Amazing! Came in for a massage and it was the best thing Ive ever done. I dont think I ever got a massage like this!

I came in a while back and purchased several items : the cherry lip scrub and butter , vanilla chapstick and my personal holy grail , marshmallow cleanser. Honestly my self care routine has stepped up thanks to these amazing products .The staff were so lovely as well. It was a male and female on the floor. Didn’t catch their names but they helped me out tremendously. They gave me so many wonderful tips and guide to which product would be best for me. I used to use the aloe cleanser but they suggested something new so I tried their input. I love it so much. Honestly I rave about this to friends and family , and purchased the small version as Christmas stockings during the sale ( I like to think ahead). Overall it was a pleasure going In the store, seeing the products in person , talking to the staff and getting their input. They assured me and it worked out so well. Thanks y’all!!

I needed some self care on my birthday and walked in to Naturopathica without an appointment. They were kind enough to fit me in for both a massage and facial and even gave me a birthday gift. I feel so relaxed and pampered after these two amazing services. Thank you Naturopathica for being awesome!

I want to start by saying that I walked in here an anxious disaster! I walked out in complete disbelief, literally feeling like I’m floating on air! The aura set the tone, from being greeted with great energy with a smile I didn’t even have to see behind the mask that, I just knew it was there, to the delicious tea. Everything was just perfect.I was in dire need of a facial after wearing a mask and the stresses of the pandemic as it had for sure taken a toll on my skin. I was lucky enough to schedule last minute with the amazing Lora Jackson. The room was spotless. She was very welcoming, highly professional and communicated what she would recommend for my specific situation, the “defy facial”. A bit pricey but worth every penny. The products used not only smelled but also felt amazing which I will 100% be coming back for. Upon arrival, my skin was congested pigmented and dehydrated. I am beyond happy with the amount of detail! It now looks and feels so clean and hydrated. I’m legit glowing. I also mentioned to her that I am in desperate need of a good massage. Shortly after, I found myself in another room to get a “nourish massage” with Thaddeus Daniels per Lora Jackson’s suggestion. I have to say this just may be the best full body massage I’ve ever experienced to date. I have visited dozens of spas, near and far but nothing as good as today’s. I really couldn’t even wait to right this review haha. It is 100% apparent that my services were rendered by professionals who love what they do. I’m into giving people flowers while they can smell them so I was sure to let them know how blessed their hands were while I was there. I highly recommend this spa, hands down. The best deserving way a single mom can gift herself for Mother’s Day. My expectations were surpassed. I feel like myself again and then some. A second visit for a deep tissue massage and very disappointing. Thaddeus was great during my first visit. This time around I had someone else, a female therapist and it was not a great experience - upon meeting her, there was an attitude, not friendly, almost angry. She didnt seem to want to be there or had somewhere to go afterwards.Ive had massages over the past 20 years and this one was not worth the value of paying about $200 (with tip). She didnt care for my body, was very rough / reckless with moving my body around (even with me giving feedback throughout the session), didnt care to ask if I was ok during the session. she rushed through and I didnt get any benefit from the massage.Disappointing and would not recommend. After my session, I sat in the waiting area & noticed other therapists who were kind, caring & communicative with their clients. I didnt have any of that.Upon checkout, I expressed my disappointment and they gave me a 10% discount, which to me doesnt makeup for what I went through. Their products are good, however, their spa experience is very lacking for the high prices. One could get better healing, quality massage therapists & customer service elsewhere for way less.Lesson learned. Not returning.I wish people & businesses in the healing business actually cared about helping people feel better. Especially during a post COVID world, people need healing more than ever (including myself). I’m not ok with normalizing this type of behavior.

The wellness drinks are tasty. They have also a spa.Great customer service. 👍👍

I did the Clear Facial with Lora Jackson and she did an incredible job. She was so detailed and made my skin feel amazing and luxurious. She is just so wonderful and I can not wait to go back for more Facials. 10/10 experience and ask for Lora!

I recently had my first facial experience w/ Michelle. I had the Bio energy lift, it was such a great relaxing experience. I saw such a difference in my skin. Michelle was very knowledgeable and the front desk gave me a warm welcome. The total experience was mellow and relaxing. I will definitely be back.

I’ve been going to Naturopathica for about a year now. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. My facials with Alison are not only invigorating but educational/informative. After experimenting with their products and with esthetician’s recommendations, I’m beginning to see which suit my skin condition (depending on season) and which ones my skin will not tolerate. Overall, Naturopathica is the spa to go if you’re looking for a gentle but effective holistic approach to skin care.

I had a facial with Iwona and loved it. The experience has a lot of massage elements to it, too, elevating the facial to another level. I appreciated the thorough questionnaire beforehand so that any problem areas or concerns are addressed. It feels very tailored to your skin type and needs. The whole thing is extremely relaxing and soothing. I ended up purchasing a lot of the products that were used.

