I am so grateful for Jennifer. As a dark-skinned Indian woman with plenty of unseemly dark but fine hair on the face and body, I had tried many reputed laser hair removal clinics where I was told that I needed to be lighter complexioned or have thicker hair for the lasers to work. In the waiting area of one place, I was alarmed to see an Indian woman walk out post treatment with cheeks and chin markedly darker, almost black, and looking very odd. I then tried multiple sessions at Lucy Peters for the face, which were very expensive and covered very small areas in each session. And then an Indian friend recommended Jennifer. She did my legs, bikini area, underarms, and face painlessly and in an excitingly short amount of time. It has been 15 years since I completed the treatments and I have been smooth and hairless since, which means that I have never had to touch a razor or wax or hair removal cream since. I have been going to Advanced Derma Laser Inc. for a little over a year now & every time I go the staff is friendly and efficient. The office & clinical area is always clean as well as tidy. I’m very pleased with the service and I am almost hair free of every body part except my hair on my head. The staff is very knowledgeable & will tell u how long to wait before the next session. I’m also a black woman so the technicians are very careful of not burning the skin which is very important to me. I highly would recommend going to this establishment if you desire to be hair free on any of your face & body parts.

This place is amazing. I have been to other locations that perform laser hair removal and I did not get results as fast as I did in this location. The location is clean and staff are friendly. Jennifer is so professional and knowledgeable about hair growth. I have dark spots and bumps under my chin and on my neck due to constant shaving and plucking. I followed her advice on how to lighten the spots and by the next session which was a month out I saw results. Even the bumps were going away. I was so surprised! I have dark brown skin so not everyone is knowledgeable on how to efficiently get rid of the hair. Other places that Ive been too process took longer and one person burnt my skin. I was getting frustrated. I saw Derma on groupon. There was no review and I took a chance hoping for the best. It is totally worth it! Thank you so much Jennifer.

I don’t recommend this place at all. I did laser for my upper lip which I paid 600$ for and I got no results at all. Waste of money and time do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. They were rude and no help at all aswell.

I came here because shaving my face everyday started becoming a burden. After 6 sessions I no longer need to spend money on razors or worry about ingrown hair. I come one every six months for a touch up. The best invest I made to my personal hygiene. The owner Jen is the best!

My experience with Advanced Dermalaser started many years ago. I had my arms and armpits done, and the results were amazing. I was probably 99% hair free (completely smooth with a random strand here and there). Jennifer had performed my treatments at the time, and she made feel completely comfortable. I then started treatments to my legs. Alas, life intervened and I was unable to complete those treatments but I did have maybe a 50% reduction in hair.Fast forward 15 years later, my arms remained just as hair-free as the day I finished my treatments! I decided to resume the treatments to my legs, and although I now live on Long Island, I came back to Advanced Dermalaser and am so far duplicating the results I had before. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else!

Like many people posting on reviews, I spent countless hours researching about hair removal treatments and facilities. I was somewhat skeptical until I stumbled across Advanced Dema Laser website. The website answered all my questions and gave me a good sense of ease about spending money on any treatment. The website also contained comprehensive information which also prepared me for what I should expect when I was to undergo my treatments. ADL has an unrivaled staff; Everyone I have encountered has been very friendly, and most importantly, theyre all well educated and trained in the procedures that theyre doing. Ive had two treatments on my chest and my results were surprising. The amount of hair that grew back was significantly less than before, and the hairs that did grow back were much finer than before. If I have seen these great results with only being 1/3 of the way done, I can only imagine how much progress Im going to see with my next treatment!

After 3 treatment machine was broke i couldnt get any treatment almost 4 months, and last time almost 5 month ago other machine burned my skin, dont let these people make you pay for sessions, i will try to get my money back. It is awful!!!!

I decided to write this review after seeing ADL was hit by obviously 2 fake reviews on here. I got to ADL after having an OK experience with another clinic for laser hair removal. At ADL you never wait for more than 5 minutes before your appointment, the staff is always nice and the technicians go out of their way to make sure they get a very good job done. Their prices are very competitive and their touch-up policy is as stated - free touch up 14-21 days after a session. I highly recommend them to all my friends who ask as they are able to see the good results I have gotten.
