Hes got a sense of humor, which is great when you have nothing to do but hold your mouth open and stare. My teeth and gums are better than they have ever been, and what work hes had to do Im comfortable has been performed with the most recent information about dental and overall health in mind. So thankful to find Dentistry For Health. I was putting off getting my amalgams replaced with white composites for some time. I had some cavities that need fillings and a crown that I desperately needed. I started getting work done at the beginning of the summer 2018 and finished this month. Im extremely picky when it comes to finding a great dentist, hence why I put it off for so long. I have now found my Dentist. Dr. Reid Winick, and his amazing hygienist made me feel welcome and took amazing care of me during every procedure. Dr. Reid is very professional, is amazing at his profession, and has every detail that I care about covered. I couldnt and wouldnt go anywhere else for dental work. Spoiled. Nancy Liebov is a great dental hygienist. I cant imagine a more thorough cleaning and gum health assessment in all of New York City. I highly recommend her if you have any oral health concerns or if you want to upgrade your dental health to its maximum potential.

I choose to go with an Holistic approach after having two teeth accidentally broken at the Dental clinics i went to. Its not cheap, but is a lot less painful than previous experience. Staff members are very professional and environment pleasant.

Dr. Winick removed my mercury fillings and put in mercury-free fillings over 13 years ago which have held up beautifully and lasted longer than I ever expected. I had an emergency on Friday morning and I called the office. The front desk clerk listened to my complaint. They were booked for the day but put me on hold to explain to Dr. Winick my situation. I told them my time line and he squeezex me in to take a look. It was such a pleasant experience. The reason why I had the emergency is because well you know going to the dentist. Marsha tooky x-rays- she was gentle, Dr. Winick saw my anxiousness and eased it with some light hearted jokes while he explained the seriousness of my situation. I saw the Orthodontist immediately-Dr.Jeff, another great bedside manner. I walked out feeling taken care of and not afraid for my procedure next week. Thank you for an overall wholistic feel.

One may think, like myself, that their walking in to get an opinion on why their mouth just doesnt feel right and in downright pain. I always walk out happier, both physically and mentally. Why, may one ask themselves: why exactly, do I walk out of a DENIST office feeling like Im floating And no they dont give you drugs! Whenever possible, oils are used, to eleminite toxins going into your system. The positive energy in the office is, OF THE CHARTS! I was given a jade disk to hold, to dissipate aniexty, which causes: tension, therefore pain, in ones body. Upon, JUST one meeting with Dr Winick, he suggested for me to schedule a session, to do Body Talk with Tammy. Lets just say I lied on a bed of amethysts the entire time. My life has shifted in ways that, words good never even begin to convey. Dr Winicks office is really a center. The Center is always including me in events. All regarding: health, positive thinking, love and Heal Your Mind, Heal you Body. Surrounding myself with like minded, beautiful women. You are not going to find another dentistry practice where you feel as well cared for as this one. Of course I came here first because of a desire for holistic dentistry. Meaning, I wanted someone who knows about alternative medicine practices/principles and who applies them. Check! - But I was then so amazed when I saw how thorough the program of regular hygiene is and how talented Dr. Winick is with all his procedures. There are also many other services provided or that you can be referred out to which complement the dental care (because of course all other health issues are connected!). I also bring my son here for pediatric dentistry which has been an incredibly wonderful experience. My son does not have a single fear of going to the dentist and we have learned so much about childrens dental needs/issues. -- I also appreciate that the office staff submits my insurance claims for me and will go to bat for me if there are problems or discrepancies.