I LOVE this place. It’s a soothing oasis in the middle of busy Chelsea. The products are fabulous (the sweet birch gel is perfect for aches & muscle spasms) and the spa is divine. Hands down, Jackie is the best massage therapist I’ve had in the city. Go there now!

A legitimate spa and healthy cafe - I love the teas and tonics, drinks that actually support my health! I stop in any time Im near the neighborhood. I dont know if any other place in Manhattan like it. Beyond the facials, I especially love the dedicated scalp and foot treatments. I havent yet been to the meditation classes. It they look enticing!

I recently went to this spa with a group of ladies and we had the most relaxing experience. Karen and Ivana were our service providers and they gave us the most amazing facials ever. Our skin is glowing and we left feeling relaxed and renewed. We were visiting from MA and will definitely be back in the near future.

Today I visited the Naturophatica Spa at Chelsea NY,To receive my Chill Facial, Front Desk and the Spa director gave me a warm welcome and direct me to the changing room, from there to the Amazing relaxation room with 180* screen pics of calming ,Morgan my Esthetician came to direct me to the treatment , her gentle and effective touch were absolutely amazing!!!Definitely the best facial I’ve ever had!!!!

I enjoyed a excellent deep tissue massage with Seth yesterday! I will definitely return and request Seth again!!

Gillian is an amazing massage therapist. I often walk into the store with my dog to grab a new product and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Products are fantastic.

Outstanding experience in this transformative place. Walking into the space is immedietelly calming. Karen gave me the best facial Ive ever had. Her expert technique, knowledge and personality make her quite possibly the best in her field. The products are gentle and cruelty-free and the wellness drink was just the right touch to top off my escape from life at Naturopathica Chelsea.

I have been here twice for facials and it has been fabulous each time. Naturapathica is a warm environment. Its an instant relaxation when you walk in. I highly recommend this place.

Naturopathica East Hampton has set a high bar. This new spa in Chelsea has its own unique personality; different decor, same extraordinary products. We went on Black Friday, and as soon as I walked in the door I started to relax. After cooking for days and dealing with all the hassle leading to the holiday weekend, relaxing was exactly what I needed. The place even smells relaxing. The entire experience was glorious, especially the Bio-Energy Lift facial with Gregory. I walked out of there glowing, and slightly disappointed that I hadnt bought more products. I stopped by there the other day to buy more Gotu Kola Healing Balm, the best hand cream on the market, and saw that they have the juice and tea bar up and running. It just gets better and better.

The meditation room was a nice touch and Jillian is awesome.

My sister and I had facials from Karen & Elizabeth. They were wonderful, always a great expierence there. Definitely recommend !:)

I recently had a Pure Results facial at the spa. The spa is so serene and lovely. The meditation room was a nice surprise. When I return, I want to spend more time there. Iwana, the aesthetician, totally exceeded my expectations. The facial was relaxing, both physically and mentally. My skin is so soft and hydrated. It was a great experience that I want to do again. I throughly enjoyed my massage and the ambiance of the place.I would however, wait until the end to tip...I tipped the lady doing my massage $30, than was charged $15 on top of that as an extra tip, even though I told the lady at the counter I had already tipped the lady.She still added it into my bill when I checked out.Nice place but wait until the end to tip.

Meditation room was great, I purchased the Nirvana package and felt it was worth every penny. will be returning for a facial soon!

Beware! Just checked my card and I have been charged 7 times over $800 by this place...there is fraud happening here. I stopped going here a year ago and one of their staff has now decided to make multiple charges to my account a year later. Check your card statement after visiting

I treated myself to the Holistic Facial for my birthday and it was the best gift I could have ever given myself. My aesthetician was Iwona, who was incredibly gentle, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Iwona listened to my fears due a horrific facial 15 years ago (at a different spa) that left my skin swollen, red, and filled with white pustules after an allergic reaction. My skin suffered for almost a year. This was my first facial since then. Iwona used the Manuka Honey Balm which was fabulous and smelled delicious. I bought it and have been using it every night since my facial. The facial was pricey but definitely worth it and I highly recommend it if youre skin is suffering from stress and sensitivities (I have a patch of eczema on my right cheek that has lingered for 3 years now). Im a big fan of Naturopathica products, which are vegan, cruelty free, organic, and just lovely on the skin. I use them almost exclusively. I highly recommend the products, the Chelsea spa, and Iwona! Thank you for a wonderful birthday!

I treated myself to Naturopatica Chelesa on 12/29/15. By far, the best experience I had in day spa. I felt relaxed. The products are natural and worked great with my sensitive skin. Afforable,holistic, and your private osasis in NYC.
