I frequented this location often because I work across the street. The store smells wonderful and also has a spa in the back. I usually come to replenish my stock of body oil, hand lotion, and their brick soap. When you purchase a few items, the clerk usually gives few samples. I have met a few pushy sales rep but, usually they get it. I do like that they offer a hand massage as soon as you come in.

I always love coming here. I have no idea what Im doing, and they always patiently explain what everything does and show me how to use it. I started off coming here for gifts because its not tested on animals and they basically gift wrap everything by default.

Awesome experience! Took my wife and two daughters here on a Sunday evening and they all had a blast. Everyone working the store was so nice! The space was bright and inviting and all the products were high end!

Dane was not helpful at all. It was my first time shopping here because AIRE Spa used these products. I purchased some lotions and when I went to return one, I gave her my receipt. She said do you have the paper on top with the four numbers? I was confused on what she was talking about. But she said without those four numbers I would have to exchange only, no refund.

Saleswoman was really pushy. I had researched what to buy ahead of time and was just going to purchase it, but the saleswoman refused to let me buy it. She tried to convince me to buy a much more expensive kit, so I just bought it elsewhere.
