Laura did a good job on my Botox, light touch, which I like. Upper middle range for pricing, which is the only reason I took off one star (light forehead, 11s and crows feet was $900). I will go back.Just added a star because after a couple of weeks, it was clear that Laura is a gifted injector! I still have movement, but everything is softer. She’s really great!

I was seen by Allie today and can 100% recommend her to anyone who is interested in getting a facial done, or anyone struggling with acne like myself. Allie did a chemical peel but, prior to the peel she took about 10-15 minutes to really talk to me about my problems/concerns & get a game plan going, she took pictures of my skin to have some before & after photos to look back at. Allie is extremely professional, caring, and detail oriented for sure. I am really looking forward to seeing my results!

I had a great experience at Tribeca Med Spa. I was instantly greeted and seated. The location is beautiful and has a great ambience. They have the Reveal to analysis your skin which I found very helpful. I got the signature facial which was very thorough. My skin felt amazing after! This was my first time getting Botox and doctor Vivian was absolutely AMAZING!Well firstly, upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, who took my temperature, handed me some forms to fill then escorted me into the most BEAUTIFUL waiting area! (It was absolutely stunning like a fine dining restaurant!!!)After just a few moments, Dr Vivian came and took me into her office- white, impeccably clean and cozy! We had had a virtual consultation some days before so she felt familiar to me. We had a bit of small talk which helped to make me feel more comfortable, then she asked about what my concerns were and she explained to me what she would do and how it would work.LISTEN!!! I am deftly afraid of injections but Dr Vivian was soooo patient and so calm and sooooooo gentle! It really was as she explained- just a pinch!Eventhough I haven’t seen the results yet, (I just got my treatment yesterday and it usually takes 7-10 days to show) I am sooooo happy with the service I received at Tribecamedspa! I have gone to Tribeca Med spa for the past 2-3 years. I always had good service experience but never great. However I was just there a day ago and Alexandra at the front desk really made my week. She was super pleasant, remembered me from our phone conversation, was very attentive. Malika (I might have spelled her name wrong) was amazing, very thorough and gave me great suggestions on what to use to clean my face masks so that I stop breaking out. This has been my best experience with Tribeca Med spa. Being in the service industry myself I know how hard it is to sometimes meet clients expectations. These ladies met them and went beyond.

Haley was amazing- best facial I’ve had!

I was really nervous about microblading as I am very fair-skinned and blonde and was worried I would come out looking ridiculous, like Barbarella. I wanted something very subtle and plausible for someone with my coloring. Delphine was very sensitive to that concern and showed me lots of examples of very subtle work she had done for several clients. She also told me how I would feel on Day 2 (it will seem too dark), day 3-7 (it will start to calm down and look a little more natural every day). She warned me and the first treatment is indeed very conservative. There is a touch up in a month to address any gaps or to go darker if I felt confident about doing so. The facility was spotless, the staff was very careful about social distancing. The whole experience was professional and reassuring. I am on day 3 and very happy. Ive already recommended Delphine to three friends.

Upon entering, Asmar greeted me with a warm smile and led me to a private seating area where I filled out my paperwork. Refreshments were also provided which was a huge plus on a hot spring day. After I completed my paperwork, Holly introduced herself and we walked over to the treatment room. She was very attentive to my skin concerns and went over a thorough treatment plan to get my skin ready for my wedding day in September. Holly was also conscious in using skin products that fit my organic preference. My skin was absolutely glowing after my first treatment, I couldn’t believe how rejuvenated my skin looked and felt. I also give this medspa extra bonus points for new client bag filled with awesome goodies. Needless to say, I will be coming back for follow up treatments. So.....Im not really the Med Spa sort. My girlfriend (who thinks Im perfect the way I am, for real), convinced me to come in for some scarring and brown spots on my face.I met with one of their PAs named Lauren who recommended fraxel for the scarring and IPL for the brown spots. Apparently those spots are sun damage, but I always thought sun screen was for wusses.Anyway, I was ready to agree to do whatever she thought would help, but Lauren took the time to explain the science behind why the treatments work and the down time. Im not supposed to drink or be in the sun after these treatments?! I almost walked out LOL. But she was very thorough, I really trust her.I honestly didnt think I had any issues with my skin, but it definitely looks better now. It looks smoother and clearer, Id even go so far as to say younger. My girlfriend assures me I am even MORE perfect now, and should leave some love to show my gratitude. Thanks guys!

