Trying to mak my doctors nurse answer the phone is almost impossible. You can leave messages and messages in the voicemail and they never call you back.

Extremely rude schedule person JOHN MCDOUGALD needs to be called out and be reviewed how he conducts phone manners. This person was very belligerent on the phone, I was just attempting to make a consultation appt with a doctor in the endocrinology dept that took 4 calls (all being hung up by him), wrong transfers without hearing me completing my words (also by him), to being screamed at “WHAT DO YOU WANT?!” to finally securing an Appt in which I was hung up abruptly.
