CBW is my dogs second home. He pulls me from my apartment directly to CBWS door. The owner and staff are lovely and they take amazing care of my baby. In addition, CBW has fantastic packages which include walking or picking your dog up right from your apartment (so helpful), overnight stays, and grooming. My dog and I highly recommend CBW!

I would be shocked if anyone had a single bad word to say about Ciao Bow Wow. My husband and I cannot express enough wonderful things to say about our experiences there. CBW has become a second family for us!Our corgi has been going there for several years, and every visit is a treat for him. Whenever we say the name, he jumps in the air and runs in circles. The staff is fantastic and Sara, the owner, is a loving part of all of her “fur baby” clients’ lives. There are even pictures of all of the dogs on the walls!Most importantly, the dogs are all SO excited to be there, and the environment was clearly designed just for their happiness, unlike other places that are completely void of personality, toys, fun, and engaging of the pets. CBW is clean, safe, and like a little vacation every day - and that’s why we go a bit further out of our way to CBW to make our boy happy!CBW is a family we’re thrilled to be a part of!! I was an Intern in 2011 I may not have been hired but Sarah Treated me very well and I consider her a Wayward Aunt and shes even so nice she always invited me to her staff parties even though I was just an Intern. I fully recommend the place.

Edit: I am shocked by their response to my review that this is a fake review or that somehow I am a fake person. I am very much a real dog owner, who lives in Financial District and have actually visited their facility. If anyone has any doubts about my being real or not you can also look me up on instagram.
