This was my first visit here, it was great! Registration, although really busy was seamless and staff were both helpful and friendly. Dr. McLean was great, informative and very efficient. And Barb! She was the best!! Highly recommend.

Ive been coming here for a few years now and I must say that this Dr McLean and this experience was the best of all. Not because of my negative results... which Im thankful for... but because she went the extra precautions to ensure that all bases were covered, which is key in catching things early! Dr.McLean always makes me feel great about my pregnancy. I am always seen right away and efficiently if I am late I am seen! Very accommodating office.

I love how she reviewed my chart carefully prior to seeing me. I always feel like I have to repeat myself because the doctor doesn’t know my medical history. I was extremely pleased with her bedside manners and how she reviewed my health insurance info, prior visiting dates, and results so that I am not charged by my health insurance for getting my pap smear prior to annual check-up.

Dr. McLean takes the time to explain things to you and answers all the questions you may have. She also has excellent bedside manner. Definitely would recommend.

I was able to get a same day appointment! I had called my own doctor at first and he wasn’t available until January!!! Anyway, the women at the front desk are so helpful. Well, all of the staff were extremely helpful but here’s my visit in a nutshell:Front desk staff were helpful and even comforted me because I was having a minor emergency when I came in.The first lady who took my pressure etc was just so effortless that I even forgot where I was. She listened to me vent a bit and assured me that they will try their best to help.My sonogram tech was amazing. She was so empathetic and she didn’t have to be. I was drenched in blood due to abnormal bleeding but it didn’t even bother her as she did my sonogram.The PA!!!! Boy!!!! Amazing!!!!! I appreciate the PA who helped me because she could have sent me home with medication but she was determined to do more tests! I appreciate that so much.I’m mad I forgot everyone’s names but it seems like this office just has a standard of operations that’s consistent with everyone in the team. I’m glad I found this place

I don’t know who Dr. McLean is but Julia the PA, Front desk, MOA, US tech and the RN were amazing! Worth the wait! Felt comfortable and walked through every step multiple times!

It was my first visit and I actually saw Julia, the PA. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and provided great advice.

We had a very good visit with Dr McLean. She quickly made my daughter feel at ease and answered all our questions. Visit was not rushed at all. Office is very clean, staff friendly, helpful and polite.

My first time seeing Dr. McLean was phenomenal! I love the way she carries herself as a doctor (I work in a hospital and have my fair share with doctors). She has such a skilled and steady hand and would definitely recommend her. She’s the bomb and she has a cute dog!!!

Dr. McLean is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. Her and her team are extremely warm, professional and gives your the personal care you need. The front office staff is awesome as well - even for those early 7:30 am appointments. Every appointment Ive had has been on time (of course with a 15 min window) and they always find their way to fit me in. NONE of that her next appointment is in 3 months nonsense. I found her on my own through some research but have already referred many friends and family!

Very insightful, detailed oriented and put me at ease during my last visit. I have not always had a good experience with this practice and I’m only going back because of Dr. McLean.

I usually visit the Garden City OBGYN offices on the East 67th Street in Manhattan. Everyone there is always friendly and professional, and yesterdays visit was no exception. I was seen by Dr. McLean, who I was meeting for the first time. Dr. McLeans bed-side manner made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She was very informative and explained next-steps in detail. I highly recommend her and will definitely request her for future visits.

The office was very clean. The staff were professional and courteous. The wait wasnt too bad (about 10 min). Once called in, the nurse and doctor make sure all of your concerns and questions are addressed before leaving.If only all doctor visits are like this one.

Perhaps I was unlucky, because I never met Dr. McLean. I booked an appointment with Dr. McLean for a serious medical condition, and was only seen by nurses. While the nurse was very kind and competent, I still wanted to an see an actual doctor for diagnosis and treatment. I assumed Dr. McLean was working in connection with the nurse I was seeing, but when I sent the doctor an email regarding my lab results she remarked that she was not the one treating me and would advise I speak to the nurse regarding my issue. I have never seen anything other than a nurse at the 67th street office. The one good thing about this place is that has many available time slots, so if are ok with not seeing an MD and your issue isn’t too serious, the nurses and support staff are very nice.

Honestly, every time I’m told I’d see a specific doctor (today it was supposed to be Dr.McClean), I only end up seeing a NP or PA. While the NP and PA are okay, I actually pay to see the doctor. It’s nice that everyone has such great reviews for Dr. McClean... unfortunately I was robbed of that experience. I actually plan to look for a place that allows me to see the doctors I request to see.

Dr. McLean is amazing. She’s very smart, personable, and has zero judgements regarding very sensitive topics. She gives you options which is a nice change of pace. I think I found my new Obgyn! The offices are also very clean and the front desk is efficient. I didn’t wait long to see the doctor.

I just moved to NYC, so they made me feel so comfortable. Very beautiful place and I loved all the employees, they were all very nice.

This is some of the worst care I have ever received in my life. How could a doctor possibly prescribe me a drug that I explicitly told her NOT to prescribe me? I have now broken out into hives because of the allergy to this drug. Further the office was such a wreck rectifying the issue that they prescribed me another drug of the same compound that would most likely cause the same issue. I had to spend another Co-Pay to go to another doctor and have the same tests done. Avoid this doctor and everything Garden OB/GYN at your own risk.

She is very friendly, very knowledgeable, provides us very good information and great advice. Thank you very much.

This has to be one of the best experiences Ive ever had with an office of Gynecology. Im not one that particularly hates going to OBGYN like most patients, especially when it comes to news and useful info about my health.I was prompted to visit because I had received a phone call from their scheduling department stating that It was 3 years since I had come in, so I came into their lovely new facility on 67th and 2nd. Usually when a place calls me to reinvite me to a practice or establishment, I dismiss it as a sales ploy. However, I was inclined to go in for some reason and within a week of notification. Cleanliness, state of the art equipment and top notch care are big pluses when addressing gynecology concerns. I must say that the staff was warm, friendly and receptive as a whole, even the front desk. Dr Ms Lean was knowledgeable and straight forth, funny and courteous. I got my ultrasound on the spot, which was awesome. That specialist was incredible as well. Im great with details but bad with names, so youll have to excuse me. Youll see what I mean when you go there:-).They have a cute lil phlebotomist onsite, lol. I understand I have little veins so she missed after a few pokes. I would have normally bitten someones head off but I wasnt even upset because she was so nice, everything had gone well and my visit was such a good experience. Shes probably very good. Im just an anemic exception so its ok.There was a lab 3 blocks away in their network that handled it rapidly. It was some ENT Hospital (Northwell I think) that had me in and out with blood drawn within 5 mins. I recommend going there for the right after lunch shift but thatll be another review.In the meanwhile, this will be your first stop! Dr. Mclean is energetic and knowledgeable, offering premium care. I am confident with becoming a patient permanently with this facility and highly recommend them!
