This clinic is beginning to slack on professionalism. E.g. I was given a an appt. For 8/25 but was contacted 8/24 and told my Doc would not be in on schedule date. Also was told I would be contacted with a NEWER appt. sometime soon. 2 months later still NO appt. but now attempting to see my Doc Im being notified my Doc no longer work there and the soonest I can be seen is late November. Is it my fault staff at Bukhman Medical 2256 2nd ave has a lack of concern for the physicians clients, and is it possibly that my primary care doctor noticed the unprofessionalism and decided this clinic wasnt for her. I would give the Salvation Army a higher rating today compared to my beginnings with this clinic.....Dr. Smith you will be missed!
