Stay away! Unethical. I purchased a laser hair removal package at the NYC location and only used 2 out of 3 sessions before they closed permanently. They did not let their clients know nor did they issue a refund. I contacted Deify several times through email and called their North Greenbush office but they claim they are unaffiliated with the NYC office. I even tried to obtain a refund through BBB, but they have not responded. Unprofessional.

I have been going here for 3 years and the service was amazing. And I had recent packages and have been trying to call them to make an appointment for a month no answer and then I found out that they closed with no notification, no email, for the past two weeks I have been calling their upstate location asking to talk to a manager cause I need my money 600$ + back and till now she didnt get back to me and the receptionist response is always we have a huge list of names for the manager to call back and I just have to wait endlessly. I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!!

I have been going here for years and the service prior to Covid was amazing. I had a recent package and went to my 3rd appointment to find the store was closed with no notification, no email, a generic message about staffing issues due to Covid and now this is a month later, I have been calling with no response, no follow up and out of a lot of money with my package plan. I don’t know what is going on, but they really need to notify their customers who have been faithful and issue refunds for services not rendered.

Deify is a consistently great salon for laser hair removal. They are quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and clean. I am now getting my second body part lasered with them. Plus, they often have great deals which makes their pricing very fair. I highly recommend deify for laser hair removal.

Long time customer of deify since they were in the limelight church I keep my business with them and have referred a zillion friends because their lasers are the best around. I honestly only need maintenance twice a year since I’ve had so much but I sincerely know their results are the best I barely touch a razor! Cheyenne has been my technician of the year. Seen so many others but she has been a mainstay for how long I can’t count I’ll say two years maybe; but what a technician like her brings to the table is priceless. I feel comfortable to complain about my day my life etc and also where I have the most regrowth. She draws the grid whether I think I need it or not and pauses on the most painful spots, checks if I’m good to keep going, and also is open to discuss hyperpigmentation issues I’ve had and changes the frequency (if that’s what it’s called) based on my ever changing tone be it hormones, age whatever. Have zero complaints about any tech that has serviced me but want to give a big personal co-sign to Cheyenne for always keeping it real, comfortable, breezy and professional. Deify is the ONLY laser spot I’ll continue to go to over 10 years as a customer. Thanks for everything deify!

The service is ok but DO NOT buy a package here as it is impossible to book. I had one laser hair removal appt from my package, the second they booked incorrectly so I had to wait at the salon for over an hour and now they are not replying to any texts, phone calls or emails so I cannot book any further appts or organize a refund of close to $400 they have owing to me

I went in for eyelash extensions. After a horrible experience and a lot of damage to my eyelashes from a previous place, I was unsure if I would be able to get the full volume lashes I love so much. Kayla, took her time, was delicate with my eyelashes and was simply sweet to chat with. Her fun demeanor and the explanation of what she was doing put me at ease. She took care and made sure my experience was top notch. Once they were done, I looked in the mirror and yes! Was all I could say. They are exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Kayla for your professionalism, fun stories and just being you, you’re singing was great too! You have made me a permanent client and I can’t wait to go back in Two week! The building shut down, didnt tell their clients. You can not call or email them and so $1000 that I spent prepaid on my account is now lost and I can not get back. How does a business do that and go MIA! The entire building has a gate around it

Horrible. Very unsanitary. They should not be allowed to run a business especially with lasers because they do not maintenance machines or have licensed professionals performing the service. Cheyenne performed my ‘treatment’ and mentioned she hadn’t even gone to school etc and I immediately made her stop the service. Google should really have a zero stars option for places like this..

Yesterday was my first time visiting and every minute I felt comfortable and welcoming, I got a full set of volume lashes from Arica and she was fun and did an awesome job, I cant wait to go back for a fill in a few weeks!!

I have been going here for laser treatments throughout the years. The staff is always friendly and patient. They are taking covid precautions very seriously and make sure you are comfortable during your treatment. I highly recommend them, you won’t find service like this anywhere else.

Very organized & clean! Following temperature checks and mask wearing consistently. Like all places, their hours are a little more limited. But, that is totally understandable. Because of the hours being a little more limited you may have to wait a day for them to get back to you, but they are great with the texting service. All in all great experience. And, laser is the most comfortable around! Ps you can tip the technicians via Venmo! Talk about convenient!

My Express Farm to Facial with Althea was great. She was kind, down to earth and caring. She explained what shed be doing and assured I was comfortable throughout the process. She provided a robe and the bed and blanket were so cozy! She also did some extractions on my nose and chin, which i didnt think were included in an express facial, so I was very pleased she did that. While the mask was drying, she gave me a hand massage, too! So sweet. I booked through Classpass to give the spa a try and Ill definitely be returning.