I was concerned about the ventriloquist lines around my mouth and my neck wasnt as tight as it used to be (My mom had turkey neck, and I am doing everything to avoid/mitigate it for myself.) so I had the fibroblast plasma pen procedure done. Lindsay did my procedure. She was absolutely wonderful and did a great job. She explained the procedure thoroughly before starting, and she has been checking in with me regularly to make sure my healing is going well and that Im happy with my results. I have been going to Tribeca Medspa for years now and have had nothing but fantastic experiences with the technicians there. I tried CellFina for the first time a few momths ago before heading to Florida. I had a few dimples on my back side and inquired about potential treatments. With the injection of lidocaine, the CellFina process was comfortable (albeit a bit noisy due to the machine), quick and produced results as promised. Online videos had me nervous before starting, but PA-C Altman did a fantastic job explaining everything. The immediate post suction bruises threw me for a loop, but they disappeared within a few days with Vitamin K cream. I highly recommend the CellFina for anyone seeking to have a smooth aging bum😊

TERRIBLE! I bought a product recommended by one of their astheticians and my face broke out in horrible hives. Lasted for a few days so I finally had to go see a dermatologist (I have medical records to back up my claim). When I tried to get the refund later on the $152 I spent on the product I was told the 2 weeks refund period had passed. Once my package there is finished (I just hope no more hives going forward and its not as if they will refund me the rest of my package, haha) I will definitely NOT be returning nor recommending the place to anyone. Glad to know their priority is $ and not what is right by their clients.

Friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. I’ve seen most of the practitioners there since I travel so often it’s challenging to book ahead. They are all very professional and experienced but if you want to stay with a particular person, book ahead of time as they can all get booked weeks in advanced.As my skin is very dry, my favorite treatments there include the chemical peels , dermaplaning and MultiMask facial. They will consult and help you come up with the best treatments for your skin. I always trust them with my skin and I leave Tribeca MedSpa feeling great about myself, and knowing that I am worth every dollar spent.

I have always been hesitant to visit a spa, but recently, I visited Tribeca MedSpa for a customized mens facial. I didnt know what to expect, but as soon as I walked in to the spa, I felt a calm listening to soothing music. The spa exuded a relaxing atmosphere with its lit candles. The front office staff was excellent. They introduced me to my aesthetician Victoria who was courteous and friendly. She made me feel comfortable and at home. Before starting my facial, Victoria explained the entire process in detail leaving me feeling at ease and anxious to get started. At the end of the procedure, my skin felt smooth, silky and hydrated. I felt rejuvenated and anxious to return for my next facial. Tribeca MedSpa provided me with a unique and fantastic experience. I highly recommend visiting Tribeca MedSpa to anyone looking to maintain a permanent healthy and vibrant skin appearance.

DONT GO THERE!!!!! I had fraxel laser and it was a HORRIBLE experience. I am a writer, shooting my book cover in a few months and I was assured that this would make my skin glow.When I left, after paying 2000$, they FORGOT to give me the proper at home care, and I had to fly to boston later that day and they charged me another 200 bucks to send it too me. Save yourself a trip to hell and go to Skinny Med Spa in the Plaza Hotel, where the staff is warm and working to repair my skin that Tribecca Med Spa ruined.

Botox results after 3 tries were disappointing. In addition I was to go forward with the Fraxel but heard a few negative reviews, when I inquired one of the PAs was not helpful. Also they were not upfront about their policy to charge for the post op skin care products needed after the service or their cancellation policy. When I learned from colleague who is an MD to go to one for this type of procedure I cancelled the appointment since they dont offer an MD to do the service. I was told it was ok to cancel even if I was sitting in the chair and got cold feet. And when I did cancel they charged my card a fee without even telling me. They seemed angry I didnt go through with the service and really got nasty in the end. I dont recommend this business since they did not put the patients concerns first, charged me hidden fees without my knowledge and provided inconsistent service when used.

This is the worst place spa in the city. I would nor recommend this spa to anyone. After speaking to a few friends that all shared the same sentiment.
