The guy sitting in the front desk is very attentive, friendly and helpful. Super quick and easy service. Dr.Haddad is very friendly & professional.I will most likely come back to this place again. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.Thank you!

The staff provides glasses for my son and I.they are very friendly .the price and products are excellent .as you knows kids are the worst when it comes to glasses so their replacement policy is top par . I recommend them to member s at my job.and every one is happy. Cant wait for them to reopen fully.

Ill be honest. I only come here because of how professional Dr. Haddad is. His bedside manner is outstanding and he answers all of your questions. The sales side of the team has gone through some changes over the years and has improved, but its still not a service oriented. I would come here only for an eye exam in the future.

Town Optical lost my custom before they even started through sheer rudeness. I went in and was asked by someone on the desk if I needed help. As I began speaking another member of staff cut in without even acknowledging me and they had a long conversation. When it ended, the person on the desk looked at me as if to say are you still here? and snapped yes? I started explaining my problem and he cut me off before Id got three words out to snap what? As I opened my mouth to try again, his phone rang. Without a word, he picked up and and started talking to someone. I asked him if he was going to talk to me or them and he put up one castigating finger to tell me to be quiet. I walked out. Never going back.

Great doctor, advanced equipment and friendly staff. I have been going to Eurovision for a very long time. This last time I went only for frames as I had prescription from elsewhere. They have a huge selection of frames. I got my glasses within a day. You cant beat that!

I find the store and the service excellent, always courteous , professional and very friendly.Dr.Haddad treats my vision regularly and as an artist , i cannot tell you how important it is to me. Just great people the father and the son , I highly recommend it .They always offer me the best lenses and very prompt service..Its a rare experience in New York where you have such dedicated professionals.

David Haddid is one of the nicest and most professional doctors that Ive come across. However, his recepionists are very rude and provide incorrect information. My glasses were ready for pickup a month ago however they kept telling me it wasnt ready, when I voiced my discontent of their carelessness they told me Oh well. Doctor Haddid should consider replacing them because they DO NOT reflect his craft at all.
