She cares about your well being. I REPEAT myself SHE CARES ABOUT YOUR WELL BEING. Ive been her patient 2 years and I wish I found her before. I moved 54 miles away 18 months ago and I will commute to see her. I prayed to God to allow me to find an excellent Gynecologist, I searched carefully and found her.From her staff who are complete professionals, welcoming, non judgemental, respectful to the incredible spotless and cleanliness in her entire office and her caring treatment I will keep her no matter how far I live.She is the best. Dr. Wong is an amazing doctor. Ive been to many gynecologists and she is by far the most down to earth, trusting and easiest person to talk to. She is patient and kind, even in the most uncomfortable situations. I highly highly recommend you switch to her if you are looking for a new doctor. Her practice was clean and her staff was also very kind and understanding.

Been seeing Dr. Wong for a few years now. Shes very caring and kind. She gives me thorough answers to my questions and concerns. She helped me save money with birth control when I lost my insurance. Ive moved around and now even though I dont have to come in to the city for work, I make the trip to see her. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Wong and Im confident to trust her with my health.

Amazingly professional staff and doctor. More places need to learn from this place. It makes a huge difference when staff are courteous, respectful and welcoming. Today was my first time seeing Dr. Wong, but I can already tell she makes her patients her number one priority. I called yesterday and they got me in for an appointment today. The receptionist/nurse at the front desk spoke to me on the phone for 10 entire minutes before scheduling my appointment about my issues to make sure my needs would be met. Communication pre-visit was straightforward and the instructions were easy to follow. I came to Dr. Wong after having a nightmare experience with another GYN whose office actually lost my new nexplanon implant, and she and her staff already knew about my situation before I even showed up, so they clearly have a great system there and great communication. They were all incredibly organized and professional. Dr. Wong was so kind, helpful and receptive to all my questions. She took her time explaining things thoroughly, listened with wonderful bedside manner, went over my entire chart with me and noticed even small details. The place is lovely, clean, even smells nice. I was only there for about 30 minutes total, it was a breeze; they ordered my implant today and assured me that they would be checking on the status of it until it arrives. I feel like I’m in very good hands and it was just a relief to find someone so professional, kind, and efficient with taking care of my needs after the stress I went through with my previous GYN. 10/10!!

Dr. Lily Wong is super sweet. She takes time to listen to your concerns and questions. And she is very thorough. Dr. Wong makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The best doctor visit ever! Also her office is super clean and nice! Also her staff is also very nice and friendly. My old Gynecologist retired so I was very anxious to going to see a new doctor. Dr. Wong has great bedside manners. She is very patient in hearing your concerns and explains things carefully. Her office on the upper east side is also very clean and modern. The staff are also friendly and helpful, and in general I did not have to wait long to be seen. Im glad I found her!

Where do I start? Dr. Wong was extremely friendly from the beginning. I walked into her impeccably clean office and was greeted with smiles and warmth all around. I only waited about 5 minutes before being see by one of the nurses and then the Doctor walked in shortly after. The entire visit was seamless and enjoyable considering most women dread going to the gynecologist. Dr. Wong is very informative and takes the time to listen to what her patients are saying to her. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Wong is an incredible doctor and person. She is sweet and makes you feel very comfortable. I inserted my IUD with her and it went great! I would definitely recommend her, I also like her staff a lot, they are all very understanding and kind.

Dr Wong is great! I grew up in China and had never seen a GYN before. She took great care and explained everything to me with patience. She is always timely and I barely need to wait for longer than 5 min.

I absolutely LOVE her!! So sweet patient kind and thorough, and takes the time to explain things and answer any questions. You can feel how much she truly cares about her patients. I feel extremely lucky to have found such a wonderful OBGYN. I tried other OBGYNs (who were also good, except for the one who said to me youre a comedian? You dont look funny) when she stopped practicing for a period of time but the moment I heard she was back in business I went back to her in a HEARTBEAT. She is simply the BEST!

Dr. Wong was a REAL disappoinment!!! We consulted with her throughout our pregnancy and when it was time for delivery, when we were in labor on a Friday (from 4:30am until 6:00pm) she DID NOT SHOW UP until 5:00pm and left almost right away. Her excuse: I have to be with my kids, I am so sorry. Good luck. Moreover, she was COMPLETELY Wrong about the expected weight and size of the baby!! As a result, my wife went into serious complications during delivery and she was NOWHERE to be found. This woman is unfit to be in the medical field. I wouldnt even trust her with cattle. Period.
