Ive been seeing Dr. Pack for years and LOVE him. I had problems with my gums and I go for regular cleanings with Paola (who is also amazing!!) Donna Marie is extremely helpful with scheduling and billing your insurance. I wouldnt go anywhere else and would 100% recommend Dr. Pack and his team.

Collectively, weve been treated for just about everything from gum surgery, to implants and other gum, bone and teeth issues. They were exceptionally caring of my mother, whose medical condition requires close coordination with her other doctors. The front office staff are equally terrific!! They are always friendly and helpful, including dealing with insurance matters and scheduling with an infinite amount of parience. Calls are answered promptly without being put on endless holds. Dr Pack has got to be the best dentist in town. Ive been going to him for years; he does excellent work, and is usually a pain free experience. Paola is my favorite hygienist, always excellent work and helps me out with all my dental challenges. Dr. Pack and Donna Marie were wonderful. I had two separate gum flap procedures; they were performed with his laser equipment, and were totally painless. Dr. Pack was especially caring for my first visit (and my anxiety). The work he performed on me has resolved my issues, and I am grateful I had the procedures. I come from a family of top New York city dentists who are now long retired.I am very snobby about who takes care of my teeth. I dont open my mouth for just any ol dentist !! Dr. Pack is not only an excellent periodontist who is thorough yet conservative in his approach , but his entire office staff is first rate. Paola Rey who is the dental hygienist cleans your teeth so well that you feel you have lost weight. She doesnt miss even the tiniest speck of debris in your mouth. The baking soda spray makes your teeth feel like they have just been to a high end spa.The reception desk too is helpful, cheerful and you will never forget your appointment as they email you and call you with reminders. I feel lucky to have found Dr. pack. My entire family now goes to him even my daughter goes there for a cleaning and she has no serious dental issues. We arecommitted to their office.

Dr. Pack is a wonderful dentist and a wonderful person. He cares deeply about his patients, and is extremely good at what he does. He did gum surgery on me, and gave excellent advice for what to do after the procedure. I had no pain after one day and he has kept in touch with me and followed up in a wonderful way. Dr Pack is stellar. I first went to him 15 years ago with a bad case of gum recession. He really saved me from major problems. He developed a treatment plan that was smart but not over the top. After visiting many dentist I finally found one that is very effective, concerned, caring, kind and very very fair. Paula my hygienist is the best ever as well as the nicest and sweetest person you can imagine.

How many times do you give 5 stars to a periodontist? In this case, it is richly deserved. I had a bad case of swollen gums due to a hypertension medication I was taking. He identified the problem and the treatment quickly. He had to trim my gums which had me nervous. My sister had a similar procedure, and told me it was both painful and messy. I had the exact opposite experience. I had no pain during or after the procedure when the novocaine wore off. I expected to have bleeding after the procedure and I had little to none. By the following day, it was as if I hadnt had a procedure at all, except for the noticeable reduction in swelling of my gums. Dr. Packs use of lasers for this procedure is the trick. But more than that, his careful attention to detail, his agile use of lasers and his concern for his patient made this an extremely easy procedure for me. I cannot recommend him and his entire team highly enough.

I had a graft done on my receding gum line and I was petrified, but Dr. Pack and his staff were very comforting and his equipment was painless, yes I said it for a dentist, painless. After the procedure I thought that I would be in a lot of pain from the stitches, but I had to pain and no discomfort. I had my last follow-up and everything is great. Thanks Dr. Pack.

I have been Dr. Packs patient for close to 15 years and in that time I have come to learn that he cares more about his patients than making money from them. Following an endodontists unsuccessful retreament of a failed root canal on one of my front teeth the endodontist recommended extracting my 2 front upper teeth. Despite the possibility of significant fees to Dr Pack for extracting 2 teeth, bone grafting and Implant, dr. Pack sent me to another endodontist to try to save my teeth. That is a professional to stick with. I really trust him.
