Avoid this place. They are so unprofessional. They barely pick up the phone. And when I ask to speak with a specific person, that person is always on a meeting. I call bull— on that. When I ask how long will the process take for me to start working, they ask me where are the rest of the paper work. To which I say “I personally handed the papers to that specific person” and they’ll say “oh so you’ll get a call”. That was last month. I always call nobody picks up. Don’t go here to waste you’re time.

Some of the people are great to work with and others not so much. It’s very ghetto. The way they speak is very unprofessional. Management is a joke. Pay is horrible. The aides get paid better than the workers. It’s horrible.

Friends and Family Home care is a great home care agency. Staff is extremely helpful and organized. They try to help out patients as if they were their own relatives and try to expedite process for patients to receive the care they need. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a place that is warm and will treat you with respect

As a consumer, there are many companies in the home care industry, however , this is the only organization with ALL Bi-Lingual staff. All employees helpful and willing to go above and beyond to assist in a smooth process. All organizations have process in place and are DOH audited. If the business or compliance was as bad as these reviews say; they wouldnt be in business. F&F is the only Home care that is Part of the SOMOS program and Doctor networks. I truly see this company being the next VNS! They have benefits and even without a UNION they have similarities of benefits. When we dont educate ourselves and dont understand the actual process of home care and dont understand everyones position and logic we tend to judge incorrectly. I am content with my mothers services and the flexibility of the employees.

Horrible service, they sit on the paperwork and let it expire on purpose. 4 months and still nothing they dont even answer the phone.

Harable they tell you to come at a certain time and they are not even hear nor do they answer your phone calls

Theyre located at Broadway now, They laid off my mom with no explanation, they said that she hasnt gone to in service when didnt tell even tell her to come. You cant just lay someone without notice. What if that was the persons only source of income????
