Dr. Igel is an amazing & knowledgeable doctor and I’m so happy to have him as my endocrinologist. He is really on top of his game and knows just what to test for, unlike other endos. He communicates very well and promptly through the messaging on the Weill Cornell app and will call you if you need him. He recently caught something concerning on my bloodwork (totally unrelated to Endocronoligy) and called me about it as soon as he got the results. He stayed on top of it and sent me to the emergency room for more testing and he always wanted to hear updates. He’s an excellent doctor and knows his stuff about many different expertises, not just Endocronoligy. He’s always willing to answer my questions about everything and truly cares and wants the best for his patients!

Dr. Igel is the best endocrinologist you could ask for. Whether you have diabetes, Suffer from PCOS, or looking for weight-loss he is the best doctor you can ask for. His treatment is amazing. He is easy going and very friendly and kind. He treats you like a family member and is vested in your overall health. He has changed my health and the way I view it.
