. It is not, instead it has open me up to understanding of how I have been a victim of the diet culture and trying to undo years of that mess is why Lauren is so important for me at this time in my journey of self acceptance.

When I came to Lauren I needed help with two things. My stomach was constantly upset (wasnt sure if that was from food but was pretty certain), and I had acne that I was sure was caused by a food sensitivity. I took the test she recommended and then she came up with a plan to help me figure out my nutrition plan. I can honestly say it was my best investment of 2018. Lauren teaches you about your own body. She has helped me become my own mini nutritionist and creating a customized plan just for me that works with my lifestyle. How to function in the real world. We dont all have time for meal prep every week yall. I feel so much more confident about how to fix my skin. I wear makeup WAY less which is funny because im a makeup artist but hey. The base for great makeup is great skin. Most importantly my stomach isnt upset anymore after every meal and I know exactly what to eat when I want my skin to look its best #weareallnotthesame. I ate pizza last week and because of Lauren I knew exactly why I had a skin flare up. I went back to the basic nutrition plan (all normal food nothing crazy) and was able to clear up my skin in a week. So thank you Lauren for improving my quality of life. Im so in tune with my body now and feel empowered. Finally, I can focus on something else. haha. Also I hadnt told her this but one thing I liked is she understood life happens and we are not perfect. But if we know what works for us you can make good decisions majority of the time and thats what matters. Also, you can really tell she cares and to me that means the world. Yall hire lauren. I promise its so worth it.
