Excellent service. The front desk staff, and the technicians were pleasant, polite and professional. They were also patient and helpful. Great experience overall.

I did not have such a great experience as everyone who gave it 4 and 5 stars.The woman at the desk Patti is absolutely horrendous, I was at my appointment 15 minutes before she checked me in an hour later I was still sitting there she told me to go into the dressing room she apologized she doesnt know what happened ,she did forget to check me in, an hour later I was in the dressing room and they called everyone else before me. Are you kidding me. I got dressed went back to the desk were Patty was, oh she said your finished, I said yes I was never called, I left after she apologized, One day later I called and asked Patty for my referral back please mail it back to me, ok sure no problem she said and again she apologized. One week later no mail.I called Patty again Her excuse this time was they are not allowed to mail it out. I know for a fact that she could mail it out so she said she was going to speak to her supervisor again 2 days later I called and she said she put it inin the mail. Another week went by no man I called Patty again oh you did not receive it I put it in last weeks mail well , PS Iwound up getting it 4 weeks later how disgraceful she needs to find a new job that she is capable of doing very very bad service.

When I got there it wasnt crowded which was great. The receptionist took my temperature and I was called right after that. I was in and out which was a plus for me since Im impatient. Great experience!

The employee who checked me in was very helpful. My exams went quickly with very little wait between exams. My only issue so far is with their radnet website which did not update my online account with the appointment I had to make by phone because of an insurance change. I never received any appointment reminders so I had to call to reconfirm myself. Hopefully my exam results will get to my doctor this time.

I went here for some tests in January 2021 and they are doing a great job following safety protocols for COVID-19. I didn’t have to wait very long for my appointment and the staff was very courteous. I totally recommend them.

While the front desk staff are pleasant and welcoming for the most part, the greeting of the Techs is what should really matter. Patients are coming in there nervous and anxious, but are greeted and treated by the Techs as if were making their day bothersome. They show disgust, or what appears to be not really caring for the patients situation, or their job. That makes for an even more uncomfortable visit. I think its unprofessional of the Doc reviewing the results not to address the patient, but to simply communicate through the Tech. Were not dollar signs, were patients who may or may not be faced with a life altering situation after that one visit.

The staff is absolutely inconsiderate. If I am wearing a mask and they took my temperature, I should be allowed to be in the room with my partner. There is no state or federal mandate stating I can’t.Never coming back here again; this is not how you treat people!

I have been coming coming to this facility for several years and it was always very slow to process patients and making them wait, but during the pandemic STILL make a patient wait for an hour is completely unacceptable! I was promised to be seen by an office manager ahead of time due to my next doctor’s appointment, but instead they made me wait for an hour! Whereas, other more efficient facilities take their patients right away with no wait time to minimize the exposure. I had to leave the place without a test done. Very inefficient facility that doesn’t care about their patients one bit and is just a waste of time! If you value your time and safety, my advice is to find a better facility, that actually cares about their patients as much as value them.

I have been a long term patient at this facility. In mid June, I had a routine mammogram. I was called back for a follow up mammogram. They found a tiny lump in my breast and wanted to do a needle biopsy, which I did. It was malignant. The breast surgeon wanted an MRI before operating and they accommodated me on one day’s notice and quickly turned around getting the images to the doctor. Throughout, the entire staff couldn’t have been more professional and accommodating.Virginia Bowman

The technician Tarajee was super nice! She projected a confidence and poise that made me feel comfortable right from the start. In a clear, easy style she directed me on what to do and expect. I felt that if the ultra sound results were to show any health concerns, she would have gotten me the best images possible. Keep up the great work!In addition the front desk receptionist Naomi was quite helpful with answering all of my questions all while being understanding of my rush to meet an upcoming appointment elsewhere.

PARK WEST RADIOLOGY IS A CONVENIENT AND FRIEDLY ENVIRONMENT. THE CLEANNESS AND THE PRECAUTION THEY ARE TAKING DURING THE COVID-19 IS VERY SATTISIFYING TO ME THE SEVERAL VISITS I HAVE DONE.