The place was recommended by a friend -- I panicked because the person originally recommended to me was no longer available, so I booked with Elia... she is WONDERFUL!! First of all, the whole process is totally painless, I maybe felt 2 rubber-band-like flicks on super sensitive areas and that was it. Took about an hour to do everything from my eyelashes down. The place is so so clean. What else do you need!? I highly recommend, and Ive been looking for a laser place for almost 3 years, so that should say a lot!!

Quick, efficient, and professional. Rooms are a little chilly, I was told it’s for the equipment. I went in for Brazilian LHR, not very painful. The esthetician Elia worked quickly and then pressed on the area to help ease any pain from the pinch. I made an appointment the same day on a Saturday afternoon and was in and out within the hour. Would recommend.

I bought a 1yr. package of laser hair removal for a small and large area on a great Groupon deal. My first visit experience was delightful. The young ladies at the reception welcomed me with a smile and were pleasant to talk to. I was taking medication at the time of my visit, the technician did not treat me until she figured if the medication would interfere with my treatment, she explained that some medication would cause an allergic reaction(Flares, redness etc.) I did appreciate the time she took. Overall, great place to get a laser treatment.

I got a Brazilian laser hair removal treatment, and its been wonderful so far. Jen, my technician, was so welcoming and nice, and extremely professional. 5 stars for service and technicians. Great service and lovely staff. The type of hair-removal laser they use is excellent, and it’s fairly quick and fun with minimal pain. I purchased a couple of packages here for maintenance after having started in a different city. Results are incredible and well worth the investment!2 stars for this awkward stuff. The only thing that makes me uncomfortable is when the front desk asks me how I would like to leave the tip and suggest the percentage. For the record, I’m a very generous tipper (to the point that I often embarrass friends who go out with me because my tips are twice as high), I just don’t understand why there’s a minimum expected tip of 20% for a cosmetic service that I paid several hundred dollars to receive.

Its very easy to get to from the subway. Diana was great! She explained everything to me before she started and was willing to answer any questions I may have. Everyone was very nice. Just know that if you want the numbing cream for the laser hair removal you need to arrive 30 min prior to your appointment and ask for it from reception. It was fast and easy.

I love Deify!!! I purchased the underarm laser hair treatment package from Group on and went for my very first treatment 6 weeks ago. The recommended sessions to permanently reduce hair growth is 6, but 1 treatment down and I already see a significant difference in my hair growth. I went from literally having to shave my underarms everyday to not touching a razor from 2 weeks! I repeat this is only after 1 session!! Best decision I made, and deify is super clean and everyone makes you feel so comfortable!

I went for my first session last month and this was with Diana, I will not lie, it was extremely pain full,BUT Diana was extremely understanding and even gave me a stress ball. Ive had such a good experience here! I have never had laser hair removal before, and I got mine done here for the first time. I was so nervous the first time because I knew it would be painful. However, my instructor, Hannah, was so great! She was so sweet and nice, she helped me feel a lot less nervous. She talked with me the whole time to distract me from the pain, and the pain turned out to be not that bad! The other staff members are also great, really good service. I highly recommend this place!

This was my first time receiving laser treatment, so I really have nothing else to compare it too. However, the treatment did sting but was over in a flash. Dont be scared to try! I went there for face chemical peel 3 weeks ago, been charged $100+ for a 30 second job!Been told that my skin will peel in a week but guess what? 3 days later, got black spots all over my face and my skin never peel! No change except the back spots all over my face. It looks scary to force me go and see a doctor right away, been told that happened because of the CHEAPE material they using!A week later I emailed / called them with NO RESPONSE! Horrible experience, DISHONEST people and WORST customer service ever. BEWARE! And don’t get fooled by these paid reviews!

Never have to wait more than 5 minutes. Good email, text and phone call updates from staff pre/post appointments. I have recommended this place via word of mouth, and of course I am recommending online. 5 star!!!

Ive been coming to Deify for the last 6 months and the service has been amazing. I purchased a Groupon for Laser Hair Removal, Elia and Destiny have been both wonderful and thoughtful every time I go to my appointments.

Two days ago, I had my second treatment here. Deify is amazingly clean and incredibly hip. The spa itself is in an old church, converted into a retail space. The technicians make you feel very comfortable and welcome. They have answered my many questions. I had Viktorya and Mel and would happily go back to either. They made sure to check with me throughout the treatment, ensuring that I was as comfortable as possible.For those of you nervous about the pain, the first time was only slightly more painful than waxing and the second time barely hurt at all. Highly recommend!
