Dr. Kohli is the best dentist I have been to. Both me and my wife go to her. Her attention to each patient is outstanding. She even gave us her cell number and we text her when we need to. Also, only doctor Ive ever been to that does not make you wait. She is extremely punctual

Dr K’s my favorite dentist and I’ve seen a few over the years. I’ve been with her since she took over for Dr Hume, which was around 14 years ago. My wife’s a Dr and sees her too. The staff is friendly and helpful and the cleanings never hurt, which I can’t say about any other dentist I’ve ever seen. I also like the location which is easy to get to from my home or office.

I appreciate Mels patient engagement and sense of humor. A person always wants someone technically sound at what they do (process execution), which Mel very much is, but it is even better to have that expertise coupled with sincere, authentic people skills. I have as much fun at the dentist as a person can have...and I learn a lot about changes I can make to continue to improve and enhance my visits. Short of putting in one of those treasure chests from the 1970s where kids got to select a toy before departing, or Mel discovering a foolproof way to avoid patient tooth decay, the visits could not be improved. I am grateful.

Ive been going for over a decade to Dr. Kohli, who is a consummate and friendly professional. Her dentist office is well-run, efficient, and the staff is always very welcoming. Conveniently located in mid-town with many appointment options. I am particularly impressed by the state of the art equipment, comfortable chairs, and amenities such as the goodie bags, which make for an always pleasant experience!

Awful experience! During a visit for a yearly cleaning, Dr. Kohli told me “certain ethnicities” were more prone to cavities. She then offered to do some preventative care that she promised would be covered by my insurance. This preventative care she promised was actually just fill-ins for multiple teeth that did not have any cavities. My insurance was charged over $2k for unnecessary work that was not needed nor was the work ever completed. I would not recommend her office to anyone and I recommend those who do visit review estimates before having the work done.

Dr. Kohli makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience. She is thorough, professional and knowledgeable but she and her staff are also all accommodating, flexible and very happy people. What she has done for my teeth is amazing!!!! I smile all the time because I can! She has made my teeth look beautiful!!! I cant imagine a dentist I would ever trust more with the care of my teeth.This is crucial, as I have become more and more concerned about dentists performing unnecessary and sometimes destructive work. I have two bad dentists in the past: one that ruined one of my teeth for an unnecessary crown and a second who recommended similar work on another couple of my teeth. Fortunately, I found Dr. Kohli, who told me that no such work was necessary. Horrible experience! Doctor kohli did my Invisalign and since she is a dentist, not an orthodontist, she is underqualified to do it. She was very arrogant and every time I asked questions she got visibly annoyed and rushed with the answer. Instead of referring me to an orthodontist, she assured me that the issues I wanted to address could not possibly be fixed( an orthodontist later told me that wasn’t true, dr kohli just lied to my face to have me as a patient). When it was time to remove the attachments from Invisalign, she removed 94% of the material, when I asked why she left some of the attachment material on my teeth, she claimed that’s just as good as it can get and that the rest would dissolve on its own! ( another lie, I had to have another dentist remove the rest)Very disappointed!
