I had a great experience at this place. The staff were always professional and they have a very thorough cleaning protocol. If you have to have physical therapy, it is a good option.

Theradynamics Physical and Occupational Therapy, at the 131 W 135th Street location, is staffed by professional, caring therapists and assistants. All employees are welcoming and friendly. My particular therapist, Harshada, has helped me overcome a difficult shoulder situation with just a few weeks of guidance.

This senior denizen enjoyed my physical therapy with the talented staff at West 135th Street location. The staff which received me at the front counter, Anna the assistant which helped the theraptist all the team was outstanding. Even the information for my home trestment was valuable. This customer feel blessed to have been in your teams hands.

The staff here are fantastic! They are very professional and good at what they do. Physical therapists Shivani and Vani helped me recover from a major leg muscle injury this year. Occupational therapist Harshada has helped me with a busted hand. A shout out to Anna, aide and helper, and to the front desk who are great!

I went to multiple doctors regarding my muscle issue. One doctor told me to try physical therapy because she was not sure what the problem was. I was reluctant to try it because I was ready to give up. When I came in I was greeted by Shivani, she told me I will be your physical therapist. She had a wonderful and positive aura about her, so I believed in what she was telling me to do. She gave me exercises, and stretches to do at this location and at home. After spending 12 sessions with her I began to understand my body, and what is causing the issues no one else could explain to me. Thanks to Shivani, and her attentive staff(Vani, Ana, And Farhan) I began to recover. I began to get back to my normal self which I never thought was possible again. If you feel pain, or need to recover from anything, Shivani is the best person for you. She listens, and works with your situation to show you that anyone can heal and recover. This is such a great place with wonderful people. The staff is Patient, extremely knowledgeable and will work with you threw what bothers you. I hurt my shoulder and it was busted up pretty bad, I was so nervous because the doctor told me I need surgery but first try Physical therapy I might be able to avoid it.it took 6 months of interest therapy long story short I prevented surgery.Vanita, Shiuani, Alma and Ana were my Angeles threw this painful ordeal.

All of the doctors and staff are wonderful and caring. I was diagnosed with a hernia disk in my lower back which caused a pinch nerve and my balance was off tremendously before I started being seen by Drs. Vishnu and Obama. The therapy treatment these two doctors are providing me with is really helping a great deal with my balance and walking. I have my independence back and is moving around on my own without having to have someone escort me around because my walking and balance is improving thanks to theradynamics team especially Drs. Vishnu and Obama. I have been going to theradynamics since June 2021.

Wonderful Staff! My experience has been great at this location. Therapists Shivany, Vannie, and Anna have helped me greatly! But I really believe all of the staff are wonderful to their clients.

I waited over an hour for an initial evaluation and when I told the receptionist I needed to leave, she rudely said I should have made an appointment on Saturday. She said honestly we are very busy Monday to Friday in response to my hour long wait. No apology. No empathy. She also handed me a pre-filled out COVID screening sheet and asked me to sign. The small lobby was packed and they are not properly screening for COVID.

I appreciate the attentive staff, especially the OT. Knows his stuff, good with people and is professional.Thera facility managers however need to do better. It gets crowded and busy. No AC in the waiting area.

Theradynamics is the BEST physical therapy experience I had. The facility is extremely clean, from the waiting room, bathroom and workout area. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to. They work around your schedule to make appointments and help you do the exercises properly. My Therapist Vishnu is the BEST. On my first day he explained everything, step by step on what he will be doing to help me recover from my ankle injury. He started with flexing with the rubber bands to the Electrodes and not to mentioned the best foot massage ever. He answered all of my questions and concerns as we progress along the way. It’s because of Vishnu that I’m feeling good and confident that I can gradually go back to my normal routines. I can’t forget about Anna. She is great with working the exercise room with you. When I couldn’t keep my balance she was by my side to help and encourage me that I can do it and don’t be afraid. She motivated me to keep trying and don’t give up and now weeks later, I can say that I ROCK. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Great facility in Harlem for physical therapy. Facility is always clean and staff are constantly disinfecting machines in between usage. Machines are placed within social distancing guidelines and there are several hand sanitizer stations throughout the facility. Staff are extremely courteous and punctual. Sessions always begin on scheduled time. Physical therapist and aides are extremely knowledgeable, caring, and patient. I would definitely recommend this facility location for anyone who may need physical therapy.

I started physical therapy with Vishnu about 3 weeks ago and what a difference! My range of motion is much improved and my level of pain has decreased tremendously. I have never had physical therapy before and so far this has been a positive experience since I am feeling so much better. Thanks so much Vishnu!!!

