I had such a great experience with Natasha. I had a 9am appointment and ran a bit late, but I just texted their number and got a quick reply saying thanks for letting them know. Natasha was very knowledgeable and was able to give me a customized facial since haven’t had facial in years, and had my laser scheduled the same day. Natasha was very gentle, professional, and really good at what she does! The place is neat and clean, very calming surroundings during the session. They are also very accommodating from giving me a bottle of water to a new mask before I left the clinic. I was given a few sample products to try. I will be coming back and would recommend this place!

Pretty Please is the best kept secret in NYC. I have been coming here for years and my skin continues to get better as I age. The products they use are incredible, organic and the blend is customized for you depending on what your skin needs on any given day. I can not recommend Jen and the entire team enough. If you need a facial or an update to your skin care routine, this is the place.

I got the pretty please facial with a organic peel and my experience was heavenly brought on by Andrea. From the moment I walked in I was greeted professionally and with courtesy. Iv been here three times. The first two times I had the pleasure of having the owner work on me and the last time my specialist name was Anne. From the moment you arrive you feel a sense of calm. The place is small but is clean, soothing, pretty and welcoming. You are made to feel special with a focus on you. Every service I have had was effective and leaves a visible impact from the moment you are done. My face was literally glowing! The treatments are soothing, relaxing and distressing. Lastly, each time they took the time to discuss my skin care needs and addressed concerns and found the best skin care regime for my face (and budget). Pretty Please is a must for your skin!

Love this hidden gem!The heated beds are a nice touch and the playlist is always great. They use Eminence which works wonders for my skin. I always leave super relaxed and with glowing skin. I take pretty good care of my skin so it doesnt often get congested but the few extractions I need are always gentle.

First off - this place is amazing!I have been going to Pretty Please for the last 4 years. When I first moved to the city, my skin had a hard time acclimating to the city air and grime. I never broke out before and it wasnt until I started seeing Anne that my skin was back to normal. I rarely write reviews, but after my experience today, I just HAD TO RAVE. :) I am a fitness professional so I sweat a lot, and I made an appointment with Anne in hopes that Pretty Pleases Back Facial would help with the occasional blemishes that I get from fitness-wear clogged pores. The moment that I walked in Pretty Please, I felt like I was entering a tranquil cocoon. Soothing scents and sounds subtly filled the air and Anne greeted me warmly, encouraging me to make myself comfortable. She is a great communicator and is SO knowledgeable about what she does! After answering all of my questions, I was instantly at ease. The experience of the facial itself was heaven. She didnt have to do very many extractions but the ones that she did do I barely felt, and they were bookended by the most luxurious exfoliants, scrubs and moisturizers. Even though I was there an hour, I wish that I could have spent three. It was the perfect antidote to my stressful New York week. I cant recommend this place and Anne enough!

I absolutely love this place. Jen really is a angel sent by the Facial Gods. My face has improved so much, sometimes I cant believe the way it use to like it. At first I was hesitant but Jen made me feel so comfortable and welcoming. I look forward into coming every month. Booking for the first time, takes a long time. But thats a good things since they do an amazing job. I havent had any of the other ladies but if you have an option go with Jen. The facial itself is great and you wont be sorry you came.

It has been a wonderful experience every time with Pretty Please. I have usually got my sessions with Anne or Tara and they taken good care of my skin. I have a very sensitive skin which usually reacts but not with Pretty Please. Cannot wait for my next session :)

I deal with moderate acne and figured getting a facial with extractions couldnt hurt. I started going to Anne for this reason and after my first treatment became totally hooked. I now go back every 1-2 months (depending on my schedule) and its the best 75 minutes of my week every time I go. The facial with extractions is a bit pricey, but totally worth it since you are going to a wonderful professional. Highly recommend.

Going to Pretty Please is a fantastic experience, I highly recommend it. Ive seen Jen and Tara and they are both super friendly and knowledgeable. My skin has gotten significantly better since Ive started coming here ever 6-8 weeks - they give great tips and the products they carry are wonderful.

I love this place. Tara is great and the facials do make a big difference. The signature I have been able to get throughout my pregnancy which has been amazing. I wish it was not so expensive, but the outcomes are great.

This was my first ever facial and i was super excited, having read all of the wonderful yelp reviews. Just meeting with Tara and noting her amazing complexion made me feel i was a good place. Tara took the time to talk through my skincare routine/products and ask about my concerns before starting.The experience itself was luxurious- i don’t even remember when i fell asleep. Actually, i’m not even sure if i was asleep- that’s how relaxing and amazing the experience was. Not only did Tara use her gentle touch on my face, she also massaged in product across my upper chest, shoulders, and all the way down to my fingertips. Who does that?? I loved the smell of the products and had a nice glow afterwards. After treatment, she gave me some free samples that she thought would help address my needs, taking the time to give me instructions as well as giving me contact information on the off chance i had any questions later.The space itself was cute and quiet. I felt so pampered!! Thank you, Tara, for being so sweet, helpful, and awesome!! Highly recommend!!!!

Jennifer truly saved my skin!! It’s been about 4 months that I’ve been going to her for my monthly facial and let me tell you, before I started going to her my face was a mess. I had nearly given up, I’ve tried almost everything to try and save my skin and nothing worked. My face just started breaking out everywhere out of nowhere. But once I started seeing my lovely skincare guru every month my face is finally shining through!! All of the bumps are going away and even the deep blackheads are coming out. I recommend you see her ASAP! And I’m sure the other skincare estheticians are great too! 10/10 amazing atmosphere.

As a nurse practitioner, I value people in health and wellness who understand that good skin goes deeper than the surface.In New York, I rarely use the word affordable and in skin care or beauty services I expect to pay a certain amount for good service-- but this is an incredible service for an extremely AFFORDABLE price. I originally purchased a deep cleansing treatment online and at the time of service, she DOWNSOLD me to a less expensive treatment (signature facial for 130$) by telling me I didnt need all of It (where in the world have you ever had that happen?! Let alone in New York! ). It just goes to show that her business is entirely about YOU and your skincare needs.Needless to say, I left feeling cleansed, relaxed , and confident with my future with Pretty Please and Jennifer.

The best Organic Facial in NYC!The staff at Pretty Please is extremely friendly, knowledgable, and curates the facial to your skins needs every time. I always leave the studio with a fresh, glowing face and no irritation even after many extraactions. They are also extremely helpful with product suggestions, but not pushy for you to make a purchase at the appointment! They never dissapoint!
