Me & my pup love this company! Customer service 10/10 - quick & always responsive! Great walkers, always reaching out to let me know when they are picking him up and dropping him off.

In comparison to another major dog walking platform, the customer service that Barkly offers is out of this world. They are quick, competent, and helpful. A great platform for both walkers and pet owners.

Walkers are always professional, always excellent communicators with me and also my puppy who is still being trained. The walkers always leave detailed walk notes and the CUTEST photos on each visit. Only had to reach out to support once, and the Barkly support team was amazing - really friendly, proactive, and efficient. Highly recommended!

Barkly pets is great! Their system is so user-friendly, easy to schedule, to modify and to book out for a long time - and their walkers are the best! I have no doubt that my pooch is well cared for and gets her exercise in. I am updated by text, and receive a comprehensive email after the walk - complete with a puparazzi photo! I use them almost daily during the week, and am so happy I found them. My dog is too! :)

They dont even deserve one star. I had 3 separate walkers put my dogs harness on incorrectly. I noticed because of the photos that they were sending me. When I talked to the walkers about it, they said they hadnt gotten proper training and didnt have time to look up how to put it on. In one instance the walker even let me know that my dog got loose on the street. I sent Barkly a complaint each time it happened and they assured me that it wouldnt happen again and that they would train their walkers better. They say they provide training to their walkers, but they dont. I continued to give them chances when I shouldnt have. Do not trust them with your dog.

Barkly Pets is a great service that tackled one of the worries I have with dog walking services, which is letting someone into my own home. I was able to meet the person who would be walking my dog beforehand, and from there on can pick the walker I am most comfortable with. On top of that, my dog looks super happy in the photos!

Ive been using this app for the past year. I have a senior dog and he can be a difficult slow walker. The walkers Ive booked have always been great. They text me photos and details of every walk.

I can 100% say that as a walker and a dog lover, I aim to represent Barkly highly by consistently obeying their policies and ensuring a successful and brightening walk for all the dogs I am honored to meet. There are a variety of time slots, as well as a section for notes, that helps you express what you would like to occur during the walk. You and your dog will be glad to know that they are receiving their exercise, bathroom breaks, and fresh air. In addition, if you have any comments or concerns, Barklys customer support service is phenomenal and attentive. Just know this company and its walkers are always looking out for you and your fur baby (or cat!!! We love them too)

How can Barkly Pets be based out of Newark, NJ and do not offer service in the area. Shouldnt relocate to the Weehawken/Hoboken areas where their pets are good enough to take advantage of your service.