My appointment was for 8:10am, I wasn’t seen until 9am. There were zero other patients at this time so the fact that I waited for 50 minutes was purely lack of caring about my time. In addition, I was forced to chug water because my appointment needed a full bladder, but no one mentioned that to me before I was already there for my appointment - very unprofessional.However, once I was finally seen they did seem to be very knowledgeable.

Upon entering, the front desk professional, Nelson Laboy is wonderful! I had issues with an incompetent insurance customer service representative and Nelson stepped right in to get things resolved. Having had a prior *bad* experience with LHR on the Eastside, Nelson gave me the correct information that they had not -which resulted in me not being to get a standard annual. The facility was clean, the staff was nice, and the location is easy to access.

The staff made the process quick and easy. They are all very polite and the facility is easily accessible. Would definitely recommend for any x-ray needs!

I have been coming here for many years and have been quite pleased. If you need a mammogram and sonogram give yourself MINIMUM 2 hours and that is with an appointment. My 1st visit in Dec. took over 2 hours, big back up. I was called back for diagnostic tests. I was quite nervous. Arrived before my appointment finally called back with other ladies 45 minutes later, then waited. and waited and waited. I had to leave w/o these tests due to work commitments. While I understand things happen the LACK of communication is frankly unacceptable. Front desk staff always great but once you are inside you are invisible. So I wasted almost 2 hours with no tests. Really very upset.

Park West is a clean and efficient facility. The front desk staff are patient and welcoming. There are private rooms for undressing and sophisticated lockers for storing your things while undergoing testing. You select the code on the locker, enter it twice so that the system is programmed with it, store your things and twist a non. The technicians are professional and quick. The equipment is hygienic and not uncomfortable. A very good place.

Unfortunately, it’s become a rarity that you are welcomed into a medical office with pleasantness and compassion. But, that was not the case at Lenox Hill radiology. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The radiology technician was very sweet. As a patient these kinds of tests can be scary especially when the results might be life changing. So, you want to be greeted with kindness and compassion. This is the place!

I had a very positive experience here. Everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant. The young lady at the front desk was efficient and friendly. Rohan was also very helpful, kind and informative. He made the process pleasant and efficient.

The staff was professional and friendly, they saw me right away (there was no waiting time), the facility was very comfortable and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I’ve gone to Park West radiology which is now Lenox Hill radiology on W 57th St. between eighth and 9th Aves in NYC. The facility is clean, The procedures they use from the time you walk in to the front desk to the time you are waiting, to the time you are called, to the time you are seen and through to the time you leave are concise, courteous, respectful, relaxed but efficient, and professional. I had a mammogram. The technician gave fantastic instructions which made the taking of the mammogram quick and the least uncomfortable I’ve ever had. This has been my experience each time I have gone for the last five years. They also send me reminders for when it’s time to have my yearly exam. Five stars! Good work Lenox Hill radiology! My lumbar spinal MRI was very efficiently handled right from first arrival at the reception area through to the actual MRI procedure itself. The Technicians were polite and helpful and made sure I was totally comfortable before entering the MRI tunnel, and ensured my hearing was protected from the rather unusual noise inside the apparatus. I was presented a CD of the imaging obtained before I was even ready to leave the clinic. The report of the result will be prepared and forwarded to my Neurosurgeon by the clinics Specialist within 48 hours , and I was invited to revisit the clinic to collect for myself a copy of said report within two days. I would recommend without hesitation anyone needing Radiology treatment to use this clinics services

The staff in general is very courteous and pleasant. What as any busy person, I am completely OVER is the fact that is you say I have a 9:30AM appointment I expect to be seen within 15 off that time. Most working people do NOT have the LUXURY of spending half a SDSU waiting because you cannot do things in certain time frame. Besides the fact that we are in an incredibly vulnerable place, we have to fork out incredible amounts of money for services that should be prompt and painless.

Fast checkin and appointment. Was out in under 30 minutes. Great !

