This review is long overdue. In March I gave birth to my first baby girl, right at the peak of Covid. I had a high risk pregnancy being older, and previous health conditions. I was referred to Bayard OBGYN through a friend and highly recommend this place. The staff and doctors are very friendly, easy to talk to, and detailed when it came to my weekly check ins and exams. Dr. Gerlach is awesome, she takes her time, cares about her patients, and addresses your concerns. I made sure to be seen by Dr.Roland, and Dr Betty who are also great and on top of your health and pregnancy visits.

Awesome doctor. She knows her stuff and is very patient. She never rushes me and she always addresses my concerns. Its hard to find a good doctor these days and she is top notch!!

I tried calling at 11am on a Wednesday. Got a message that the office was open Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm. No way to reach reception, no way to leave a message. So theyre not really open when they say they should be.Update: 4/28/2021. The front desk is now open when it says they should be.

I found Dr. Gerlach through my insurance and am so grateful to have done so! She was my main doctor at the practice throughout my pregnancy and even delivered my baby! Dr. Gerlach has always made me feel comfortable during my appointments and checkups and always answered any and all of my questions; I never felt rushed. I absolutely trust her has an OB-GYN and have already recommended her to my family and friends.

Kecia is super nice, and extremely helpful. She is also a great doctor. She definitely knows what shes doing. One of the best doctors Ive met. I definitely recommend!

Just had my first visit with Dr. Gerlach, and am very impressed. She was kind, patient, and explains everything during the exam. The office staff were pleasant and I didnt have to wait long. I will definitely be returning to Dr. Gerlach in the future. I highly recommend her.

So me and my girlfriend found out we were expecting our first child about 2 days ago and we decided to search up some of the best OBGYN doctors in the city and I was referred to this office because it’s supposedly one of the best offices in the city & from the google reviews everyone claimed the doctors here were the best. I’m here to tell you this was one of the worst DR experiences that me & my girl have ever experienced.For starters once you arrive at the building there is no clear direction of where you are going , second after searching for the suite for over 15 minutes we finally found the doctors office only to our surprise we walk in & there’s no receptionist at the desk. We waited about 10 minutes before someone came out and gave us paper work to fill out. It gets better we then waited to be seen for about 30-40 minutes and ended up being called after patients who came post our arrival. Now to the best part the doctor who examined my girlfriend during the ultra sound left the plastic inside of her after the procedure and caused unnecessary worry on my girlfriend by telling her “ if you have A atomic pregnancy you will die “ like why would you tell her that if it didn’t show on the sonogram. Lastly the doctor almost refused me entry into the room with my pregnant girlfriend during the sonogram & gave her about 7 different medications to try as if she’s A test dummy.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Kecia Gerlach is not only a knowledgeable OBGYN but she is also warm, friendly and not judgmental. She explains everything before and during the exam. Definitely recommend!
