I had such a great experience with Dr Bergman. I was extremely anxious and nervous about my appointment given that I never see doctors and he made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He listened to my concerns and also used some humour and made me laugh which helps when you’re so anxious. His staff also did such a great job making me feel at ease. He is my new HCP and I am not so scared to go back to the Doctor.

All the doctors and nurse practitioners in this practice are friendly and seem competent. However, the only way they will let you communicate with their office is through the Klara texting system, which sometimes works and sometimes doesnt. Theres no way to reach them on the phone. Sometimes Ive had to resort to actually walking into the office so I can speak to a human being, for example about a bill they kept sending me over and over for many months, when they should have been sending it to my insurance company. They wont refill prescriptions without making you come in for an appointment, which can mean an expensive copay or payment towards a deductible. When I do go in, the exam consists of the doctor or NP asking What are you here for? Oh, that prescription? Okay, Ill send it to your pharmacy. Why couldnt that be done over the phone? I have tried to ask this question via the Klara app, but nobody will answer me, and when Ive asked the NP in person, she said it was the policy of the owner of the practice--but the owner of the practice wont get back to me to discuss it. If this sort of thing doesnt bother you, then you may well be happy with this practice. Besides these maddening communications problems, they all seem nice.

Dr Bregman is excellent, as are the other doctors here. I’ve done telehealth and in person, and have always had great experiences. Highly recommended!

My family has been going ti Dr.Bregman fir years. He is great but the office staff is horrible and bot helpful. They ignore you so you can hang up the phone.

I am very happy with this practice. It is always easy to get an appointment and the Drs are great. Also, since it is a family practice, my kids go there as well. Great office staff as well.

This is my family practice, from my parents down to my newborn. Dr. Bregman is really great and is always available for questions. Highly recommend.

FYI I cancelled my appointment via zocdoc after receiving the WORST phone etiquette by one of the receptionists...or it could have been whoever responded to my review. Clearly this office employs the most MISERABLE people.

Not happy w/the way I was billed. I asked the staff twice if they took my insurance & They said yes twice & took my co-payments various times. Then 5 -6 months later they said they dont. I wound up paying over $1500. Out of pocket.
