I have never felt so violated and disgusted in my life. I went in to ER got in a room long story short a staff member steals my wallet i know exactly who only three people myself included had entered my room told ill have to wait til Monday then Monday comes no call nothing. Worse experience ever. They were so busy trying to discredit me they forgot to send my urine for testing they finally did,to then come back hr later to ask for another sample cuz it was misplaced. Horrible

Its crazy before they remodeled the place they used to take care of people fast. Now......... you could probably die in the E.Rs waiting room its sad

There was no long wait time I seen the doctor right away I wasnt feeling good I had a rapid test for covid and the flu found that I had bronchitis the doctor was so nice to me he gave me the antibiotics that I needed I was in and out and was able to get my prescriptions right across the street

The wait time for the ER was perfect. However, the nurse who was taking my boyfriend to the triage wasnt very pleasant and inconsiderate of his condition and emotional distress. The doctors talk too loud. No confidentiality at all. I can tell you who got what from the neighboring stall. The bathrooms are unkempt and disgusting. Feces all over one, blood all over the other. Staff should be keeping on top of sanitation without having someone to say so.

This is the worst hospital to ever go to, they do not care about there patients. All they want to do is get a pay check. The staff is disrespectfull . The city should really investigate this hospital for malpractice patients be really sick and they discharge them quickly. If you dont wanna die from your illness then I advise you not to go to that hospital.

One of the worst hospitals to ever try and get treatment. This hospital needs to be closed new staff and doctors need to be hired. Please i warn you dont go here they care nothing about there patients. Ive seen doctors throw patients out that were really sick and if your homeless and sick they treat you like your not even a human.

Horrid place. Would not let family (with medical IDs) up to see a family member who was in a Vespa accident. Kept tricking mom to go downstairs for coffee, with assurance that she could come right TV back, after which she would have to argue with the guard for 3-4 hours to be allowed back up. Mis-diagnosed my brother, and according to the 2nd hospital, left the valve in his lung opened for days, THIS being the reason for needing blood transfusions, not the injury! Really a terrible, incompetent place!

To wait 4 hours to see a doctor is disrespectful. I still did not see doctor. I had a 1 p.m. appointment and at 4 p.m. I still wasnt seen. This is not the 1st time. Will not be going back.

The whole entire staff is very very disrespectful and they think it is OK to play with peoples health they dont never want to listen to the patients this hospital needs to be investigated

Bad service ... 4 times in emergency for the same thing in 5 days .. They do not want to give me the exams, I had to wait 3 hours for an injection and in the meantime, so I went to the hospital they say different things and the pain killing me
