A friend recommended this place to me and I had such amazing results with Ease Medspa!! After just three treatments I saw such a difference with my skin. I highly recommend this place for laser hair removal especially if you have ingrown hairs! I was scared as a first timer and they were so sweet and accommodating. I bought a Groupon and went to this spa for a back facial because I am Black and have sensitive skin I am especially careful about what goes on my skin (hyperpigmentation etc). Sandy was amazingly kind and concerned about my overall well being , and proficient with the treatment . Afterwards my back looked and felt better than it had in years. I highly recommend Ease MedSpa for your laser needs. Ive been coming here since January and not only is it affordable, it’s also painless and it works!!!! This is my go-to spa for all my facial and laser needs. For reference, I have olive skin and black hair, and the Cynosure has worked great for me!! Also, I come down from Westchester and its literally a ten minute walk from Grand Central and there’s a ton of street parking right outside!

While I’ve had good results from my laser treatments, I’d have to say my visit today was extremely disappointing. Like many laser spas, they offer great deals on Groupon. I’ve been here before but this was before the pandemic. Unfortunately, unlike my better experiences, the Asian woman who controls the front desk provided less than warm customer service today. I literally called yesterday and spoke with her, specifying EXACTLY which areas I wanted to do, inquiring about sessions as well as their Groupon deals. She told me they could only honor 1 Groupon deal so I’d save more money by going with the most expensive deal and paying for a cheaper area with the in-house price. She told me to look through Groupon to see the packages they had for sessions with more on their website. As I look through Groupon, the 2 additional areas I was interested in was listed under “small” area. I arrive at my appointment, my tech, Olga, did all areas I wanted, gave me my info and I was done. As I went to pay for my services, I tell the front desk woman which area I wanted to honor for the Groupon deal. All was fine with that. Then she tells me the additional 2 areas I wanted was not considered small but medium. I showed her Groupon and how they were in fact listed under small. She said “that’s only on groupon. In house they’re considered medium areas”. She proceeds to show me their pricing chart where it’s highlighted as the first 3 areas under small are for “groupon only”. Misleading much? However you want to price your services are fine, but you should have told me that while we were on the phone the day before or at least when I arrived for my appointment. To tell me that AFTER I received the service is just so wrong. I made a decision to get a service based on information you guys placed. To basically tell me “it’s going to cost more” is immoral and just poor businesses practices. At the very least, even if you provide me with this information, simply honor it because you guys made the mistake and should take responsibility. At this point we’re arguing and she continues to provide contradicting information regarding Groupon deals. If this experience wasn’t aggravating enough, Olga comes out the back and chimes in, asking if when I go to restaurants, do I try to pay a cheaper price than what’s on the menu. See what happens when you get involved in something you know nothing about? Not only was that rude but Olga was wrong! I had to explain to her that her colleague gave misinformation and is now trying to charge me higher. She had nothing to say. Ultimately, the price was honored. I gave a suggestion but all the front desk clerk did was give me an attitude and not respond. At one point, she even tried to tell me that no one has ever challenged their pricing and Groupon deals and they’ve never had this issue. She actually swore to God. Well she was wrong because I read a review with a client doing that very thing! Go here if you want. The results are good. Customer service and providing ACCURATE information is not something you’ll get. As humans, we all make mistakes. But the proper way to handle these matters is to admit your faults and correct them! While the front desk and most staff are great - especially Olga and Zorina, one staffer is extremely rude and makes the experience not worth it, will refuse service even if you’ve done the same thing multiple time’s. If you do go here, make sure you only go to Zorina or Olga.

I go to MedEase for acupuncture, and its always a nice, relaxing experience for me. Its clean, cozy, and I feel well taken care of when I come in. I often doze off, and feel better afterward. Front office staff are cheery and professional. Thank you!

I’ve been coming to Ease for years specially for laser. I’ve had great results and their prices are reasonable. Zorina (and their machine) is amazing, I hardly feel anything. JJ runs a great front desk. Try to keep your appointment because they get very busy in the after-work hours.

