The most warm and welcoming place.Dr. Sultan and his team were amazing.Very knowledgeable doctor, straightforward and he took the time needed to explain everything we wanted to know. Everyone who needs to see a doctor, first of all, wants to be heard, to get the attention that is necessary to solve the problem and Dr. SULTAN did it perfectly. He and his staff provided us with all information and all contact numbers to reach them, no matter what time is. Me and my husband are very very satisfied.

Everyone one was super nice the place was beautiful and clean. The doctor was straight forward and took time to explain everything properly. I would definitely choose this place if I had Insurence or if it was priced like other places.

My husband and I are so impressed with the professionalism and genuine warmth of Dr. Fateh and his team. From my very first call with Glenda and my follow up call with Christine to my actual visit to the practice, and to my follow up call after my procedure with Kara, I have felt so welcome and cared for! Dr. Fateh is kind, has a great sense of humor and was very honest and upfront with the information he shared with us! We liked him immediately! Our journey has just begun but whatever we do, we feel confident that we have found a team of people who will treat us like family!

Not only the doctors are great, the staff there are great as well. My husband and i are glad that we chose this clinic for this journey. Every steps of the process they made it very personal so it does feel like you are in a private clinic. I would give 1000 stars if it was possible! The most warm, welcoming and friendly staff who put you at ease and offer peace of mind throughout every step of your fertility journey. The facility is magnificent, you do not feel clinical or like you are another number at a hospital, it is so personal and beautiful. I had so many questions and concerns throughout, especially as we live in the UK and they made it all seem so easy and simple, reassuring both me and my partner every step of the way and giving us hope. Without NYF institute we would not have our beautiful daughter and I will always be so grateful to them, New York now holds such a special place in my heart. Cannot recommend enough.

Very welcoming classy place. When you first arrive, you would never think it’s a fertility clinic. The staff and doctors are warm, friendly and attentive. The staff does everything to make you feel comfortable and at home, while in there. Each appointment is quick and efficient. They respect your time. I have been a patient for over 3 years and highly recommend the clinic.

I had such a wonderful experience at New York Fertility Institute. The entire staff was so kind and patient throughout the entire process and they all knew me by name. I was extremely anxious about the egg freezing process but they made the entire experience so much easier than I had expected it to be. Dr. Fateh and Dr. Sultan were both very involved in the process and I felt extremely comfortable with them both. I didn’t hesitate to reach out when I needed to. I highly recommend using them for egg freezing. I will miss seeing the entire staff every other day, I can not say enough good things about everyone!

When I found out that I needed to see a fertility specialist, it was very overwhelming. While you always hope to find a doctors office that truly treats you well, that isnt always the case. BUT Dr. Sultan, Dr. Fateh, Gabby, Glenda, Cara, and the rest of the staff at the New York Fertility Institute were absolutely incredible! They put me at ease with the whole fertility process, which can be quite daunting, they made feel super comfortable and calm, and they were always there for every call and question I had. Excellent and personalized service. The process is explained thoroughly and you feel right at home under the care of not just the attending doctors but really with everyone you encounter. Not sure how I’m going to transition from this office to an OB- the doctors and ENTIRE staff know me by name and have supported me so intensely from day one. I can’t imagine a more loving, attentive, supportive, and BRILLIANT practice. Just an example: I have annoying veins to find so both Dr. Fateh and Dr. Sultan have come in to draw my blood! Can’t remember having any doctor do that!

I cant speak highly enough of my experience here, and I would recommend this clinic to anyone in need of help starting a family or helping someone start a family.

NY Fertility is a great facility! As a third time surrogate, I have never been to a better doctors office. Gabby is the best. I feel like I am the only patient in the office when I am there.

I can not recommend New York Fertility Institute enough. From the consultations, to exams, and range of procedures, I felt supported by the staff at every step. All of the staff (doctors, embryologist, nurses, administrative, and anesthesiologists) at the Institute were warm, readily available for questions, and engaged with us in a way that where we knew that they were fully committed to our individualized fertility plan. We are happy to say that with their continued and unwavering support, we are now pregnant with our first child, successful on our first transfer!

NYFI is an awesome facility that does great work! They make each visit personal and as easy as could be. The staff cares so much about their patients and the family. Gaby is amazing and a great person to be the first face you see when you walk in.

We have had a wonderful experience with New York Fertility Institute. Both Dr. Fateh and Dr. Sultan have been great to work with and have always made themselves available to answer any questions we had. The entire staff has been very friendly and personable. They are always in a great mood and greet us with smiles when we arrive.Being from out of town, we were unsure how difficult it would be to schedule appointments and coordinate procedures. They have always accommodated our schedule and made us feel like we were going to our neighborhood doctor even though we were flying across the country. The level of professionalism as well as personal service has made choosing NYFI well worth it!

