I find them first class to be honest. Empathetic, kind and as helpful as anyone can be. I would not go anywhere else. Doctor Sadiq is a very nice man.He dedicates his life to curing MS. No one can do more than that. Respect

Im a big advocate for the MS Center! Though I have heard that all the doctors at the center are brilliant, my doctor, Dr. Sylvester is a knowledgeable, funny, caring healer. Every person whom I have had contact with who works at the center, from administrative, to the nursing staff, to the physical therapists, is supportive, capable, and efficient.

Two years ago my sister and her husband learned of Dr Sedeq and encouraged me to make an appointment.. To make them stop nagging, I did. Have to say I wasn’t expecting much. After all this disease is not curable. I could not have been more wrong. Dr Sedeq is a treasure. He spends the time you need with you. He doesn’t input all your info into his computer. Instead, he takes copious notes, asks questions and listens. He changed my meds and in the past two years since my first visit - I am STABLE ! Now with this disease - this is big ! He is a wonderful personable practician as is his entire staff. Everyone is a pleasure to deal with. Following every visit, I thank my sister and her husband for being wonderful effective nags.

Received promotional email today from this Center and recalled my experience i had with them. I saw few have rated them low, and i agree to that. I had been there more than year back. They charged me for 2 appointments around $800 since they didnt took BCBS NJ insurance. First appt was good, he asked from start to beginning lasted around an hour, gave me 2nd appt where he told the cause and what would continue to happen.Within a month i had MS flare and so many times i had called to reach out the same and other doctors, every time receptionist would say she is taking my message and pass on to the doctor. Never received a call back from them, felt as if they really dont care after 2 appointments. They made their money, u are on ur own. No follow up, No Answers. I ended up finding a local MS doctor, much better and am following up with him on routine basis. I would definitely not go to this place again(((Updates - To Owners Response)))Protocols - If you have protocols, ensure you use them and train your staff/nurses to follow them. As a patient when having MS pain, I would expect my doctor to guide me in atleast 24 hours whether i go to hospital or i come to your institute or simply relax etc.. it was all new for me - whether he calls or ur MS Nurses calls - have a practice to assist your patients. In my case, it was all one sided, no CALL BACK FROM YOUR STAFF/MS NURSES/DOCTOR. Your staff kept on saying they have fwd my message to your doctor and some one will give you a call. NO GUIDANCE, NO CALLS FROM TISCH. I just checked my old emails - Doctor i had 2 visits/sitting was Dr. Stark. He has good knowledge, he explained me well, told me about diff MS meds, but thats it. I already had this much of information when my MS was diagnosed. Whats next you are planning to do, are u treating me, what r treatment options, do i need to start diff meds etc... we didnt even went that brighter side and meantime I had MS pain, realized there is no response from this doctor/Inst and no need to waste more time. I was already told upfront to pay the entire fees for 2 visits, so i did - you all got the fees, heard my sad MS story which i already knew and DONE!!! May be you didnt accepted my horizon health ins, or you didnt thought i had enough cash to handle my treatment, but it was simply a WORST experience!!!Practice Director - I dont even remember that you had this person/position in place, since not a single call was received after my 2nd visit.Calling you back on concerns - Looks like standard format is being pasted as a Response from Owner even to other low rating reviews other patients have posted. I would hate to waste any more min of mine with you all, since this would be banging my head on a rock. Other patients may have good/bad experience, mine was just HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!!I came with high expectations at your Research Center and was on my own after my 2 visits and paying the fees. But i would make sure my experience with TISCH MS Research Center dosent get unnoticed.
