Dr. Heller is the best of the best. Everyone asks who my dentist is and Im so proud to tell them. Dr. Jerrold Heller on the LES!!! He is on Grand near Donut Plant, and Trader Joes. Client for 26 yrs. The work he does lasts longer than expected and he is so accommodating and a really experienced dentist. I once saw him do free add-on work on a bride the week before her wedding bc she was ashamed of her smile. He loves the diverse LES community and is so good with dental phobias like I have. He is essentially a painless dentist. Tell him your concerns and he will put on the TV or radio, get you numb and work his magic. .

Ive been coming here for teeth cleaning for the last year or so. Dr. Heller is an expert! Hes extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel right at home when you visit the office. When there was an issue with my appointment and required a last minute reschedule, he personally called me that morning so that I could make rearrangements. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. I had an issue with my plan eligibility and the staff followed up with me and the insurance company until it was squared away. I highly recommend coming here!

On a whim, I booked an appointment at Dr Heller’s office to do a cleaning over a year ago and have been coming back for all my dental services since then. As a person who was terrified of dentists, Dr Heller and his team made me feel calm and comfortable with all procedures performed. Dr Heller takes the time to thoroughly explain everything and doesn’t rush to get you out of the chair, which is hard to find. Since then, I’ve had multiple dental procedures performed and I will definitely be back for all my future dental needs.

Dr. Jerrold Heller and his staff are the best! I have been going to his office for 27 years and because of him, I still have most of my teeth. My first visit was when I became pregnant and started having severe gum issues where all of my teeth were shaking. Dr. Heller worked with me for months to get the issue under control. He does what he has to do to work with you to save your teeth. I recommend him to everyone

My family and myself have been patients of Dr. Heller for years. Since our first visit we have felt comfortable with the dentist and his staff. The dental assistants and the front end staff ( Taina, Gabriela, and Jennifer) are always very friendly and helpful. Getting an appointment is never a problem.

Great experience, and I was able to make an appointment the same day on a Saturday. The extraction of my molar was quick and pretty much plainness. I’m excited to come back next week for a thorough cleaning. I didn’t think people actually get excited making dentist appointments. Lol

The office of Dr. Heller is very clean and modern. It feels both artistic and technological. There are even individual tv’s in the treatment rooms! Dr. Heller is a great dentist but also a fun and friendly guy. He has a great sense of humor and music - you may actually get a taste of some of his favorite hits while in the chair.

Dr. Jerry, put a crown in my mouth, Feb. 1984. When it comes to painless dental. This man is like.....the Lewis of Lewis & Clark. A true Pioneer, at his craft! Or, as he said to me many years ago. Kyle, providing true, real painless dentistry. Its just I guess, you know, my Shtech. Hes a great person, thats always looking for ways, to make whats, to most people. A dreadful time. Full of pain, before, during and, after. Into saying to yourself. What was I thinking, not taking care of this before. Even the spot where they numbed my mouth, isnt killing me! That always happened before. But not with Dr. Heller, or any of his staff! Thats not painless, and that Dog dont hunt there!

My boyfriend went there made an appointment on zoc doc and fills the forms out on zoc doc just to go to his appointment and they tell him he di dnt have the appt the time wasnt available. I work n a doctors office I know everything about zoc doc. Maybe that office and zoc doc need to have a chit chat about syncing there EMR together. This is unprofessionalism at its fullest my boyfriend waste his day off to go there and not be seen. I will be speaking with the office manager or whoever about this. To top it off the office give my man another appt and when I look on zoc doc that time is available so whats gonna happen next another person gonna book the same time then there gonna tell them they didnt have that appt.