At New York Fertility Institute, my partner and I dont just feel like a top priority, we feel like the only priority. If it werent for the hundreds of pictures of newborns covering the office wall, I might think that we were their only patients. From Karas warm greeting when we walk in the door, to Gabys pep talks during the (numerous) blood draws, to Dr. Sultan who is available to answer our questions anytime, even on weekends--its clear that NYFI places equal value on humanity and scientific rigor. And thats important to us because on this journey that is sometimes exciting and sometimes heartbreaking and always deeply personal...its wonderful to have a team of folks who are among the most respected fertility specialists in the country and also caring human beings.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience here! I have had done several cycles at NYFI and what would normally be an intimidating stressful process was made enjoyable. I had such an amazing journey donating my eggs through NY Fertility Institute. I felt extremely taken care every step of the way, and all my questions were answered immediately with care. Gaby was my point person throughout the process, and I really felt like I had a best friend at the clinic. She would check in with me at all times, and would even answer late night phone calls on sunday evenings when I needed help with my medication. The office accommodated my work schedule and had the doctors come in early just to monitor me. She and the doctors here made me feel very comfortable and safe. Ive now moved to California and they are still very prompt with answering my follow up questions, 2 months post donation! I would not hesitate a second to work with NY Fertility Institute again in the future.

NYFI has the most amazing and kind staff. They are very accommodating and always find time to fit me into their schedule even when it was short notice. This office was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. Truly a wonderful and knowledgable staff. As an egg donor I was treated with such kindness and respect. Gabriella and Kara are just simply amazing. I could not say enough kind things about my experience with them. Even Mary, the receptionist was so sweet. The anesthesiologist was even such a compassionate woman. Both Dr. Fateh and Dr. Sulton are composed of professionalism, empathy, compassion and commitment to your care. My experience working with the New York Fertility Institute has been phenomenal. Given that the NYFI is a small family office, the staff makes you feel right at home. Everyone from the assistant to the doctors calls you by name and is very personable. Throughout the cycle, the staff are hands on and supportive. While IVF can be an uncomfortable subject for some, NYFI makes your comfort a priority and puts you at ease. We went to see Dr. Fateh and Dr. Sultan after an incredibly traumatic experience and I can’t begin to express how positive of an experience we had at New York Fertility Institute. It’s clear from day one that they truly care about their patients and love what they do. Both Dr. Fateh and Dr. Sultan spent a considerable amount of time with us throughout the IVF process. They always had time to sit down and answer our questions (sometimes the same question several times). We always felt like we could trust them and knew that we were in good hands.Initially, we were torn between NYFI and using a doctor that was in our insurance network. We are beyond certain we made the right decision. The level of care was far superior than that at a large practice.The IVF process is emotionally difficult, that’s why you need a full team to be there for you throughout the process. We leaned HEAVILY on the team at New York Fertility Institute.Gaby is just awesome. She was so kind and helpful through the process. I’m not quite sure how we would have managed without her.Kara was a tremendous help throughout the process and is also exceptionally kind. She helped guide us through our journey and made us feel like she was there with us every step of the way.Everyone at New York Fertility Institute is truly remarkable. Dr.s Fateh & Sultan, embriologist Dr. Obasaju & all of the staff were incredible! All through our process, we were provided with all the options for our care, and clear explanations of what to expect along the way. Egg retrieval & fertilization were successful and my wife became pregnant on the first implantation. We have just delivered our baby, and couldnt be happier with all the help from NYFI.

In the beginning of this summer I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Fateh to tested for PCOS, and to check my hormone levels. I have been to plenty of doctors that would keep me waiting for an hour or two, and then see me for at most 30 mins and prescribe me some medication that eventually stopped working. I never felt like any doctor listened or genuinely wanted to fix my problem.When I saw Dr. Fateh, I was seen right on time, and had my own private consultation with him for a good 40 minutes. He let me talk about my problems and really listened. He went beyond health issues; he asked me about my career, home life, diet and mental state. He shared with me stories of his children and how their situations were similar to mine. He gave me very valuable life advice, and was not pushy at all. Afterwords we did an ultrasound and some blood tests. The nurses Kara and Gabby felt just like family. They made me laugh, feel super comfortable and calm. Dr. Fateh is overall a very wise and gentle Doctor who gives all of his energy and attention to each of his patients. His staff follow right in his footsteps. Would recommend this place to anyone!
