The doctor was very professional. I highly recommend. But this place post covid is back to overbooking patients so be prepared to wait. Also, if you have to call the office- you are directed to somewhere else, and it is extremely difficult to get someone in actual office . But, the doctor is GREAT.

I had a very good experience. Everyone were very nice and friendly. The doctors were very nice and concerned about me and my problem. Waiting to receive the medication to see how it will work. Have confidence that it will.

As a first time patient I was a little nervous. Dr. Friedler and her staff couldnt be any nicer.She explained everything to me in detail and took her time. I never felt rushed.

Not a nice person.I booked an appointment at her Fresh Meadows office. Waited for this visit for almost three weeks, then traveled 3.5 hours from Brooklyn, but got 40 mins late, and she sent me back home.When patients spend hours waiting for doctors- it’s fine, but when patients get backed up- they get rejected.Maybe she’s a magician of medicine, but since she’s not a good person, as a provider she’s not reliable.

It took 1.5 hrs to see the doctor. Afterwards, they forgot to fill my prescription after I went all the way to the pharmacy. Overall very poor experience.

Dr Friedler is RUDE and greedy, more so, when cash-paying patients (like me) show up, she always charges excessively, forces unwanted services, does not honor privacy requests, such as not brining in male students into the room or no taking pics on her personal cell phone, very nasty staff (office manager Erica Negron, in particular, burst into the room when i was waiting to see the doctor to do facial cosmetics, started yelling at me for not wanting to take pictures, then scolded me for not wearing a mask in her presence); wish this experience on no one

I would avoid this MD if you’re trying to get any type of quality treatment...stay away!After waiting nearly 3 HOURS, my actual appointment/consultation lasted no longer than two minutes.I was seen by Dr. Friedler, at another practice. Where i tried to explain that I thought I had psoriasis. She literally spent maybe two minutes in the office from the moment she walked in; was completely disinterested.P.s. Fast forward two years, I was diagnosed with Psoriatic arthritis. Go Figure! Didn’t I try to explain that to DR Friedler TWO YEARS AGO! This Dr completely failed me in giving me the proper care and I would only wish her on my worse enemy, maybe not even.

Unethical Doctor. Should not practice. Worst bedside manner Ive ever experienced. Avoid at all costs.

I went in just to get laser hair removal and Dr. Friedler went over my tattoo with the laser causing me to get deep burns which resulted in the formation of a keloid. Her solution after that was to give me injections for which she additionally billed my insurance. Her final suggestion when seeing that her injections weren’t working was to “just tattoo over” the keloid she created on my skin. I wish I NEVER went to this doctor. I went to her hoping to clear up one insecurity and left with an entirely new permanent problem due to her negligence. Now I’m stuck with a keloid in a noticeable area that I have to live with for the rest of my life.

I’ve been in medical field a long time.Suzanne is all about making a buck.She does not prepare patients before processes. Moves quickly, and gives minimaland incorrect information regarding healing.Many of the staff I dealt w/ seemed over worked, not qualified , and uncaring.I would not recommend Dr Friedler.There may be other physicians unlike this ,I do hope so since the waiting room is alwayspack. Dirty and old room. $ makers??

Always have great care with Dr. Friedler. She always remembers me and is very personable and down to earth.Office staff is always friendly and helpful. I’ve never waited too long for care.She’s only in on Thursday afternoons so plan accordingly

I saw Dr. Frielder recently for an acne consult. I have had acne for over 10 years and have tried almost everything including antibiotics. I was hoping to be prescribed something orally taken because of the deep cysts I get like clockwork before my period and topicals dont help deep cysts.Dr. Friedler was nice but unfortunately I left feeling unheard. I left with a scrip for antibiotics which I had mentioned I have tried in the past already. She also would not prescribe me oral medications that might really help me, due to the fact that Im capable of pregnancy.Thankfully I found a different option for an online pharmacy that doesnt discriminate based on sex and will prescribe me the meds I need to take care of the hormonal acne I have had for all this time.I wouldnt come to Dr. Friedler if you have hormonal acne and are capable of pregnancy unless youre ok with just antibiotics and topicals.

SHE IS JUST A HORRIBLE DOCTOR! SHE DOESNT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT PREVENTING FURTHER ISSUES, PATIENTS AFTER CARE OR ANYTHING IF THEY BOOK YOU WITH HER FOR AN APPOINTMENT I ADVISE ASKING FOR ANOTHER DOCTOR AS I DID TODAY!!

DO NOT GO TO FRIEDLER ALL SHE CARES ABOUT IS MONEY!!! She is the absolute worst dermatologist I’ve ever been to. She does not care about helping you fix your problems. What she’ll do is recommend testing you don’t need so she can make money. If you care about yourself you won’t go to her. She does not deserve the title doctor.

Suzanne doesn’t care about the patients!! I found her very rude and more of a sales person. Her chemical peel was so ineffective and expensive and she got done with it in a minute and charged $300 for it. She also gave a look to the nurse when i told her im not gonna get a $3k package today for my skin. Sigh! You don’t find people sincere to there profession anymore.