Ive been attending the 135th street location for 2 months for knee rehab. The Staff here is knowledgeable and does a good job. The only low point is the technology regarding payment and appointments. Its 2021 but for some reason theyre using antiquated Credit Card and appointment systems which add an extra 5-10 minutes for each check-in and have caused a lot of confusion with regards to appointments.

Very clean and efficient, they clean surfaces after every use and are friendly and very good at their jobs.

They are wonderful at this location, Everyone was so helpful, even the young lady at the front desk Ms.Kathylia was nice and pleasant. My Physical Therapist MS. Shivani was great and very patient with me. She took care of me in the most professional way. My progress is coming along well, Thanks for all of your help & Mr. V is awesome as well. I would recommend this location to everyone.

My PC recommend physical therapy for my knee. I was hesitant because most locations for physical therapy are located in midtown. Once I saw they were located in my neighborhood I decided to give them a try. I was able to get an appointment immediately. Met with friendly professional,and courteous staff. I highly recommend.

My parents are patients at the 135th Street location, as a family we are totally satisfied with the therapy and customer service at this facility. My parents have attended many other facilities across NYC and their experience here as been like no other, the therapist, the equipment and the professionalism is top rate. My dad is receiving OT and PT services for a spinal cord injury, when he started his sessions, he was not able to stand on his own and his mobility was minimal but now he is able to stand for a period of time without the aid of his walker and his confidence in his ability to walk has improved dramatically. My mom is receiving therapy for a shoulder replacement and she is also making huge progress in her ability to use her shoulder. The front office staff and the therapist are kind, caring, professional and effective. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of therapy services.

I’ve received physical therapy at this Theradynamics location to recover from a major joint injury as well as related issues. Service here is great. The staff is professional, attentive and friendly and the facilities/equipment are always kept clean. Once open after closing for a while due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they’ve been organized and prepared—following social distancing guidelines to keep patients and staff safe while maintaining great service. Greatly recommend the team at this location to help in any recovery.

I love coming to my PT appointments here! Everyone are so kind and attentive and they really work with you to relieve pain from your injury. I love the clinical massages they do and they supplement your treatment with strengthening exercises. Equipment is modern and kept clean and covid procedures are always followed so i always feel safe. Vishnu and Bea? are also great and have def helped my shoulder feel better.

Let me start by saying that I hated physical therapy before starting at Theradynamics. The location at 135th is my haven. Vishnu is my therapist and he is a miracle worker. Anna helps and she is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. I went from aching every minute of the day to amazing relief. I feel stronger and generally so much better. I have been attending this facility for a few weeks for treatment of an ankle fracture. I have noticed rapid improvement in a short time. The staff is professional,knowledgeable and friendly. So glad I chose thisication.

Anyone with a knee injury knows how annoying it can be especially when it interferes with your fitness goals. I’ve been working with Vishnu for a few weeks and dare I say, there is hope for my torn meniscus and patella issue. He is very thorough, explains exactly what the issues are and the course of treatment and most importantly he listens to my feedback and tailors the exercise when needed. I look forward to not having to wear a knee brace and resuming regular pre-knee injury workouts. I’m confident Vishnu will get me there.

I have attended Theradynamics for frozen shoulder diagnosis for the past two and a months. I can put into words my satisfaction with the therapy I have received. Vishnu is an amazing physical therapist; he has helped to progress witb exercises that push me to the maximuma and I am definitely making significant strides. I had been looking for a PT as a follow up to my knee replacement surgery in the Fall of 2019. After trying another clinic and finding the service inadequate and disappointing, I decided to try this new location of Theradynamics at 135th Street. I had noticed this location because it was in my neighborhood and I could avoid uncomfortable public transportation.I was interviewed by Vishnu Mangaroliya, the Physical Therapist. He asked questions to determine the nature of my recovery, my mobility issues, and my levels of pain. Vishnu also addressed all my questions and concerns regarding increasing my mobility.Vishnu then discussed my therapeutic plan of action and supervised the implementation of the exercises with the assistance of his physical therapy aide Anna. Both Vishnu and Anna were Professional and attentive. Vishnu listened to my concerns and suggested follow up exercises to do at home.I have since returned to this facility to continue therapy with my knee this Summer/Fall2020I like this facility. It is clean and efficiently managed. It is always a pleasure to work with Vishnu and Anna.I am definitely returning. I have and would recommend it to others.

