Dr. Kling does not honor the time of his appointments. I had a noon appt and with no acknowledgement by him of his delays as he came in and out of exam rooms with 2 different patients who had gone in while I was waiting.At 1:00 I asked for a refund from Jaclyn (lovely and capable) at the front desk.I told him that amount of waiting time is inexcusable since with proper notice from his very capable staff, I could have rescheduled.He remarked, “ My attention is with the patient as it should be”. Somehow he seemed to forget both respect and other patients. I would not recommend.

I get my dermatology issues addressed by Dr. Kling. Dr. Kling is very pleasant and professional. Every issue I bring to Dr. Kling is met with understanding, kindness and compassion, including insurance issues that are very confusing especially deductibles, co-pays and co-insurance. His front desk is able to explain how it works that makes it easy to understand. The best part is, Dr. Kling is very attentive about my skin issues and always has good advice and treatments that really work. I am also always able to get results. My experience with Dr. Kling is always pleasant, enjoyable and relaxing and puts you at ease. I trust Dr. Kling and I will return and refer friends and family to him.

When I had terrible itching and rashes along my hands and neck, my Primary Care physician couldnt really pinpoint it and just gave me a prescription for everything and anything.Afterward, I decided to go to Dr. Kling for a second opinion and he really felt strongly it was a case of poison ivy, at which point i remembered that I indeed was messing around in an unfamiliar garden 2 days previous.He prescribed medicine and gave me a magical dose of something on the spot.I got instant relief and fast curing from there on.Since then, Ive gone to him for removal of moles and other growths. All healed quickly and no scarring whatsoever, even on my eyelid!!Hes no-nonsense and good at what he does. Also accepts lots of insurance plans as Ive changed a few times over the years.Im not an easy customer but I have to give credit where it is due. Since then, Ive sent my folks for all sorts of things and they are very pleased as well. Parents are an even tougher pair of customers!!Howard

Dr. Kling has been my family’s dermatologist for over 25 years. That should say enough! He is knowledgeable, thorough, communicative and a nice person. He takes the time to answer your questions, explain conditions and treatments and address your concerns. He was great putting my kids at ease when they were young and felt nervous.On a personal level, he always has a moment to ask about you and your family so you feel like you’re more than a number in the day’s schedule – a rarity these days.His staff is friendly and courteous and there is rarely a long wait to see him.

Dr. Kling has been my familys dermatologist for over 30 years. He has treated us for the range of dermatological problems; from very serious to cosmetic. I live uptown and work downtown; therefore, it is a great convenience that he has locations on both the Upper East Side and in Park Slope, Brooklyn. We have always been thoroughly satisfied with Dr. Klings treatment and advice. We refer all of our friends to Dr. Kling for their dermatological issues. He has a large family practice and is particularly considerate and thoughtful when examining and treating children. He has a busy practice, for good reason, but there is rarely any undue wait time to see him. His office is filled with current magazines as well as a television and free samples of various shampoos, face creams etc. so, if you do you have to wait, there is enough to keep you occupied. His staff is delightful as well as helpful and well informed. A thoroughly professional medical practice.

Dr. Kling is an excellent doctor who truly cares about his patients. Not only has Dr. Kling been treating me for 20 years, he also treats teenagers from my program free of charge. This is a doctor who understands the importance of getting care even if you cant afford it. There should be more doctors like him.

I had an appointment with Lanelle Daniels-Jerome (NP) at Dr. Klings Brooklyn office and had an exceptional experience. She was extremely kind and took the time to listen to my concerns and come up with a personalized treatment plan for my severe eczema. I have seen several dermatologists over the years to treat this condition and have never received personalized care and understanding close to what she provided for me. I will highly recommend her to anyone seeking an eczema specialist!

Dr A Kling is excelent.He really listens and gives you the best treatment. He has a very light hand- he removed a few moles without leaving a scar! I absolutely love him. My niece also had a great experience. Oh, and the office assistent is great too. A. Baron

Dr.kling is the most dishonest Dr. Ive ever met hes has no code of ethics for a doctor my experience with him made me realize that he is a liar if he tells u anything make sure that u have it in writing because the minute u walk out of his office he is going to tell u that he didnt say anything like that , very dishonest man I would never recommended this guy to anyone I know. he rushes u out of his office its all about money with this guy. i wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to this dishonest man. remember whatever he says get it in writing!!!!!

Dr Allen klings service was amazing. I havent been a consistent patient of his and he still ask how my so is even tho I only took my son on one visit wit me about 5 months ago. That means alot to me and shows he has a good heart and memory. The front desk staff is amazing and they make it super easy to make an appointment and there conversation is great too. Tgey are Always courteous and professional one the phone and in person. Id definitely recommend Dr Allen kling. I commute all the way from astoria to his office and its worth the trip
