The place is clean, the receptionist was nice and the MRI medical staff were kind to my mom. She didn’t know English and the staff was able to speak to her in Spanish and make her feel comfortable

The staff here are very impatient and rude. The time when I was here there was another middle-aged man who kept asking the lady at the reception desk Can you please get my result more quickly coz I have diabetes I really need to eat now Ill faint if I dont eat and he was speaking in a very normal tone. The lady replied him with a very irritating tone couple times saying Can you just wait for a couple minutes I have other things to do right now! And that is the way they talk to every patient judging by the phone calls they take during the time I was there and the way they talked to me.This is a Chinese speaking clinic and 90% of the clients here are Chinese as well as the staff. So they might probably think that since most of their clients cannot speak fluent English and this is the only place where they can go then its okay to treat their patients that way. I called this place a couple times before I actually came here to reshedule my appointment and I spoke English to them and their tone was fine, not very friendly but fine. But as soon as they find out that youre chinese or you speak chinese to them, theyll show their real face.Ill reserve my right to report this place to corresponding authorities. Coz if you just have a tone thats fine but if you treat a patient with diabetes that way under the circumstance that he already told you that hes gonna faint if he doesnt eat. IT IS NOT OKAY.AND YOU DONT TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THAT.

Honestly, with so many choices around this neighborhood that you can choose from to get radiology done, dont pick this place. Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever. The receptionist working there not only does not acknowledge you, but expect you to have knowledge of the process as if you were working there. I was standing there waiting for acknowledgement quietly on the side as to not disturb them for well over 5 minutes, not even a single how may i help you? or do you need help? After finally speaking to one of the ladies, her attitude was demeaning and rude as if i was incompetent to understand, as if her doing her job was a favor to me. If you favor rude customer service, or people assisting you as if you owe them, do come here, of if you were desperate and have no where else to turn to, come, all else, run.

I found this lab through the Aetna cost estimator, and it was by far the most affordable lab for the ultrasound my doctor ordered. Its a bilingual clinic without any bells and whistles, but my ultrasound tech was very sweet and attentive, and I was promptly in and out. Ill definitely come back for future tests!

Had a horrible experience here. I had an appointment on Saturday morning and although it was easy to make the appointment and I was seen pretty quickly, the experience was terrible. I was there for an abdominal ultrasound. The technician did not give me a smock to change into and ended up getting lube all over my shirt. When she was finished she opened the door while I was in the process of cleaning myself up still and my pants were unbuttoned. Who knows who would have been standing in the hallway or outside the room - they could have seen me undressed! I felt so exposed and violated. When I complained to the supervisor in charge, he apologized but then tried to rub my arm to console me. Also not appropriate!

This facility was recommended by my insurance, it is also convenient to my job. However, they do not forward the result of your procedure to the Doctor in a timely manner. I always have to call them four to five days later to have them send the info. The latest incident occurred today. I had an MRI done July 29th. They were supposed to send the result to the Dr. in 48-72 hours. On August 16th, I call my doctor and they have still have not received it. Call the center and the lackluster receptionist tells me they have a lot of patients and sometimes it takes a long time! Three weeks? I will certainly be speaking with BCBS to let them know.

I sought online for a radiology center in NYC and from a list theCommunity Radiology NY seemed to be eye-catching.I booked an appointment for an abdominal sonogram(since I had Splenomegaly while staying at the hospital due to severeAnemia, I wanted to confirm if thespleen was still expanding)but a team member mentioned to me that a referralfrom my physician was required. Therefore, when Ihad a visit with my physician Dr.Robert Y. Lin,he assented to my request for the abdominalsonogram referral.Community Radiology NY has very forbearing crew, they understood that owing to unforeseencircumstances, I had to reschedule a couple oftimes my sonogram scheduled date. The location is in sprightly Chinatown.Inside the lobby, there is a pharmacyand patients can take the capacious black stairstowards the second floor radiology where the doors are see-throughtransparent. Upon my arrival, I walked in and went to theteam to sign my name, one of the team gave mea very abridged questionnaire to populate. The waiting room is nifty. The patient can neither drink noreat anything for about seven hours or more before the exam.Eventually,I was called by name by the samestaff person at the desk and he headed me to acorridor into another waiting roomwhere I remained for close to twenty minutes-the reason being that, there were morepatients earlier than I. Sequentially, a young nicemale technician guided me to the private sonogram/ultrasoundroom where we discussed my medical history. Before initiating the sonogram he told me to lift mydress - in view of this, I asked if there were no robesavailable -he said there were none and rendered metwo long paper towels to cover just my private parts ashe decently left the room.Hereafter, he adjusted the towels and ascended my panties before descending it.He suavely placed gel on my abdomen various times. He rolled the transducer all over my belly/abdominal,etc and stopped to captureeach image on the computer. He revealed to me howmy heartbeat when amplified is heard. I askedhim at what week the gender of a baby is identified (via the sonogram) and he told me that every once in a while, it is not identifiable if themale baby situates indistinguishably his genitals or otherwise.Conclusively, he wiped from my stomachthe adhesive gel. We expressed our farewells andI questioned him when I will acquire my result -hetold me that my physician will obtain it for me.Moreover, when I visited my physician Dr.Lin,he handed me a facsimile of my ultrasound sonogram resultand favorably, it came out benign.

The receptionist is impatient to answer my question. She said she was not there yesterday, and she could not help me. Excuse me, you are a group, you are not care patients health.
