Doctor and staff are very pleasant and quite efficient. They instill a strong sense of competence and are able to identify your medical issue(s) and the correct course of treatment quite seamlessly.

I had an appointment in February and now I doubt that the reviews are real. The wait was for about an hour. I was very suspicious why this office doesn’t have price list online.I didn’t get any explanations on what and how, and the examination was just an excuse to be able to charge $300 for a first visit to get rid of skin tags, which are still happily inhabit my skin. No receipt of the delivered service, just a transaction receipt.Very disappointed because the service is not worth it.

I had a minor acne problem in my face and they prescribed a series of face lotions that worked very well! My face now looks radiant!Get ready to get there half hour before your appointment time, they tend to book 3 people at the same hour.

Dr. Levy is a wonderful dermatologist. She did an excellent job making sure I felt comfortable and that I understood everything I needed to know about my visit. She didn’t try to rush to the next patient and made sure to answer all my questions while looking me in the eye with a smile. Many professionals in health care see only the problem/diagnosis or data on a chart, but I believe Dr. Levy truly sees her patients as people.

Dr. Loucas is magnificent! He took his time to address all of my concerns and followed up with every solution possible. Most importantly, he is HONEST and his bedside manner is so warm and comforting.

Dr Loucas is great. He cares about the health of your skin not just cosmetic appearance. He listens to your concerns and takes time to explain the different course of treatments. Many UES dermatologists are only concerned with selling lip fillers, he is not one of them.

I have been a patient of Dr Loucas for over twenty years. I used to visit his office on Long Island and when he moved the practice to NYC, I travel from Long Island to continue to remain under his care. I have had numerous procedures (growing up surfing on Long Island) and I have never been less than 100%satisfied with Dr Loucas and his staff. The wait time is never extensive and you really feel like you have a caring and extremely competent professional. I will continue to visit his practice for as long as he is available.

I’ve been going to Dr. Loucas for a few years and he’s the best.

Friendly staff but one of the most incompetent group of people in a private practice Ive seen. They do not coordinate or streamline the online scheduling system, nor do they make any effort to contact the patient regarding schedule changes and follow-ups. Their online system makes sure to remind the patient to be on time via email, but they make zero effort to notify the patient of the clinics changes, such as the requested doctor not being in the office at all. Why do you make patients go through a proprietary scheduling system if you arent going to honor it? Also waiting on a lab result I requested to be sent a copy, but three weeks later, still no follow-up and hasnt returned my call. They also omitted insurance information on the lab request so now I have to sort out another bill. Its not one mistake, but a series of signs that show red flags that compelled me to write a review. Two stars, instead of one, for the warm greeting.

Ive been going to dr Lucas for a very long time and he is a great dermatologist. Besides going to him for my annual checkups I also went for treatment of rosacea which he did with a laser and it helped so much.I live on Long Island so I have to travel to NYC to see him and he is worth the ride. He is pleasant and always so nice to deal with, and it is a pleasure to have a doctor that cares about you.

I had a Very bad experience with Dr. E. Loucas because he left me scared after a very easy procedure to remove a very small beauty mark (dot) by my nose..The procedure went okay, and the dot was gone, but only now I have a deep visible hole there instead..Never once did he give me the option of what can occur.. I just assumed he was a cosmetic surgeon/ dermatologist, and knew what hes doing, boy was I wrong..I guess its all about the money these kind of doctors live by, and never the patient well being..When I complained about this hole on my face, he said its not so bad, you can only see it if you stand to my right, unbelievable ..He also performed a procedure to remove some red blood vessels from my face using a laser tool, that burnt me so bad I still have the scars, he blamed that on my pigmentation, having dark skin..I also recall him saying to me, in all the years of practice he was never sued, hmm I wondered about that..I regret ever seeing this doctor..After he scarred my face, he referred me to a cosmetic/plastic surgeon. Like hes doing me a great favor..I was stunned by his lack of concern, and greed for money..Horrible Doctor This Dermatologist does Not care about his patients. Beware!

He is very knowledgable amd takes great attention to his work. The wait is a bit long. The prices are high for a visit that only lasts 10min, $150.00 follow up on existing patients. $150.00 for 10min, it breaks my heart to leave.