We had a couples massage in a private room and it was a good experience. My husband and I have tried different spa centers, both upscale and per-minute massages on the go. Wholehealth is average in ambiance, not cheap but not as luxurious and pampering as the others we tried. Therapists are Chinese. My husband is a critic when it comes to massages, & he said this is one of the best he had. I agree. The therapists did a great job with those knots and they tailored their massage specific to each person. And it felt like a healing massage, very nice!

So this was my third time coming and I was really hoping this time was a little different than the times before. When I walked today I was paired with a different person, which is fine although I believe a connection is formed by try scheduling with the original person who consulted you and advised your next treatment. At my last visit I purchased two 50 min. session for two different treatment. So after today’s visit I would have another treatment of my choice. Upon getting to the corner to leave my tip, it was then explained that because she did a deep cleaning before my peel (which is the only thing I booked), it was considered a facial and peel so I used both sessions. All I could do is think to myself confirmation that this is your last time. Outside of not being able to enjoy my session for the consistent cross-selling conversations - I then was misinformed or never informed that I was using my two session. The staff is great and could really grow the business if they allowed customers to enjoy their experience and share with other the amazing time had.

Ive been to both locations for laser hair removal and laser lipo. Its been a great experience. The staff is great. I recommend to anyone who wants to do something nice for yourself to look and feel better.

I haven’t had bodywork in about two years, even thoughI am a manual therapist/physical therapist.The bodywork was so good, I wrote the review in the waiting room before I left the appointment.I’m really hard on people who do bodywork/manual therapy. I love Asia based spas because A: I am from Malaysia and B: the service is very different and by that I mean, they are very nurturing and a massage feels like its done with care and love instead of time.If they find a spot that needs to be worked on, they ask and focus on it.The owner is lovely and honors previous promos and such but especially very accommodating.Tina is my friend and masseuse.. I have taken friend there and everyone has loved it.

I like the facility, its overall nice and clean HOWEVER I felt very pressured into tipping because the front desk asks after every session for gratuity out loud in a packed waiting room.... it makes you uncomfortable because tips are not guaranteed, they are a bonus for service and results.

I purchased an initial voucher from for pulsd, once this had expired I bought a different coupon from Groupon as needed one more top up session. I purposefully checked the t&cs to ensure there were no issues with returning customers using this voucher and none were included on the website. When I went to book the session I was told my voucher was invalid and that I would have to request a refund. Although the clinic is effective with their treatments I’ve been extremely dissatisfied with their operations on numerous occasions. I now have to go through a refund process with Groupon—huge waste of time! I also waited 40 mins for one appointment, and an hour for another. I wouldn’t recommend based on their service

Was so bad the experience I broke after the dermal they use envy medical which is really strong I had two wait 2 weeks to get it at another certified place where they say hello and goodbye. The lady just said nothing came into the room didn’t sit with me to tell her what I was allergic to my lifestyle nothing. It was just all around bad do not go here if you have sensitive skin or want someone with product knowledge

The location is a little difficult to find for the first time visitors, there are no clear and bold signs for directions! I love the fact they still take my laser hair removal treatment package I purchased about 2 years ago before they moved from their old site located in east village. But the laser technician who served me that day was very unprofessional and not responsible. She did a lot of gossiping but not really focused on what she was doing. She missed a lot of spots and the hair removal result was not good.

I bought a 3 facial service on Groupon, and have had such a wonderful experience, so much that I have purchased the 3 pack of Derma Silk Infusion treatments per recommendation from my racialist. I have had countless confirmed appointments, and this Spa has been so accommodating and kind on the phone. I love the Derma Silk machine, facials and products. The brightening serum treatment is my favorite as I have dark spots and old acne pigmentation spots. Such an easy process and relaxing!

I cant speak for the massages and other services but Ive been several times for the hour-long foot reflexology treatment and have never had better. Everyone has always been super polite and so what if the masseuse/therapist doesnt speak English? I dont really like anyone chattering at me anyway while Im blissed out. For the foot reflexology, you stay dressed (removing your shoes, of course) and soak your feet in a tub of warm water while your therapist massages your back and arms. Then youre turned around, given a blanket and allowed to doze while careful attention is paid to your legs and feet. I walk severals miles a day around the city and this is what I need on a regular basis to put a spring back into my step.

They don’t even answer there phones! How is someone suppose to book an appointment and get questions answered IF YOY NEVER ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!! I’m getting tm refund back