In a few minutes, they asked me for my documents and had me to fill in one form. they were very quick. there was a little wait for the radiologist. I prefer to make an appointment than to walk in. I did not have an appointment after my primary care physician wrote me a script for a chest x-ray. I was greeted in a friendly manner and asked to sign in. I was greeted with a hello as I walked in by the person that does the registration. All information given and provided really fast. The technician was very nice and polite. The gentleman at the front desk, whom I reluctantly don’t remember his name was so helpful and pleasant. He went above and beyond. Julia my technician was equally helpful, supportive and pleasant. I had a snafu in prepping for my test and they both did an amazing job at helping me through the process.

If you’re like me, and trying to decide between so many different radiology locations, definitely choose this one! I was in and out in 40 minutes total for an MRI (granted I went first thing at 8 am, but still amazing). It was my first time getting one, and thus a little nervous, but the receptionist and technician were both so reassuring and helpful that it went so much better than I could have ever imagined. They have a spacious machine for MRI’s, and earplugs/headphones with music. I went in feeling terrified, and came out feeling like that was one of the easiest appointments I’ve ever had. Also worth noting, they print out forms with all of your info already on it (unlike so many other places) so you’re not sitting there filling out forms forever. It was just a few quick pages that took a couple of minutes. I definitely recommend!

I had an amazing experience. Which is not something I would say going to the Doctor. Lol! But it truly was a comfortable clinic. The technician who I saw name was Isa. She was kind and gentle. She made my experience very relaxing. I would highly recommend all to come to this Radiology Center. They will put you at ease.

I have always had good experiences at Park West Radiology. I find it easy to make appointments online as well as to fill out paperwork in advance of my appointment. I generally do not have to wait very long time to be taken in for my examination. Staff is friendly and the technicians and doctors are always pleasant and responsive.

Extremely unprofessional front desk. Rude attitude, and makes you feel like you’re bothering them to do their job. I asked for an excuse letter for work which turned into a huge spectacle. A second front desk that was two people over started yelling over her shoulder into our conversation. Meanwhile, she also had a patient that she stopped attending to do this. Ironically, she was amiss a heated discussion with the patient she was handling as well. This same front desk was earlier arguing with another front desk in regards to asking questions. I was sitting at the far end of the waiting room and I was able to hear them. This particular front desk is the first one to the left as you come in. Stray away from her, as well as the third one from the left.

Quick, kind, and efficient. Knowledgable and made me feel comfortable while having a potentially scary procedure. Well done.

The technicians were great, but there was a lot of delay checking in as the office scrambled to get the referral script which they promised they would do the week before. It all worked out, but I feel sorry for chronically ill patients that have to jump through such hoops when their primary concern should just be getting better.

I never thought I would review a radiology place, but Park West is awesome! I got both an x-ray and an MRI here after injuring my back. They were efficient, friendly, and professional. They even have nice details like great robes. The MRI machine had headphones yo listen to music, periodic updates from the technician, and was as comfortable as possible considering it was an MRI. A++

Clean, efficient, and pleasant. All in all a good experience. (I was at ease enough to drift off and fall asleep during my MRI, which is a difficult task considering the noise).

The staff was very pleasant but the person who registered me put me into a slot for over an hour away. I was a walk in. They then took someone else before me who had come in afterwards, but since I didnt know what procedure he was going in for, I didnt say anything....until 20 minutes later and I still wasnt being called. When I mentioned this to a staff person, they looked into it and acknowledged I should have gone before that person. They were super nice but I still wound up waiting for an hour for a simple x-ray that took 5 minutes.

Wish I could give zero stars. Thieves and liars!I needed 3 MRIs. They said I was approved from healthcare, and scheduled all three. They sent me a confirmation of schedules and a total price Id be responsible for.Then they called me back two days later to say Id have to come twice for 2 MRIs one day, and a third a different day. The price doubled.Then when I showed up to do the 2 MRIs, they said I was only approved for one so far and Id have to come back three times at ... you guessed it ... three times the price!I called my healthcare and ... they said LHR never even requested approvals for the other MRIs! All lies from the initial phone calls with LHR.Why do the right thing when you can rip people off and collect three times the fees, right?Run from this place.

I always find it easy and accommodating at Park Radiology. I’ve been going there for years for everything from routine mammograms to post surgical X-ray and CT Scans when I had my foot operated on. If they can squeeze you in, they do and I’ve never had to wait for more than a day or two for an appt. Everyone there is polite and professional.

