L.Raphael is truly a hidden oasis.I enjoyed the ambiance and the excellent customer service by the lovely staff.I had the pleasure of trying Juliette’s massage. It was great as she worked on my body and skin with all the right care and attention. Her delicate hands provide a healing experience for body and mind.Later I received a facial by Tatiana. I felt like a goddess. After a careful examination of my skin she did a great job on recommending and applying all the right products for my sensitive skin. She consulted me on using several of their products and the reasons why they would be effective on my skin/face.Not only I felt amazing and rejuvenated but my skin was glowing. Strongly recommend this spa for anyone that is interested in investing on their beauty, looks and well-being.

A hidden sanctuary in the middle of the hustling and bustling Midtown.Had Dead Sea body scrub and massage. The treatment started with skin exfoliation with mango sesame scrub (there are other choices of scrubs), followed by a shower and a massage. One of the best massages I have ever had! A real treat to your skin, body and mind.

I had an Oxy Star Anti Pigmentation treatment a month ago.I loved it! I originally booked a customized facial but decided to upgrade. I was so happy I did. This treatment is nothing like any other oxygen facial I had before. I left the spa glowing and my skin stayed hydrated and radiant long after. Highly recommend.

Honestly one of the best spa experiences Ive had in a long time. Definitely the best day spa Ive attended in NYC. I had a 50 minute facial with Celine, who has to be one of the sweetest estheticians Ive ever met. She did such an amazing job on my skin, it really looked so radiant after the session. I will definitely be seeing her again.

Just experienced an amazing Oxy Facial that left my skin brighter and hydrated. Unbelievable! I also had a deep tissue massage and it was outstanding. This gem of an oasis is tucked away into The Four Seasons. A beautiful escape. I will be back next month. Beautiful!

L-Raphael spa is the most luxurious spa in New York. The staff is pleasant and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this spa. That said, Isaac is one of the best massage therapists in New York and you will be glad that you had a massage from him.

It was an amazing experience. Very thoughtful stuff, one of the best services I’ve ever got. I wish there was a whirlpool, but in general I totally recommend.

Heaven on earthWhen I first got into the spa my impression was that the place is very relaxing and than welcomed me Karry Anne with an amazing smile and soothing voice (ohh she is so nice)I took a deep tissue massage with Julliete and that was fabulous (felt like that i got 20 years younger when all my aches disappeared) than I got their signature Oxy treatment with Tatiana and let me tell you here I looked like I am 20 years younger;)Incredible service , incredible results - highly recommended.

Very high prices for services that were not as great as I had expected. I would not be going back there nor would I recommend it. They can definitely do a better job.

A beauty spa that lives up to its reputation! Everything was perfect from the personalized service to the treatment, not to mention the interior design, a perfect cosy atmosphere. I tried their signature Oxy Star Anti Pigmentation treatment and I definitely recommend it, the result is immediate, my skin is looking refreshed and glowing and my wrinkles are truly less visible!

Disgusting. Dirty - garbage overflowing in women’s change room, whirlpool not working, chunks of cabinet torn off...men’s was worse, no whirlpool and steam didn’t work and weather stripping peeling off the door of the steam room. This is an embarrassment to the Fourseasons brand. The room for a couples massage was so small the door hit the table...we didn’t stay for our book services it was too stressful. For a spa. Yes, stressful
