So when I posted about my bad experience In an hour I got a response I must say best customer service and best hospitality, I have been taken care and got 120 minute session which was amazing and felt amazing.Thank you so much for treating me amazingly. Definitely recommending.Not good experience he charged me for 60 minutes that started with $60 and I ended up paying him 75$ as he insisted me $10 tip and 5$ card fees. Also he ended massage in 40 min.

Try to go here once a month to keep the muscles relaxed. Friendly service clean place and overall the vibes are relaxing. My last 2 have been with Kareem and will stick by him as often as hes available. His technique, pressure and attention to detail as far as tight and tense spots are exactly what one needs. Other good guys on staff but I definitely recommend him. One star short for the occasional mediocre experience.

Love 27 men spa! Have gone here twice as a walk-in. Once around winter 2019 before the pandemic to the 166 location (the original location is an old building but they’ve worked hard to make the space cozy and tidy). Good massage and very polite staff considering I had no appointment. A very handsome tattooed Russian man gave me a strong massage. But that was then...May 2021 I went back again as a walk-in. The brand new location at 105 is so nice, clean, and the staff is wonderful. I felt so comfortable and well taken care of — even as a walk-in. I will definitely be back more often now!! :-)If you are nervous about trying a new place, Johnny is a great massage therapist — especially if you are looking for someone who listens and adapts to light/medium/firm pressure according to your needs.

Diego, Ahmed, Paulo and Kenan are best masseurs ever. bc theyre doing very good. Im very comfortable. I feel very happy. mostly I go with them. They always offer cup of water. Ill come back again next time. Its going to be continue. I would highly recommend them.

Stopped into the 105 W27 location today for a 90 minute massage. Called an hour ahead for an appointment and they were able to accommodate me. As far as small men’s spas in Manhattan are concerned, this was one of the nicest I’ve been to. The facility was clean. Johnny massaged me and he was amazing. I would highly recommend him. He is very strong and a good communicator. The best massage I’ve had in a long time. My body melted into the massage table. Left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

Normally i dont write reviews. This is my first review I had ever for men spa.Initially I was really hesitant of coming here but for curiosity and exploration purposes i visited the place. I booked an appointment with Carlos without knowing him. He was too kind and very trsponsive whatever questioned I asked. With his face i thought he is very sarcastic and rude but it was a wrong interpretation. He started the massage with a very soft to hard. I love it and he found what i am looking for a masseur. I’ve been for a couple of men spa but this place is the best. Very clran with a quality service of masseur. We have different experience but in mu case that was I had. I used to work in this area and would always pass by but one day decided to stop in.I’ve had massages from Marcos (Brazilian guy) and Antonio (Spanish guy). Both times I’ve been greeted nicely, offered water, and had a great relaxing massage.The pressure was good, they asked for feedback during to make sure everything was okay. They do everything from Swedish to Sports massage.Highly recommended as they have good service and a nice clean facility.

I have been coming to this spa off and on for about 18 months since they got a new owner and renovated it. I have always really liked the new space -- it is very clean and also very cozy, and its very obvious that the new manager is very kind and works hard to make customers happy. As of about three months ago, they added a masseur that was certified in Thailand to give authentic Thai massage, and I have been going once a week to relieve muscle pain. His name is August and he is fantastic. While I am not an expert, his massage is just like what I received years ago when I went to Thailand -- deep tissue and stretching. I very much recommend him if you like Thai massage. And the price is great -- $60 per hour.

Unfortunately, I didnt read the reviews before coming here. Someone wrote about a masseur wearing rubber gloves while doing a massage, and one of them at 27 Men Spa did the same thing to me. The other review doesnt give the masseurs name or description, so i dont know if its the same one. The person who wrote the other one asked, why? Yes, why would a masseur do that? Im not dirty, no open cuts or anything. If this masseur is worried about germs, let him start with his braces. He had enough bacteria there to keep a lab full of scientists busy. :)

I was walking by at 1pm on Sat, Jan 11, and called up to see if they had an opening for a body scrub or a massage. They told me they didnt offer the scrub anymore (they need to change their website), but they did have a masseur available for a massage. I walked up to the 3rd floor, and was greeted at the top of the stairs. He brought out a masseur within 2 minutes. I wish I remembered his name. I would say he was Russian or Eastern European, but that is a guess. He was very nice, and brought me to the room. I told him a 60 minute massage, but when I got in, I changed my mind and asked for 75 minutes, and that was no problem for him. He gave a very good, very attentive, and perfect pressure massage. He asked if everything was fine, if the pressure was right, and it was a very enjoyable experience. I wish I could remember his name, so I could ask for him again.