I began seeing Vishnu at Theradynamics about three months ago because I was experiencing bilateral knee pain. The staff is always friendly and their reminder service is relatively helpful. I also appreciate the fact that their hours are very flexible. Vishnu is an asset to the organization: he is polite, considerate, relative attentive when there are not too many other patients scheduled together, and is continually challenging me to improve. Best of all, I am experiencing reduced knee pain thanks to the routines he guides me through (and the ones available on the very cool app that I am assigned to do at home).I did remove one star because I believe Theradynamics could do a better job of maintaining physical distance between patients, including in the waiting room but particularly where exercises are staged. I hope they enforce the no-cell phone-conversation rule more strictly (which also promotes good covid-19 precautions since speaking also propagates viral particles), though that has not been too much of an issue recently. Moreover, the app used to assign homework, while great, is a little glitchy and isn’t updates so I can’t get the little gold star of completion for doing all my assigned exercises because it includes exercises no longer assigned to me! This is a very minor quibble, though. Additionally, there was a bit of a rough patch when the staffer in charge of reminders experienced some confusion about when my appointment was scheduled but that was resolved with relative facility. All-in-all, I am quite pleased with my experience and my results so far.

Its a great place to come for rehab and get help for all the issues where you need physical and occupational therapy.

Since Ive been going to physical therapy at theradynamics the staff there are very caring and they have been working very hard with me in giving me the care so that I get better and better everything. They are very professional and have excellent customer service. I have know complains about the facility.

Vishnu, the PT along with the front desk staff have been consistently professional at every visit since I started in February. Vishnu is efficient and his PT treatments have been effective including my homework exercises. When the pandemic pause was lifted the front desk staff notified me and we got back on track with my treatment. I highly recommend the team at the 135th Street facilities.

My experience with Apostherapy has been excellent. I started wearing them a month ago feeling relief the first day at my appointment, which made me emotional but in good way. Having sciaticaand MS the pain in is brutal at times making it difficult to walk without pain or aches. I love them for the support, relief of pain & help with my balance that struggle with dued to knee replacements. I probably wear them more than Im suppose to in the house but less pain is better, so Ill take it. Apostherapy is an asset to my my recovery so thank you Apostherapy 😊.

I had been experiencing pain in my right arm/wrist, along with lower back pain developed at my former job, for a long time. A friend recommended to go here, and it’s honestly the best decision I’ve made. The front desk staff are very welcoming, polite, and helpful. Ana, the physical therapy aide, is pleasant and helpful as well. Vishnu is my physical therapist, and he’s the best! I’ve been going for some weeks now, and I already feel improvement. He has shown me many useful techniques to assist with my recovery, allowing me to slowly gain my confidence back. He is also very clear and precise when giving instructions and takes his time with each patient. The staff overall is attentive and caring. I highly recommend going here!

I began my Physical Therapy on the last Wednesday in July. The staff was very pleasant and very helpful.The Physical Therapist is very nice and knowledgeable about your Physical needs. The location is great because it’s only about 3 1/2 blocks from where I live. The hours are great and convenient because of my job hours. I enjoy going to Physical Therapy twice a week and I always feel better when I’m done. I told two of my co-workers about Theradynamics at this location because the hours are so convenient. Both are in need ofPhysical Therapy. It would be nice if they could open up on Saturdays.

I would give Theradynamics 5 stars I’ve been going there for about 2 months and I love it comparing to all the other physical therapy places I’ve been to Theradynamics is very clean and organized do to covid everyone is 6 feet away. As of my injury I have seen major improvements with my knee I’m starting to walk without a cane.

The service is excellent. Most employees are friendly and helpful like Amisha and Anna, Anaisha. They are awesome! The 10s machine, the heating pad shocked the nerve in the muscle; the vibrator stimulates it. The exercises enhances everything to strengthen the muscles. Now; Im walking alot better! Im so happy!! I would recommend them to anyone. I hope they open new locations in Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx.

The front desk & support staff are all friendly & professional, and my three therapists--first Vishnu, who changed locations a few weeks into working with me, then Shivani & Vanita, whove worked with me since the spring--have been fantastic. All three are patient, knowledgeable, genuinely nice, and willing to both inform and listen. Im wrapping up my treatment soon & preparing for my exit prescriptions, and my shoulder has gone from about 40 percent to about 80 percent...and as a baseball coach, this has really made my job & life easier. I can actually sleep on my side now, and throw with my students for longer than two minutes!! Also important: salute to Anna, who stays on top of sanitizing equipment as soon as ppl are finished using it/them, even when the place is busy; and the staff, who are all diligently masked up as well as professional and nice (as noted above).Again, I cant speak highly enough of them and I couldnt be more thankful that I found them. The location is modest in size, but the equipment is solid and the treatment is top-notch.

