Would give zero stars if I could. Doctor does not respond to anything. For some reason, unlike every doctor I’ve ever worked with, she wrote some of my scripts for less than a year, then would not respond to calls from the pharmacy or from me to refill them. Also, I changed insurance so needed a letter from her to get one of the prescriptions covered. It took over a month to get her to do it. Both she and her office manager refused to actually speak to me or return my numerous phone calls. I was literally in tears on the phone with one of the office workers before i was able to get anywhere. I had good experiences with other doctors in this practice, but not Dr. Brito.

Staff is incredibly rude and no one can keep track of appointments. Very concerning and disheartening. Not to mention that news by a different doctor was given to me via a message and not over the phone or in person. Unprofessional and terrible bedside manner.
