Watch out for the hidden facility fees. Was referred here by my PCP (also with Mount Sinai), to see a back specialist. Paid my co-pay, saw the dr for 5 minutes. Months later I received a facility fee for using the building of $350. Was never made aware of the fees in advance. Avoid Mount Sinai at all costs. Im changing my PCP to a different practice & wont be using them again.

Administrative/support staff. Didnt alert me that my doctor was no longer practicing, failed to get my prescription refilled in time, was rude when I was panicking about being out of my prescription and needing help to get something now instead of months later. The reason its not 1-star is Ive had all wonderful doctors.

Such a enjoyable neurology department. The neurologists Dr. Urval, Dr. Shay and the staff are very kind and caring. Their service and talent reaches high end service. I suggest you try it for yourself. Marisol, the front desk manager is very accommodating, her service is exquisite.Cheers

TERRIBLE. Dr Ting makes you feel as if he doesnt want to deal with you by his lack of interest shown to your situation being transgender. Seems like hes frustrated or transphobic.Wait time is always 2+ hours with same exvuses but reality is no one showd up for work or theyre on 2 hour lunches etc.Its a SHAME this is NYCs only transgender reassignment medical team.

Highly recommend. great neurology doctors. doctor boniece is very good and knowledgeable. funny and kind. she actually takes her time to speak to you! SHE TAKES GOOD CARE OF MY FATHER!

Id give negative stars if possible. From forgetting to send in my prescription,to the rude assistants in this place, the unorganized staff has a way to make you feel like you are completely unimportant!!!Even the Neurosugeon managed to be condescending and rude, to a patient in a lot of pain.Horrible experience here at Mount Sinai.
