Recommend going elsewhere if you want your time respected. Booked appointment in April and was disappointed to find Id have to wait 4 months until end of August to get in. I reluctantly made an appointment. Then I received an alert from MyChart that there was an earlier appointment available and I accepted the earlier date. Got a call a few days later that MyChart made a mistake and the earlier date was not available (little more explanation than that and barely even an apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience). To make things worse, my original appointment was now unavailable and the earliest I could get in was end of Sept. Saving myself the headache and going elsewhere.

On my first visit to Dr. Via I was very impressed.He comes out to the waiting room and pleasantly greets each patient .He is a great listener and discusses your condition and medications.Great job Dr. Michael Via.
