Shame on you Juvenex. I showed up for an appointment (which I later declined) and found myself on line behind an unmasked couple. And I noticed the receptionist, also unmasked, didnt ask for their vaccination card. I asked if vaccination was required to enter (clearly, masks were not) and the receptionist said, Nope, no vaccinations required here! This is not something to be proud of. Juvenex, this is New York City, up your game, or move to Texas.

This place is one of those old school Asian spas where you go naked, get in the dry sauna, then a pool, then a steam room, then get washed and scrubbed down like you came out of your mothers womb and then back to the sauna to dry off a bit. I also got a half an hour add-on massage which wasnt Swedish but more like a Tui Na Chinese or Taiwanese style. I actually prefer this. Overall great experience that lasted about 2.5 hours. If youre not into being completely naked then bring a bathing suit. 😆

An oasis in the city. Always a tranquil experience no matter what time of day or night you arrive. Love the body scrub exfoliation treatment!

I had an amazing experience at Juvenex spa. I got the enhanced couple’s package. Lisa and Leena were great. The Korean body scrub is a MUST and the massage was perfect. Very well worth it! Only thing I wish I had was a manicure and pedicure lol. Pricey yes but great ambiance and service. Definitely will be returning!

Horrible experience. Total waste of money. I went for foot reflexology. The staff who did my foot reflexology was so confused about what it includes and she asked me questions like is it full leg or half. She was highly unprofessional. They didn’t even have chair for foot massage. They made me lie down and the lady barely used any oil or lotion for my massage.Please don’t go there. It’s a total waste of money and time.

I would say that this a good spa a bit pricey. I would never spend 95 bucks to have some wash my face and put lotion on so I won’t be returning for a facial. However the massage is hit or miss depending on who you get. I was a little persistent about wanting a deep tissue massage and wanting a good massage. As pastime I spent $600 but didn’t feel like Nicholas Cage in Face off when was he was singing Hallelujah. This time I got Monica and she is the best for deep tissue the 90 minutes was heaven. While they don’t use oil and massage for about 40 minutes with a sheet over you which I am still trying to understand the concept. The other half of the massage they use lotion. It’s a 24hr spot that’s pretty cool to be available to go anytime you want. Overall the staff is nice most don’t speak English reception does speak English she was very nice as well. I can say the staff is definitely great.

Its okay for a small spa in midtown, I went late so it wasnt crowded but I feel like its over priced. They have 3 pools but they all are small, they can only hold 3 ppl per pool. The facilities is A bit dated and the locker rooms are small but its a nice first experience to a bath house spa.

This was my second time a Juvenex spa. Celebrating my birthday with a bit of self care. I received a body scrub and 60 minutes massage. Both services was wonderful. I plan on returning in a few months.

Very convenient location, clean and neat place.A little bit pricy, but will definately come back again. They are open 24/7.Service is professional and formal, could be a little bit more sincere (people like to see emotions).Just a few steps from the Herald Square, on 32nd Street.Also, there is an excellect sellection of different Asian restaurants nearby.

The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. She was able to explain the different services and options within the package, which my boyfriend and I chose the Basic Couples package. There are separate changing rooms for men and women where there are lockers to store your belongings with a combination code you create on the spot. There’s also 2 sinks with a few items like lotion, a hair dryer, a few shareable items (which I didn’t use personally but they were available).They provide a robe, towel and sandals (slides) after checking in. The first room we went into had 2 massage beds along with a jacuzzi paired with a champagne bottle + 2 glasses. If I didn’t read any reviews before coming here, I wouldn’t have known they can provide disposable bathing suits for both men and women if you didn’t bring your own bathing suit so I wish the staff was a bit more communicative and inquired about our needs. The 2nd room we went into before our experience was over was the actual massage room. We had our massages together and the masseuse I had was a bit rough in the beginning since they didn’t really use any oil or lotion until later but eventually eased up a bit. I’m curious to see what the body scrub would’ve been compared to the massage but overall it was okay! The staff was kind and patient if we needed an extra 5 mins to gather our belongings and if we didn’t finish our champagne in the jacuzzi room, we were able to finish the bottle before we left :)

This place used to be a favorite but since they stopped allowing visitors to experience the sauna and dipping pool on the main floor, it has been subpar. This change was prior to Covid-19, apparently for renovations. It’s been well over two years now and still no change. Not really worth the splurge otherwise.

I purchased a couples massage on 7/28/2020 for my lady and I. I paid $430....after taxes $470. The package says seasonal fruit & complimentary beverages. I never received any fruit, but I did received a bottle of wine in a basket with no ice....two plastic cups with two 16oz bottle of water. They never left any kind of cork screw for us to enjoy the wine while in the spa....I took my bottle home. The packaged also bragged about a private soaking tub bursting with fresh tropical flowers & aroma therapy candles....dont be fooled. No flowers or any aroma therapy what so ever. Just a jacuzzi with a small dish of blue salt for scrubbing. Jacuzzi was cracked on top...missing a few parts and IT IS VERY SMALL. Two ppl will be very uncomfortable in this jacuzzi. The place was clean. My massage was nice. I like the hours....but I will not be going back anytime soon. $470 is very overpriced for the services I received. If I come back....I will purchase a massage....for the right price.

