I have and would recommend Dr. Francis to others. She has great bedside manner and dedicates time to her patients. She delivered my son 8.5 months ago, and I was blessed to push for only 6 minutes. In addition, she was very supportive during my postpartum woes. My hope is that she can deliver my next child - when that time comes. However, because of the level of attention dedicated to each patient, her wait times are on the longer side.

She wasn’t my obgyn but she delivered my baby. When I understand my doctor was not gonna be with me, I was nervous. Then I heard great things about her. I had to go emergency c-section, she was great and helped me to feel better. Thankfully she was there, and saved our bebie.

Saw this doctor and she has great bed side personality. However, dont follow up with her patients. I had an encounter where based on my history she gave me a report and told me she will reach out to me the next day since july 22. Around 1pm the following day after seeing her, i decided to call another doctor office for a second opinion. When i went to my appt and they looked at dr francis report, it was nothing as to what she told me. I then did another sonogram and found no complications todate. Which i do sonograms every 2 weeks. Todate i havent heard from the doctor. Bed side manners is not all. She have to show her patients she cares and that you wouldnt get. Ontop on that when requesting my report, its hard to speak with someone because only one staff available and was at the next office then theyre giving you attitude for your medical records. Not keeping in mind every patient has a right to their medical record. Its very unprofessional.

Dr Francis is great, I have recommended her to many of my friends. She takes time to explain anything and is very knowledgeable. Staff is not the greatest, wait times are EXTREMELY long, and hold time when calling for anything is also way too long. You are also routed to a service and cant get a direct line to the office which is frustrating.

Dr Francis delivered my son this weekend. I had never met her, but as soon as I did, I felt completely at ease and confident in her care. She was incredible and has a calming yet empowering presence. I only pushed for 15 minutes and this is for sure because of her. She was great at communicating with me and continuously helped stretch me to make way for our little boy. He came out perfectly and quickly thanks to her!

I dont understand how a practice runs with such insufficient staff. They say they send referrals, but they never did. I confirmed with them 3 times and every time they assured me that they did. They never pick up the phone and you are put on hold for the longest time ever. I have been waiting for 45min-1hr for one of the staff to just pick up my call. I had a test done and its been 3 weeks and i still dont know my results after numerous attempts of calling and emailing the doctor via MyChart. I am looking for another OBGYN.

Like the doctor not the office. Wait time is RIDICULOUS. Looking for new OB-Gyn. Got up, put clothes back on and left after waiting an hour in the examination room.

This review is not for the doctor as I never even got to see her. This review is for her scheduling staff and appointment wait time. I waited 3 months to finally get an appointment with Dr. Francis, and when I finally showed up to my 8:30am appointment at 8:15am I was told she was all booked up for the day because of some scheduling issue. The doctor still agreed to see me, but only because I requested at least a consult with her. At 10am however, after waiting almost two hours, I had to leave to go to work, without even seeing the doctor I waited 3 months to see. Highly disappointed. Wont be coming back, as there are many other capable doctors in this city.

Whats wrong with this office? Super unprofessional. I feel that doctors that run these kind of butcher shops should be checked by the government. You wait 3 months for a failed appointment.

Dr. Francis has been my OB for over 10 years and delivered my beautiful daughter. She is amazing, thoughtful and always available.

The wait time is crazy. Expect to wait a minimum of an hour to see her. Staff is not helpful. When u need a prescription refill u have to call them several times and the doctor does not return messages. Looking for new DR.

My real name is not Frank. I have been Dr. Francis Paitent. She is very bad woman. No medical ethics and no humanity. She told me my child has growth issue. But i did not trust her and she wants to induce me earlier ; i refused. When i go to hospital for regular check up they told me the growth is normal. After tgat she does not like me and mistreat me. Induce earlier has a lot of complication including exposure of c-section. I got induced at 41 week plus 3days. I delived vaginally with Dr. chu ; very decent and considerate doctor.After that my feet were swollen and i come back before postpartum check up. But she also checked me for postpartum in addition to my feet. I really do not know what she did to me i have pain after that. I never have any pain after delivery. It could be psychology because i saw she was selfish and careless.Stay away

Never returning to this office again after what I went through. I have been to this office a few times over the years and have always been treated well under my previous insurance; unfortunately - her office staff revealed practices that I believe is wrong. They did represent her office well, and I am sure she would not have expected this behavior. I recently switched insurance companies due to change in jobs. I called to verify the office took my insurance. The disrespect that encountered on this phone call was so unprofessional I decided change GYN Doctor. While Dr. Francis was not involved in this phone exchange, I must say that I hope she gets this complaint and becomes aware of this kind of behavior by the front desk staff or perhaps the intake staff. I was first told that Dr.Francis did take my insurance and based what on insurance I did have they were not allowed to charge me. Confused, I inquired deeper so I requested to speak to a manager. The manage Barbra came on the phone and stated Your blood pressure must be high I explained that I work full time as a manager at a non profit and this was my new insurance and my blood pressure was not high. She stated Wait..you work full time? Hold on and left the phone said something muffled to whoever was on the phone with me and that person came back to tell me that my appointment was back on for the next day. I asked So are you going to take my insurance? she answered, Didnt you just get off the phone with the Manager? I stated Yes, but she asked me a few questions and give the phone back to you. The person stated Well you will have to pay in full I responded How was supposed to know that, Dont you think someone should have said that to me? So then she hung up the phone on me!I called back and demanded to speak to Barbar, a supervisor. I told how just how unprofessional and disrespectful her staff was to me and also stated that the disrespect shown to me was because it was under the assumption I was on Public Assistance and could not afford to pay. I reminded her that if I had high pressure at all in this manner in which I was treated - indeed would have caused me harm. I angerly said that I am a full time Manager and do not receive PA and have two Masters Degree and my insurance, while not the greatest certainly shouldnt prompt such discriminatory behavior.The treatment I experienced revealed how they might be treating those less fortunate than myself who might have similar insurance. I told her I would be making a compliant in some form or fashion. I will not be returning to this office only becuase of the behavior these two staff people. I can both afford the treatment and really like Dr. Frances, but I will not get past this disrespect.

Dr. Francis is extremely straightforward and work with her office has been a fantastic experience.

Dr Francis is the best doctor I’ve ever had.

This woman is amazing. I refer everyone to her.