I went there tonight around 8:30pm, Was my first time there. Mike takes me the room and starts gives a not so good massage he finished before an hour! Left unhappy! He leave marks on my back. Definitely no was a good experience. Excellent customer service in a a business is the key to be success.

The massage was delivered by Chris which is absolutely relaxing afterwards. I wish I could asked for longer session but the place seems very busy. The room set up very professional and staff working there very friendly. Will come back again.

All the reviews stating how gorgeous the massage therapists are make me believe they wrote the reviews themselves. But I dont care about their looks. The one-hour massage I paid for was actually 45 minutes. The therapist rushed this massage and was obviously anxious to get through it. Also, the therapist wiped my body down with alcohol before doing the massage. Any real therapist knows how damaging that is to skin. Worst of all, the therapist wore rubber gloves while doing the massage. This is very uncomfortable against skin. If he was suggesting that Im dirty, he should know that i keep my designer clothes in my Chelsea apartment, not in a shopping cart under a bridge, and I shower twice a day. Now, can he give us a little insight into his hygiene? I get a massage about once a month and have never experienced this kind of insult. I hope this review saves some patrons from experiencing the same thing.

He was very intuitive therapist ,and I got exactly what I need to massage ,feels very comfortable and relaxing. Visited this spa last year when it was called Sunny Boy Spa... very disappointed, vowed to never come back. I heard that it now has new owner, who has remodeled/expanded and reopened under new name 27 Men Spa, with new staff. Decided to give it another try.I called for appointment, requesting Asian masseur (they also have Russian and Latino, I think)... when I arrived I was assigned to Ryan. He delivered an excellent massage, applying just the right pressure in all the right places to take care of my aches and pains and stiffness.Renovations are a vast improvement over the old space, as are the superb staff. I will definitely come again.

I am very disappointed again with YURA. If I pay for 60 minutes with good tip - 35% why they do not spend 1 hr. Earlier also I was left in 50 minutes.. And I reminded the time before started to him and showed the clock. Also He was totally not in mood. He was toatlly tired and non stop yawning.This was my thrid visit but not at all happy this time and also earlier with him.

I was skeptical about the tricks all men spa are using nowadays . It turns out this one is more than what I expected for . You have to try Chris who has very strong hands and neat massage . I am not here just for write a good review because of their great massage, it’s very few of places have the good masseur like Chris. I highly recommend to make an appointment with him because I was walking in without appointment then he was not available initially.

Make appointment with ben n he reply it very quick. N he said there is a spot for 90 minutes. I take it. Arrived there they show me the room btw i take 30 minutes body rub n 60 minutes massage package. Body rub was done with himalayan sea salt. Mark was doing great job. He asked if the water temperature was ok with me. Finish with the session he take me to the massage table. N give me deep tissue massage. Enjoy n feel refreshed. Definitely coming back again.

I’ve been to 27 men spa for a couple of times since they are opening ,nice and clean places.And the stuff know what they are doing,they are from different nationalities.Yura is probably my favorite masseur for now,strong firm hands massages for 90mins can make both my body and mind refresh .I’m glad I’m in this neighborhood ,Chelsea is the best gay living area!

Great Location, great prices, clean, friendly staffI went to this massage place last week and here are my observations:-- This spa is located between the new Innside Melia hotel and the Pret a Manger restaurant. Its on the 3rd floor of a small building and looks very drab from the outside, but once you enter the spa is small but very clean and nicely furnished.-- The have a wet room with a scrub facility, which I did not try. I did a one-hour massage.-- There seem to be a very international selection of masseurs, including Asian, Latino, and white. The receptionist and the masseur that I had were both extremely friendly.-- The massage was great and most importantly the price was very reasonable. Its hard to find a place that isnt super fancy and expensive nor cheap and grungy. This is now my go-to place for an inexpensive massage in a clean and comfortable environment with friendly staff.
