I had a great experience at Think Pink! Amy did my artificial powder nails and she worked meticulously to make sure they looked perfect. Amy was gentle and she worked hard and quickly. Sue gave me a lovely 10-min massage during my manicure - how could I say no? I would definitely go back here, for a gel or artificial manicure, pedicure, or spa service!

The facility was clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was good. A little on the pricier end ($70 for a spa pedicure with 10 minute foot massage, $35 for gel manicure), but a good experience overall.

I walked into this place on a whim before a snowstorm. While the ladies were obviously business driven (one woman tried to offer me a message while i was getting my nails done, i declined only because i was on a budget and the woman was very courteous) they were also very sweet and i enjoyed their conversation. It was my first time getting tips and the women i had was great. I could tell she was experienced and she made sure every nail was filed, even and buffed to perfection. They were very kind and made me feel at home. I recommend them to anyone looking to be pampered while getting a manicure, pedicure, tips, eyelash extensions etc.

Pricier salon, but they do a good job. I normally come when I have a nicer event to attend. Lots of spa package options as well.

One week later and it looks like I havent had a pedicure in months. She cut my nails short when I told her just to file them because I already cut them myself. Now some of them hurt. $36 for a bad pedicure. The people were nice but Im used to getting better pedicures for $16-25 less. I get that rent is high, but you cant do well in New York City when your work is so poorly done. They also dont put a plastic lining in the foot bath - every place I go to does this and charges less. Id never go back, I actually regret going.

Absolutely disgusted at this place. Attended for an average pedicure and they had the cheek to ask for a 20% tip after spilling a bottle of nail polish all over my boots. The receptionist was begging my partner for a tip. Yes we were tourists but where I come from it’s RUDE to ask for tips! Shocking

Very nice staff and shop. Ive been going there a couple of times a year for several years and its always relaxing. Also, great people watching out the picture windows as your nails dry!

This place is clean and the ladies are friendly. Im not a regular so maybe theyre warmer and more accommodating to others. The problem was that the manicure was just super basic. The slightest bit of cuticle pushing, a little cream, Polish and goodbye. Disappointing.Still, its clean and reasonably priced so, three stars for that!

Paid $150 for a below average pedicure and the worst full set ever. They broke off a day after the service from me scratching my head... They were persistent for 20% tip for terrible nails... OVERPRICED.

Average service at a high price.I had a very serious girl taking care of my nails, never smiled once, only when asking for tips. She applied well the nail polish but had no idea on how to shape a nail and I have bits of cuticle left on all fingers. My foot was left with dry skin hanging.Payed 100$ in total for manicure and pedicure.

Got a pedicure here on Saturday. Big toe began to hurt a little the night of the pedicure. By Tuesday I had a visible, painful, and full blown infection. Went to the doctor today, Wednesday, and they said it is a bacterial infection that I got from wherever I received the pedicure.

Ive tried many other cheaper places in the neighborhood, but I always go back here because my pedicure may be pricey, but it looks great and lasts longer than the others.

I had a fantastic manicure at Think Pink. I had about 10 layers of nail polish on, from doing touch-ups myself. Chaein did not make a single comment or complaint about it. (Something other aestheticians have definitely been snarky about in the past.) She did a beautiful job on my nails, and was very gentle. Her hand and forearm massage was wonderful too.I think the price was cheap - $15.75. I tipped her $15 on top of that, I was so happy with her service. The salon was bright and clean, with many lines of nail polish to choose from. OPI is my fave, and they have this line, including my current fave color, Pineapples Have Peelings Too.