I arrived to my appt early and was told that id need to wait a half hour because they were running behind. It is 2 hours later and ive still not been seen. When i checked in a long the way i was not given info about how long the further delay would be. If i had been given that info id have rescheduled. this has impacted my ability to pick up my kids and has cost me additional money to manage a last minute sitte . No one was responsive at the center.Update: when i was finally seen, the tech was great. But the practice didnt consider her needs. She had been non stop all day. No breaks and trying to catch up all day. The practice had 2 rooms that could do mamos and didnt offer an additional tech to support her or the backlog of patients. The doctor left right on time at 5pm. How nice for her. Thats when i expected to be leaving too.Thanks for the generic we want to make things right post below. Manage your practice with some thoughtfulness about the impact on patients and staff. Be honest about wait times, staff up appropriately based on what types of services are scheduled and setting realistic time frames to them (ie: a screening with no implants takes less time than a diagnostic with implants. Dont schedule 15 min for both). The scheduling is clearly based on a revenue projection, not on patient need or the practices ability to provide good care. Terrible way to treat people seeking care.

This was one of my best first experiences with a medical office ever. Everyone was pleasant, helpful and professional. And even after they detected a problem that needed additional care they went over and above to direct me to the next steps. I HIGHLY recommend this location and their staff. I am even looking forward to my next appointment there. And that NEVER is something I do.

I have been to park west radiology many times for my MRI. There is a very mean lady with British accent not friendly person. She is always mean rude to customers and if you try to talk to her she gets even more angry and mean. I wish you can replace her with other friendly people like it was before. I remember there was a guy working there very nice and friendly.He would always play soft relax music for you while you taking your MRI.But with this lady you dont get no music no nothing just angry attitude and loud ugly noise from MRI.

The front desk girl called to offer me an earlier spot, I got there 30 mins before my appointment and as soon as I got there, they took care of me and everything was super fast and smooth. I really recommend this place!!

My experience this evening began on the telephone with a very pleasant and helpful representative that confirmed my 5:15pm appt. when I went in for my appointment at Park West Radiology, I met up with a young man at the reception desk - so pleasant and helpful and knowledgeable. Actually it was him and his coworker that worked through my problem and was able to solve one of the biggest problems even before I could see a technician. My last encounter was with a lovely technician (person performing the mammogram). She waited until the problem was solved and patiently took me in the back to perform the test. Wow! It doesn’t usually work this way at a doctor’s office. Every encounter was friendly, pleasant and very helpful - they made me feel special and at ease.

This place is quiet and well organized. I normally go to this location because the appointments are normally at the time that they were scheduled for and everything goes smoothly.

I have been given a CD/DVD for my xray eventhough I said that I do not have any device to read this type of file. And I tried at my work computer nothing comes up. It is very frustrating that I did not have my xray printed or they didnot send it to my email. This belongs to me and I do not understand why I am not being shared my personal file properly. Very disappointing..

Friendly, efficient and informative staff. I was seen within ten minutes of my appointment time . The whole experience was positive.

Came in a few minutes early for my 2PM appointment. I didnt have to spend 30min filling out random forms. Everything was swift and professional. My imaging started on time and I was out of there in 5min. Couldnt ask for more when youre in the middle of the work day.

Quick in and out. The staff from the receptionist to the technician were kind, informative, and made me feel totally comfortable.

The place was great, easy to locate. The front desk staff was friendly. I did not have a pleasant experience with the ultrasound tech. She was very rough and even though she said please it didn’t make a difference in her understanding that I couldn’t just hold my breath forever. I would not chose to go back if she had to attend me.

I had an excellent experience here. I went in for a biopsy. From start to finish. I was very nervous and arrived very early for my appointment. The front desk receptionist was so kind saw me freak out and had words of encouragement for me. Went back and the sonogram technician was so sweet explained to me carefully what would be done. They allowed my mom to stay in the room with me. The Doctor I would say didnt have the best bedside manner but she was reassuring and did her job. No complaints. honestly I had minimal pain. I am someone who is terrified of needles and just the thought makes me panic. I will say I arrived at about 11:30 my appointment was for 12pm and was seen at 12:15. I left the place at 1:03pm. So in reality minimal wait time.

