Great office staff! Dr Cortez explained everything I needed to know about my needed cataract surgery. Definitely put me at ease. Dr Bley was great and also explained the procedure. Overall experience was very positive. And also Marcia the surgical coordinator helped me manage all the future appointments and details.

I had lasik done with Dr. Bley about 3 months ago and it was truly one of the best decisions I have made. I was near sighted (-3.0 with astigmatism on left eye) and now I can see perfectly with 20/15 vision. All the staff at the office were so wonderful. I really appreciated Ravi during the day of my surgery and Dr. Cortez during all my post op check ups. I can see so clearly now and it has changed my life!

I needed an emergency procedure and Dr Bley’s office was exceedingly accommodating and told me to come in right away. Despite the fact that I was not an existing patient, the office made sure that I was seen and all procedures and tests were performed with the utmost professionalism. Dr. Bley explained exactly what was being done in order to preserve my vision and ensure that the progression of vision loss Will be arrested. This was my first time coming to this office.I was referred by my primary ophthalmologist, Dr. Orlof; just want to mentioned that Dr. Eleanor Orlof is the finest!!Since Dr. Orlof doesn’t perform surgery, she referred me to Dr. Bley.I was very impressed with not only Dr. Bley, but also with Elaine and Dr. Cortez.I truly feel that they had my interest at heart. They were very detailed in their explanation.I am trusting my most important important sense of all, my sight.I am scheduled to have my surgery in April and I am so beyond that excited!!

I did laser surgery back 2006 when he was at Brooklyn clinic. And 11/04 I just went for my check up. The place in Manhattan was nice not crowded they see me with shorter time. Thanks to staff and to the doctors.

Medical service was excellent but the wait was way too long.

They should have a Spanish translator, I cant call to ask them important questions about the process because no one can translate for me, it would be nice if they had an email to use google translator.

Very long waits and tries to upswell on lasik a bunch. Just needed a new prescription and wasn’t out the doors until 2 hours after my appointment.

Always is a great pleasure to come for my eyes visit.
