I only have eyes for Dr. Ho! I will never change to another eye doc. Ive seen Dr. Clinton Ho for nearly 10 years. Hes thorough and knowledgeable and will take the time to examine and explain everything.His staff, specifically Larissa, has been super kind and helpful, taking the time to help me find the right contact lenses within my budget.I recommended H-Optics to a friend years ago. Hes since moved to the west coast and tells me I need a Dr. Ho in my life.Dont hesitate to come to H-Optics!

H Optics has always provided amazing service. They have worked to fit me in on short notice and the receptionists are very professional and kind. Dr. Clint Ho takes his time to thoroughly examine my eyes and explain my prescription. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Ho is definitely the best optometrist I’ve ever seen. In addition to my regular vision appointment, he diagnosed and helped me fix some dry eye symptoms I didn’t even think to bring to his attention. He used an anatomical model of an eye to explain everything to me which I found very helpful. This approach underscores his dedication and care for each patient, as well as his instinct to make the patient an equal stakeholder in their own care plan. His staff was timely, kind, attentive, and very patient in teaching me to use contacts. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Ho and H Optics enough.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and suuuuuper into teaching his patients about what is going on with their eyes. If you like getting full explanations like I do, this is the place for you.Ive moved across the country and havent been a patient in like three years, and Im STILL writing a review. Staff was really friendly. They have safety procedures when you enter to insure you are safe and free of COVID. The doctor was amazing very helpful and explained in detail what his findings were. My daughter was very happy with the experience and so were we great job guys!

Dr. Ho was incredibly kind, thorough, and respectful. I also appreciated the educational components of my visit. Receptionists are very nice women as well. One woman helped me pick my glasses and I ended up going with her recommendation. Overall great visit.

Amazing Dr., incredibly thorough, helpful, friendly and does not rush a visit. Always looking out for what’s best for the patient and doesn’t use a product that is outdated or that is less efficient. What a great experience, came here as a first time patient, the staff was very welcoming and helpful! There was no wait time what so ever.I did an exam and contact lens fitting (first time) and was taught how to apply and remove them by one of his assistants within 15 mins.I was sent with a trial pack of contacts to test between two brands, and ordered my preferred brand during my 2 week follow up.They offered me a rebate to get money back and also gave me contacts to last me until I received my yearly supply!!Thank you guys so much :)

I went for an annual eye exam at H Optics today (having recently moved into the neighborhood), and it was one of the all-around best medical visits Ive ever had. The two women working the front desk were exceptionally polite and knowledgable. They took the COVID-19 precautions seriously and were able to answer all of my insurance questions.Dr. Ho was the best. He taught me more about eye health in 30 minutes than anything I knew previously. I usually get anxious at appointments, but felt comfortable talking to him the entire time. Im so glad I found this place and plan to return for anything related to eye health.

My first time seeing an optometrist and I regret not seeing Dr. Ho before! Dr. Ho and Eleana were very friendly and took their time to educate me on all of the side affects and solutions to symptoms I was having. After seeing so many doctors, I realized that my vision has been off causing much tension. Eleana was wonderful and helped me pick out frames and walked me through the steps of getting prescriptions for the first time.Ill be going back!

Dr. Ho and is staff are excellent. They all provide great customer service. Dr. Ho is a doctor you can trust. Hes witty, an expert at his craft and wouldnt hesitate to drop a joke or two which is very very refreshing. Service is quick and easy. I highly recommend this establishment.

First time coming here and expected to wait a bit; paperwork and insurance approvals were fast. Dr. Ho is a very thorough optometrist and takes his time with you while empowering you about your eye health. A nice selection of frames but not overwhelming, either. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Ho is an eye saver. Smart is a given, but he cares and he is in it for the long haul, hes thinking about the life long health of your eyes. Ive been going to him for years and my eye deterioration has slowed SIGNIFICANTLY. The best! 💛

I made an appointment with Dr. Ho after reading good reviews of him online, and I was very happy I did so. I was able to make an appointment quickly, within the week, and when I got to the office I was seen right away. Dr. Ho provided excellent care, he explained everything thoroughly, showed me on diagrams and visuals what was going on with my eyes, and made me feel like he really cared about my eye health and vision. I definitely felt like I was in good hands with Dr. Ho and would highly recommend him as an eye doctor.

Attractive little storefront optometrist. The Dr. is both professional and extremely friendly. Hes one of those guys who smiles whenever he says anything, and whenever youre speaking.. pretty much all the time, really. So you feel right at home even though hes blowing puffs of air into your eyes. Also, though a bit rich for my blood, the glasses are all designer, and way marked up (after checking online). Ive never seen such a good selection in one place. Any would look awesome. Architects optometrist of choice.

Seriously such a nice guy. I dont even ever write reviews, but I will for him. I started seeing Dr. Ho when I lived nearby ~6 years ago. Havent lived close since, but hes still my go-to guy. Hes *really* into eye health, and loves providing pro-bono lectures. If you like learning (and just generally kind and affable people) youll dig Dr. Ho.

I decided to go to H Optics because I had somewhat of an eye medical emergency. I had a last minute appointment via phone and though they were busy, they were willing to accommodate me. The girls who worked at the front were efficient, helpful and very friendly. I saw the doctor within a few minutes even though Id never been there before. Dr. Ho was very friendly as well and had a very light tone. He explained my diagnosis and made everything clear to me. I would definitely come back to H Optics for my eye treatment needs. Though I already have an optometrist and ophthalmologist Im now willing to change both to H Optics.

I absolutely love H Optics and if I could give them 10 stars I would.Staff: absolutely amazing. Ive never felt more at home. Annum was kind, considerate, and proactive. She approached me and asked me if I needed any help. I ended up trying on a couple of pairs of glasses and she was thoughtful and honest. She provided excellent feedback and when a pair of glasses didnt fit, she explained why the glasses I chose might not be the best option and suggested a frame that would fit my face better.Eleana was also amazing. Ive always been hesitant about insurance and quite frankly nervous about being charged, etc. With Eleana I knew I was in good hands. She and Annum double checked my insurance and promptly helped me to book my first general vision exam. Eleana also walked me through all of the paperwork that I needed to fill out and kindly asked if I wanted to fill out the paperwork prior to my appointment later that afternoon to quicken the process when I returned. Thanks for taking my time into consideration - Im also sure the patients behind me were also thankful!Dr. Clinton Ho was also amazing. Since this was my first exam he took his time explaining what he was doing, what he found, and also joked around a bit. I felt at ease. I also didnt feel like I was being judged in any way. I honestly, cant wait to go back next year.Environment: super, super, clean! Also the temperature was just right. Not too cold but not too hot either.

Everyone in the office was nice and personal, they were happy to answer any questions I had and ease my nervousness about my insurance coverage and the true cost of contacts outside of my plan. Dr. Ho was super nice, intelligent, and eager to answer any questions I had. I cant stand impersonal medical/health offices, and this place was soo not that!

I came in yesterday the receptionist told me to come backtomorrow I also called them for 2 weeks no one answer the phone at all you cant leave a message it go back to the greeting. After sitting their for a couple of hours, the lady name Val called me the back and ask me my birthday to enter into their data base I answer and filled out the form she did not give me no referrel I ask to speak to Manager at the front desk, they said his name Victor James he came out and called me to his office in the back and ask the same questions Val asked. He has the form I felt out in front of him , he said she gave me a referrel she never gave me no referrel to St Margarets he told Victorshe did but she didnt she just told me she will show me the out. Val the intake worker. I t told him he needs to check his staff. This can not be no emergency shelter program. Worst staff ever If I would never donate nothing to that organization. Thanks for wasting my time.
