I had the best experience ever this Saturday at the NYC Rejuvenation Clinic. Everybody there is so nice. The best thing was my nurse, she is not just an injector. She is an artist. I went in and they squeezed me in thankfully as it is difficult for me to get off work early. I had Botox and lip filler done and the work was done perfectly. More importantly the staff were super friendly and well equipped to calm my nerves. The lip filler application was pleasant and the effects were fantastic and VERY natural looking. Worst experience. I was given by Roman, the owner or the company , a $2000 including tax price for an Ultherapy full face and under chin treatment. At the checkout I was asked to pay $2,099 without any explanation. The owner is not available , the front desk person is rude and doesnt listen to anything you want or have to say.The RN Shannon performed the service in 25 minutes, a service that is supposed to take at least 1 hour, given the area to be treated.Sent the owner an email and asked for the $99 overcharge reason, didnt hear back as of now.The receipt show zero tax, and only a $2099 charge.So bad! Terrible experience and a huge waste of time and money.You lost any of my future visits or recommendations!

I had my first subcision for acne scars 1 week ago and I’m seeing some improvement already. Everyone in the office was professional and I’m looking forward to continuing treatments and plan to do RFM after 1 more subcision.

I made an online appointment for a Botox treatment. I’m very happy with the results and the staff was friendly, professional and caring throughout the process.

I waited a week to write this review without telling them or getting a discount for writing one. My experience is in no way influenced and I’m very experienced getting Botox and fillers.My first concern was that the Botox would be watered down at that price. That is scary because it’s not losing money it’s increasing side effects and it is happening a lot. It is not watered down. I know from getting Botox for 10 years and being a nurse with injector friends and my last experience with Botox was terrible so I wanted something positive to come out of this. Walking around with droopy eyebrows was awful from a different place. My face looks amazing and it started kicking in early and I definitely got the units I paid for. My injector was knowledgeable and sweet, I believe it was Oksana. I had less pain with my lip fillers than I’ve ever had and she’s not a sales person, if anything she’s passive. My lip fillers are amazing and I asked her specifically to make my upper lip fuller and she listened. Have a goal when you go in and show her a photo, she is awesome and talented. Btw they sell a lot of 20 unit packages on the site, if you have wrinkles you should be directed to get more than 20 units. That’s the only negative I can say. Go with confidence.

I needed cheeks and lip fillers, NYC Rejuvenation Clinic came highly recommended by someone who always use them. My first impression when I got in was how clean the clinic was and the staff. I was very satisfied days after coming here for their IV procedure. The receptionist was very kind to me and even offered me her phone charger once my phone died, how good of her.Amber the nurse was really nice to me and had good bedside manners during the whole procedure, she administered the IV therapy for detoxing, acquiring a radiant skin and enhancing my body energy which I can actually start seeing the positive outcome it has.Good thing is that they accept 5 methods of payment and got ample parking space for both cars and bicycle.

Ive had a facial and injections with NYC Rejuvenation Clinic twice and they is absolutely phenomenal. My skin was absolutely glowing. My surgeon is amazing with injections and not pushy at all. AVOID THIS PLACE!!I had a terrible experience. I’m not sure how this place has so many good reviews but my guess is there are a lot of fake reviews here.I saw their special offers and reviews and decided to give them a try.I was sitting there half an hour after my scheduled appointment time and asked the reception how much longer Oskana was going to be and eventually I was sat in a room and was seen forty five minutes late. She rushed in from seeing another client as I made it clear I could not wait any longer would need to reschedule.I came in for around 50 units of dysport but was sure I was given 100 units but when I viewed my bank account and queried this the next day the receptionist said I was given 150 units!! I obviously complained that there was no way I was made aware of this and I was overfilled.Needless to say my results are AWFUL! One side of my face was over injected and when I smile it looks puffy and distorted. I called up to complain but was told that I need to come back in to get it looked at but after I researched and went for a second opinion I was advised nothing could really be done and best just left to wear off. I had my masseter jaw muscle treated and that also I find was not good as the dysport was not strong enough!I HAVE HAD AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE AT THIS CLINIC AND WISH PEOPLE WOULD NOT PUT FAKE REVIEWS OR PAID/DISCOUNT REVIEWS!

