HORRIBLE! UNCLEAN! UNPROFESSIONAL! Still active national crisis and Dr and staff has off mask around patients, furniture was beat up and sunk in, office wasnt sanitized (no paper on bed, dr wiped it with HAND SANITIZER!) next room tec NO MASK dirty chair I ask can she clean it she went to open a pack of off brand BABY WIPES! Not even disinfectant! No CDC guidelines in tack how can you not own disinfectant items?? Dr said she allergic to lysol and all disinfectant! Such attitude of the tec and felt discriminated against by the dr. I walk out! NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND

Dr. Jadoo is a physician who goes above and beyond. Shes not just a brilliant neurologist, shes also a compassionate empathist with one of the best attitudes to patient care Ive ever experienced.She is supported by Dawna who halways ensured I received tele consult sessions with Dr. Jadoo during the height of the pandemic when office visits were impossible

My experience was fantastic. The office team was knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, on-time and on top of everything. Dr. Cindy was wonderful. She was kind, really listened, was extremely clear and explained medical terminology and options in detail and in laymans terms. She had multiple recommendations for treatment, follow-up and tracking symptoms. I have seen several Neurologists over many years and she was the most knowledgeable I have encountered. She also seemed to be a doctor who would not give up on a patient until she found some type of solution to alleviate or at least do all she could to assist with the problems. I look forward to my follow-up appointment to relay my progress and express my appreciation. Thank you!

I keep appointments with Dr. Mohen of NY Neurology Associates on behalf of my mother who is in late-stage Alzheimers disease. Dr. Mohen is very knowledgeable, kind and understanding. Alzheimers disease is develops into a complex, horrifying maze of symptoms. With Dr. Mohen, we have safely exhausted a wide variety of medications to manage my mothers symptoms. None of them work 100% or 100% of the time, but Dr. Mohen continues to treat Mom, advise us, and she makes herself available in between appointments whenever we have problems or questions. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Saremsky is the best neurologist I have found between 2 countries ( Italy and US ) he’s very kind patient ,precise always thanking his time to explain everything to you , making sure you understand, he’s open to explore options with you and find best solutions, you will ended the visit very satisfied with no doubts that you are in great hands !

I was very nervous about seeing a neurologist, but I am so glad I did. Simply put, Dr. Kaplan was outstanding. Listened to everything. Didn’t rush the appointment. Didn’t order unnecessary tests. And best of all — he definitely put my mind at ease. So glad that I saw him. Highly recommended.

I talked over the phone for an appointment so that I can find if they treat a particular disease. It is required so that I can bring the patient to the doctor. The patient is not in the USA. They were rude and not gave an appointment. They were talking about the fee only.