Considering I was going for my annual mammogram appt., I was nervous, very nervous. Staff helped calm me down. I particularly give credit to the sonographer. She was patience and gentle.

Very warm, helpful staff at check in. I had an MRI, I had one many years ago and didnt anticipate I would panic a bit sliding into its tube-like structure. The technician, Mark, brought me right out at my request and basically talked me off the ledge by applying no pressure. I completed it without incident and I am very grateful and relieved.

Minimal wait time. Receptionist was able to answer all my questions. Radiology tech was top-notch (Hannah). I was expecting incompetence & an overall mediocre experience as tends to be the norm at most scan centers. Very pleasantly surprised.

My appointment was scheduled at 1:30. I waited over 1h to be informed there were 4 people before me still waiting. When i made a complain a front desk person said: i will go there and check what is goimg on than she kept serving three other customers ignoring me. The front deck person informed me with an attitude that I was scheduled at 2pm not 1:30 (not true). I had another appointment at 3pm (10min away from this location) and I had to leave. I came back before 4pm and waied another 40 min to finally have my diagnostic mammogram. I paid cash &516 and the experience with the customer service was unacceptable

All the staff was very friendly and attentive. I can tell that they have a lot of experience, they knew what they were doing. I felt that they really care about the patients.

The procedure was fine, but they get 2 stars for the worst billing dept ever. I am always very careful about confirming that procedures and providers are all in network, so I was shocked to receive a bill for $375. You cant even call their billing dept, it is outsourced to a company that will put you on hold for at least 30 minutes only to be told that they can only take your name and call you back. Its so stressful! The woman I eventually spoke with was totally wrong about everything and when I called my insurance company they were furious that an in network provider would bill a patient after being paid by the insurance. Avoid the aggravation and go somewhere else..

I showed up as a walk-in (aka no appointment). Just needed an x-ray of my chest. Within the time I stepped into the facility, signed papers, submitted co-pay, did my x-ray and walked out the door.. it was all less than half hour. Thank you for the kind attention! The staff was great with me! Perhaps because it was Friday! Haha.

Front desk is awful. The male receptionist does not understand insurance. It made an already stressful situation much worse. I only went to this location because they had the soonest available slot for a breast sonogram but I will make sure never to go there again. I had gone to the Jackson heights location for the screening mammogram and had absolutely no issues. Getting back to the male receptionist, he demanded I pay a coinsurance. I tried explaining I met my out of pocket back in May so I’m covered at 100%. He would not let me speak and took it all personally, almost as if I owed HIM the money. Very unprofessional to say the least. He went as far as calling my insurance and tracked me down while I was in my gown waiting to be called in for the sonogram to hand me a post it with a rep’s name and reference # for the call. This man has no compassion and is very unprofessional. I do understand insurance. Very well. I’ve worked in health care for almost a decade. I will never recommend this location to anyone and will warn others. This is really the issue I had at this location. The rest of the staff was fine. The wait was long. I didn’t expect to be there for a couple of hours.

The staff at park west radiology were excellent- they moved me through reception quickly and I didn’t have to wait long before being called to my test. The technicians were also great- friendly and professional and putting me at ease.

What a great place! Extremely friendly, efficient and professional staff and short wait times. I’ve been there twice and both experiences were extremely pleasant.

Terrible experience. Had to call 4 times waited 15 mins each call to try and get an appointment. Decided to make the appointment online, and filled out the questionnaire. I entered verbatim the prescription / reasoning for my doctors visit, as he wrote on the referral; was told to call the office if it was for a hernia. After calling 3 more times someone finally picked up and went over my visit, she even entered in the notes why I was coming in. I come today 6/5 for my appointment only to find out via the tech that they don’t do that specific type of ultra sound at this location. No one even apologized only after I was visibly upset and said that the mistake was on the office twice and explained the lady on the phone confirmed my reason (another lady checked my chart and said oh yes she did put that in here) they decided to find me an appointment at a different location. Wasted my entire day.