Had my first Botox injections on my forehead. Never again from them. My brows are distorted, and the area above my brows are swollen. I had spoken to the technician and expressed concern not to go near my eyebrows, obviously she did not listen. My eyelids are droopy. I emailed them and never received a response. Came in for a consultation on the thread lift with Isis. First off, she was a complete pleasure to deal with. Honest and friendly and made me feel at ease. Even got to do the procedure same day. It was pretty quick and easy and the results are immediate. I am sooo happy with her work. I suffer from cystic acne scarring which left my skin looking a bit saggy and jowly. Also, I wanted to tackle some neck tightening in the process. Over the years Ive tried so many things. However, I am more than satisfied with the thread lift more than anything else I have ever done. My skin looks tighter, my face looks more youthful and slimmer. I would totally recommend this place! You wont be disappointed!

Really low quality Botox that wore off within 5 weeks. I got 60 units may 20th and have already gotten another 24 more, have 48 units scheduled for mid-August at a great place that has name brand Botox for $10/unit. The injector at this place was messy, and pressure me a lot to get fillers.

DONT COME HERE - These people will just inject your face haphazardly without evaluation. My eyebrows were heavy for a month and felt so off. I have since received botox from a real doctor and it is night and day how wrong and awful this experience was. Find somewhere else. Literally.

Every time I walk in, they greet me with a smile, check me in, and ask if I want anything to drink. They are very timely, I have never had to wait past my appointment time and always in an out of there in 15 min (I go in for laser hair removal). They also are great about scheduling appointments. I have had some scheduling conflicts come up so had to call and change my appointment time, and they are always happy to help.

Excellent service from front office staff, professional and yet personable. Doctor Cher was very thorough, informative, gentle, and kind. She was incredibly patient and listened well to understand my/our concerns thoroughly before making suggestions and deciphering a treatment plan to best meet my/our personal goals. The doctor is certainly one of the most knowledgeable yet down to earth doctors I have encountered, and that says something because I used to work in a hospital and have many friends who are in the medical field. I had the most wonderful experience here. I had never had any kind of Botox treatment before so going in I was a little nervous but the nurse was amazing. She was lighthearted but thorough. I was very nervous to try a new place for my injections. This place was great. Cher did my lips and did an amazing job. She was detailed and very quick. The clinic itself is very cute and easy to find. I have had minimal bruising and my lips are even and plump. I was also able to get into an appointment rather quick too! Will be returning.

Im now currently 6 months post up from having my lip lift procedure. I have been using lip fillers as an enhancement now for the past 10 years. I started to notice that my lips looked fuller on one side compared to the other. I decided to discuss the situation with a friend regarding finding a solution, and she told me about the lip lift procedure. So I started to look into it. I have to admit I was was scared at first of the possible scarring. Thats when I came across NYC Rejuvenation ClinicThis to me looked and sounded great and just what I wanted. I immediately made an appointment to see him. We first discussed that I needed to dissolve the filler in the lip, wait two weeks and then we could go ahead and do the lift. The first step went great, the uneven fuller dissolved immediately, and caused me no problems at all.I was now ready to have the procedure and was excited and felt very confident and at ease about having it done! The lip lift took around 30-45 minutes and I didnt feel anything after we injected the numbing solution.My lips were pretty swollen and sore for the first few days, which I was advised was to be expected. After five days the stitches were then removed. I was really impressed visually with how clean and neat the incisions were. The incisions are not noticeable at all now at 6 months. Im overall extremely happy with how everything went and I keep getting complimented on how much more natural, nice and well proportioned my face/lips look. Having this procedure also now means that I dont need to have lip fillers injected, which has made life a lot easier as I dont feel as if I need to keep up or worry about having them topped up or having un-even results as I previously had trouble with.I was made to feel extremely comfortable and at ease, all my questions were answered and everything was explained throughout, so that I felt confident and understood what was being done during every step of the procedure

I made the decision to come here based on the reviews. The service leaves something to be desired...not too friendly or warm considering I was a new client. My appointment (30 E 60th St location) was at 11am but I wasn’t seen until almost 11:30am. No apologies until I mentioned the lateness. Man who runs to place walked into my room while I was numbing and said absolutely nothing. So far I am happy with the results but I may try a different location next time in hoping for friendlier staff.

They have the best Botox and Juvederm service by far. The facility is clean, strategically located for easy access and their customer care was always online to help me out whenever I had a question to answer.

He is a miracle worker! I have some fairly deep acne scars left over from my teen years and was looking for a non-laser treatment that could still be equally effective. His combination of acupuncture and derma-rolling may not be the first thing that pops into your head as something that would be particularly effective, but you would be impressed. I saw improvement after the fourth treatment, and have continued on for another 4. There is literally no downtime after her sessions (your face might be a little red and sensitive for the rest of the day) but there is no interference with your lifestyle while getting these treatments.
