Dr Palep is the greatest Dermatologist I have known. She is patient, and takes as much time to explain the problems with my skin. I refuse to see another Dermatologist no matter where I live. She is always giving you information about skin care. I wish she would take my insurance, and I dont have to pay out of my pocket. All offices are professionally run with excellent staff.

Dr. Palep is AMAZING! You’ll recognize her from all her TV show appearances, she is a celebrity dermatologist. She literally fixed my skin in a snap when I couldn’t figure out for years how to improve it and had bought every product out there. She’s so knowledgeable, warm and friendly - even when she’s got a packed waiting room, she takes the time to connect with me and understand my concerns. Plus, her staff are extremely professional, courteous and responsive, always working around my busy schedule. RECOMMEND!!!

Dr. Palep and team are simply the best! I’ve only had positive experiences over the last 4 years I have been seeing her. She always takes great care of me and makes sure to spend the time to explain what she’s doing and what she recommends. Dr. Sapna Palep is hands down the best dermatologist I’ve ever been to. She is diligent and never rushes appointments, and treats her patients like they are long time friends or family members. She picks up on things that other doctors have easily missed. I truly feel that she invests everything in her patients and CARES about the whole person. If only I could find a GP who was as personable and diligent...I can’t recommend Dr. Palep highly enough!

I have been seeing Dr. Palep for over 10 years. Dr. Palep and her staff are exceptional. I recommend and send all of my family and friends to see her. She also treats my two daughters and husband. She sets the bar very high for dermatologists. She takes her time, sits down next to you and explains options to treat all levels of issues and offered me options to screening and prevention. This was very important to me and my family. The office is professional and responsive and has been consistently so since my very first visit. She also has hours in the evening to accommodate those not able to break from school or work in the daytime.

Dr Palep has transformed me! She is compassionate and creative - she is an artist with her work and has the magic touch. I came to her after being disappointed and taken advantage of and she continues to impress me with every visit. I trust her opinion and know she always has my best interest at heart. I am not afraid to ask her advice and she always takes her time with me. I never feel rushed. She explains every procedure with expertise and professionalism- a true class act!

Dr. Palep is a gem of a dermatologist. I struggled with skin conditions that numerous other dermatologists could never seem to treat properly. If I could give 1000 stars I would. After several tours with other Dermatologists in NYC, I met Dr. Palep, whom was referred by a long time friend that has been a patient of Dr. Paleps for 15+ years. I was not let down. The staff was welcoming, efficient and accommodating. The office has a cool and serene feel to it. Dr. Palep listened with intention, sincerity and laser focus; and then responded with compassion and optionality. Any time I have had a procedure with Dr. Palep it has been comforting. I feel so very confident in her work. You will too! You will not regret making an appointment for a consultation and beyond. First class!

I have been going to Dr. Palep for over 2 years. She always has a smile on her face and makes you feel super comfortable. When I first went to her I was scared I was going to leave looking overdone/ not myself with botox , fillers and she assured me not to worry, and she was right. I thought for sure she was going to recommend all these expensive products for my face which I was prepared to spend but on the contrary. I get so many compliments and have sent a lot of friends her way. Love her!!

Im being treated by Doctor Palep for my hair loss and she has been able to stop it and have my hair growing back to a much better fullness. I am very satisfied with the results. I would like particularly to mention her patience, professionality and attention to patient s concerns.

Dr. Palep is by far not only the best dermatologist I have ever had but one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. My son had an outbreak of a very bad case of warts. After seeing other dermatologists who either said it would go away on its own (it didn’t after 3 years) or tried freezing them (which caused my son an extreme amount of pain where we would have to hold him down to try and freeze them) I found Dr. Palep through a family member and she was the answer I was so desperately seeking! She used non painful treatments on my son to treat the warts and not only treated them on his skin but attacked the virus internally which no one had ever recommended before. Since we started seeing her in April the warts are almost entirely gone! My son was very self conscious about his condition and with Dr. Palep’s help he has regained his confidence! She is not only a caring doctor but a caring person always available and willing to answer a question or a fear with ease. Her help has been priceless and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a top notch well informed dermatologist.

I was very reluctant to visit a dermatologist for hair restoration as its been bothering me for a while and I almost gave up on finding real help. a friend recommended Dr. Palep so I decided to make an appoitnment. During my visit she explain at great length the causes of my hair loss, the different treatment options I had, and what I liked the most is her setting realistic expectations for outcome of each option. My hesitation subsided when she took her time during the initial consult explaining what to expect. As I started seeing the results she said I will see my hesitation vanished. she was very professional yet very relatable with exceptional bedside manner. I highly recommend her.

I never found a most caring and talented dermatologist as Dr. Sapna Palep. Due to my family history with skin cancer I am particularily and sometime overly concern about any minimal change in my skin. She take care everytime with fast appointments and mostly she take the time to explore and explain any procedure to make you feel 100% comfortable in her hands.

I honestly cannot say enough great things about this practice or Dr. Palep. I have literally sent her every one of my friends and my family members who have come to me with a problem that they had that has not been rectified by their doctor and they travel from near and far to see her. Every single person that I have sent to her, calls to thank me because she fixed their issue! The staff is overly accommodating when you have an issue that needs to be urgently resolved. Dr. Palep is the first doctor that I have met that truly cares about her patients! She is caring and smart and I trust her. If it wasnt for her, who knows where I would be as she is the one that found the pre-cancerous mole on my leg that my previous dermatologist missed. She cleared up the melasma on my face that made me beyond self conscious for years! Additionally, she is the only person that I trust for Botox, I always leave her office looking refreshed and years younger. She never overdoes it, pushes costly unnecessary procedures on me or tries to sell me products that I dont need. Thank you Spring Street Derm, for keeping me healthy and looking my best!

Very unprofessional. Canceled last minute and then canceled when she felt we weren’t a match. We had never met nor spoken. Stay away!