Ever since I came to theradynamics I have not been experiencing any pain. The staff here are very helpful and supportive.

Clean and bright facility. The staff, each therapists, assistants and the front desk crew, are all knowledgeable, patient, efficient and professional with what they do. And, they all seem to operate smoothly with each other! A breath of fresh air this place is! I arrived here with debilitating pain in my shoulders, and over time, with consistency and with gradually increasing various specified exercises that are assigned for my shoulders, (to practice at location and some to be done at home) I’m happy to share that my mobility and stability are definitely returning! I have ways to go, and it may be a slow and tedious process, but every visit is so worth the recovery and avoiding surgery! Plus, the menthol gel rub for the exercised area and the heavy heat pads with electrodes afterwards, are such receiving moments for self care. I appreciate all that they do every time. Seeing the other patients faces at the facility, they are probably really glad to be there, too. Convenient location and access. They are doing a mighty fine job!

At 135th street, Theradynamics is clean, convenient and the staff is polite and knowledgeable. Although they can get busy at times, they always pay attention to every patients details. As my lower back pain has subsided and I am back to almost 100 percent, my therapy has been successful. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants to recover from any injuries.

I have had the distinct pleasure of utilizing the physical therapy services at the West 135th Street location for the past 8 weeks. The staff is very pleasant, accommodating and friendly. The facility is also very clean and practices safety measures which is very important at this time.As it relates to my physical therapist, Vishnu, I can not say enough good things about him. He is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and has such an even-tempered and comfortable demeanor. I have utilized physical therapy services at other facilities for the past 8 years to deal with lower back, hamstring, and other issues. I have never worked with anyone like Vishnu. He clearly surpasses the other therapist I have used given his expertise.I highly recommend Theradynamics and Vishnu at the West 135th Street location if your schedule permits!!!!!

I am recovering from 4 fractures in my right foot. I am so thankful that this location is very close to me. The location is somewhat new which I like a lot. I adore Anna so sweet, and especially Amisha who personally works with me on my physical theray. Amisha is great at her job and really really kind. My first visit I worked with Vishnu he also was good and welcoming.

This was a pleasant surprise having to do physical therapy with Theradynamics due to a knee injury on top of having osteoarthritis. The staff is pleasant and very knowledgeable in how to treat injuries. They are very attentive and personable with each client. I would recommend booking your treatments with the team. I’ve been coming to this office since July 2019 and I’m glad I didn’t change my therapy location. My therapist is Vishnu and his lovely assistant Ana are both respectful and compassionate. I love them both. I ask lots of questions about my exercises and I do demand their attention. Since they’ve newly opened I believe that more therapists and assistants should be available for the influx of patients. Some days get very busy and they were the only ones serving all of the new and returning patients. It would be nice to change the station during workouts because watching the same news all day can be depressing when your recovering.That would be my only complaints. Otherwise, Vishnu answers all of my concerns due to my ACL and meniscus injury. I always want what’s best for my body and he could tell. I would bring in research to compare it to what I was doing and he would explain my routine and how it would help in my recovery. I will continue to come regularly until I feel confident on my own. I would recommend this office to anyone especially with the injuries I’ve sustained. It’s also a convenient location and the hours are good for my schedule. Thank you,Nicole

My experience here has been great. The staff is always very polite and helpful. I went here because I have a herniatic disk in my neck Vishnu has done a great job of making my neck feel 100% better. The wait time is never long and all of the staff jump in to help you so your not waiting for one person. I would recommend this physical therapy clinic to anyone who needs PT.

My name Sabrina and my experience here is AWESOME. I went to 3 therapy facilities and I didnt get the treatment that Im getting here. My injury was had me feeeling depressed that there wasnt no hope. The staff made me feel hopefully there are friendly and kind. They work well together as a staff and thats important to me....Also the young ladies in the front are patient because Im always calling and listen they dont rush me off the phone like I had experience it from other facilities. I also like it because I dont have to travel far....I love the equipment you have the other facilities I went to had nothing. IM GLAD MY SISTER found this facility. They work hard with there clients. MOST IMPORTANTLY ITS CLEAN AND SANITIZED THEY ALWAY WIPE DOWN THE MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT WHEN EACH CLINET IS FINISH I Seen it done EVERYTIME..
