My son is under Dr. Maria Karpovs care and I am delighted with everything from the spotless office, to the exceptional staff and Dr. Karpov herself- a terrific, top notch dentist who makes everyone feel comfortable. At first introducing my son to the idea of braces was a battle, but once he began treatment he now looks forward to his visits. This says a lot. It is clear that the most up-to-date tools and procedures are in use- completely unlike the rather primitive orthodontic work I endured as a teen. The office is modern in the best sense and arrayed with the amazing drawings, paintings and prints of artist Darina Karpov, Dr. Karpovs sister. Always a treat to see.

Dr. Karpov is not only a top notch orthodontist, but is also charismatic, funny, and a joy to be around. During these deeply chaotic times of the pandemic, she took the time to check in and connect with me on an individual level. Subsequently, I, of course, ended up with a broken retainer but Dr. Karpov went out of her way to help me by ordering a new one and personally shipping it to me. I very much appreciate the dedication she takes to her patients for all the minor things. Ive been going to Dr.Karpov and her staff for three years. I went to a different orthodontist first and he suggested some things. But when I made my first appointment with Dr.Karpov she explained so much more. My teeth were a crazy mess when I first started. Every time I go for an appointment Dr. Karpov always smiles and welcomes me. The staff is super professional and always gives me feedback about how my teeth are doing. And now that the braces are off, my teeth are 10 times better. Everyone in the office is just the best and Im going to be so sad when my time is up with the staff.

I come here to see Dr. Abrams, who i met while seeking treatment at the University of Pennsylvania. I came up to NY for school last year and when i found out he was coming to the city i was ecstatic. Very personable and very good at what he does.

Dr. Karpov is an excellent orthodontist. I am an adult, who dreaded having dental work. She was kind, efficient, and most importantly, was able to really help me.

I met Dr.Karpov for a consultation about my jaw problems a while ago. First, I was very impressed about her office, it is very nice and clean. Her staff is very friendly and kind. My appointment time was exactly as scheduled. She spent a lot of time with me and unswering all my questions which is very important for me. I really like her because she is very professional and her suggestions were really helpful.She start my treatment with night guard appliance MAGO with really start works for me right the way . After some time I really felt much better and she still keeps on spending time with me when I am coming in for an adjustment. I highly recommend her to everybody from kids to adults.

Today I finished my treatment and all I can say is I LOVE this place. I’d visited 3 orthodontists before Dr. Karpov and finally decided to do my treatment here. Best decision I’ve made!I did Invisalign and from day one this place was a great experience. The staff remains consistent and by the time you’ve finished treatment, starts to feel like your orthodontics family.Karpov Orthodontics is ON TOP of their schedule and with how many doctors are always running behind these days, you’ll come to endlessly appreciate it. Whenever I had a tight schedule or needed to change an appointment, they always accommodated.Their technology is very up to date as well and you notice that through every step of the process. On multiple occasions I was able to text in to change an appointment or ask questions. I confirmed my appointments by text and their advanced teeth mold scanner things in the office made everything super quick. 9/10 times I was in and out within 10 minutes. Never in a rushed way though, they always took as much time as needed to thoroughly address my questions and concerns.I never had an appointment canceled, delayed, or rescheduled by the office. On the few occasions Dr. Karpov wasn’t available, they had another orthodontist who came in to cover. She wasn’t quite as amazing as Dr. Karpov but still great.They’ve just expanded to a beautiful new office that continues to be incredibly convenient for me downtown.Oh and yeah, I walked in looking like a vampire one year ago and now my teeth lookin hella fineeee. If you trynna look like a hottie, hit up Dr. Karpov.I highly recommend this place and really don’t have anything bad to say. It’s been consistently great over the year I did treatment here.
