We have a scheduled weekly visits and it is nice knowing when to expect the care staff. We had a bad experience with another company, but this agency is the best! All of the nursing staff is well trained and knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to recommend them!

From the very first phone call, Manged Long Term Care NYC went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.The Nurse is very dedicated and was always available, made home visits and even a crucial one at the hospital. Her associate, also worked very closely to ensure the best of care. Caregivers were incredibly nice, friendly, helpful and hard working. Everyone worked together smoothly as team for the highest outcome. I cant recommend them highly enough and would not hesitate to use them again again.

My wife looks forward to the visits from her care team. The staff are patient, understanding, and caring. They will even sit down with her wile she eats dinner, so she is not alone. I could not have chosen a better agency!!