Spa is very clean but dont do the hydrotherapy message for 2 the tub is to small you would think you should have your own tub for 85$ per person a complete waste so dont let the picture fool you on their website its not designed like that at all will never use them again also heard a customer state that her message was not good find another soa.

Decent spa in Koreatown. Leaves a little to be desired.So I was very much looking forward to this spa and the couples package but I must say it was a bit underwhelming. For some background, I have been to a few different spas so I had high expectations (especially for the price of the couples package, $400+).The hot tub we were promised was small and frankly uncomfortable. The private room was sort of an afterthought. The bubbly was okay, and the seasonal fruits were kind of a joke (pictured). There were no aromatherapy candles and no fresh flowers as advertised.The soak tubs that they have out were actually concerning. In the 3 hours we were there we realized that not once was the water circulated/changed.The staff was friendly, albeit disorganized. The saving grace of the spa was that it is open 24/7, has a nice atmosphere, and the massage was decent.Bottom line, I would go here if this is your first time and want to take advantage of the hours. I dont think I will be going back anytime soon. I was interested in their other treatments but I was honestly turned off by the whole experience. Make sure to explore your options before booking.

So me and my girlfriend got the basic couples getaway package, we had our appointment at 11 assuming not to many people will be there that early, we were running 15 mins late and i called ahead to let them know, and the women responded by saying how they dont know if they could hold our appointment and we would have to get there to see the next available slot, which was my first sign that this place wasnt the best. Once we got there we were charged an extra 60 dollars for taxes and fees making the grand total 530, I was then charged twice because the machine glitched. I will say the front desk lady by the name of Nadia was apologetic and was willing to help with the extra charge if need be. We are then taken down stairs and are told to wait in the salt room A plain room wit a bucket of salt in the middle. After waiting 15 mins they put two other couples in the same room. Im not the biggest covid stickler but it wasnt the most comfortable setting. They then take us to the celebrity room which is laughable at best. It was plain room with tile floors, tacky lights , two massage beds and tub in the corner. There was no seasonal fruits, only two Ferraro Roches, no candles, only fake valentines day flower decorations. Thank god they at least gave us a cheap bottle of proseco. Overall the ambiance was very tacky and felt very rushed. The tub barely fit me and my girlfriend and the water was luke warm. Since alot of people were coming in that day for the Couples package it felt as those each couple was getting moved in and out of that room for the Jacuzzi. Im not very confident the tub was very hygienic, def looked alil shabby. We are then taken from the room and brought out for our massages. At first the staff while nice were very unorganized and didnt know where to bring us. They then usher us to the elevator and brought us into a office space that was very poorly repurposed into a massage area with tables. It hard to stress how non-relaxing and unsettling this room felt definitely not what I pictured for my Spa Getaway. We were also not even asked if we wanted a scrub or a massage. So the massage starts and she is extremely rough with me. I personally like deep tissue but most would have probably hated my massage. She also used no lotion for the first 20 mins which was quite painful. She also scratched my neck with her nails. Eventually she had to run downstairs to get lotion leaving me for 10 mins. I would also like to highlight even though she was touching elevators and other things no one washed their hands before massaging me and my girlfriend, which you know is a lil unsettling. She also was touching my face and mask as well, which was not asked for. For the rest of the day I was actually in more pain then I came in with. On the other hand my girlfriend said her massage was terrible and her masseuse barely massaged her, only rubbing her body over the towel. If you dont want to read all that, all in all the Couples Package is 100% not worth it. I dont know if they were just busy because of Valentines day but the staff is nice but pretty unorganized, facilitys that they took us to were cheap and tacky and very overpriced. Would not recommend, this also my first google review ever so I wouldnt writing all this if I didnt mean it

The most overpriced spa in the whole of New York. Really bad experience and super expensive with pathetic facilities. One of the biggest mistakes to go there for a therapy. Absolute waste of money!!!

Great place and great people and service

I came 3am In the morning and I was alone, as in no guest was in the facility and at my surprise even Im the only client, they filled up the jacuzzi tub all three of them just for me and let me roam around freely around the spa. I had a great time even if nobody else is present. It was peaceful and very very clean and the workers are so friendly that it fascinating even for me.

After using the jacuzzi, a day after I developed Jacuzzi folliculitis. This due to not cleaning and disinfecting the hot tub. I will not go to this place no more. Also the bathroom toilet was extremely dirty as well. I Have to see a dermatologist now because of this. This happened a day after using the JacuzziThanks.

Amazingly friendly environment. We had a couple massage and then we used the saunas. They brought us tea and pineapple:) then we visited the pools where we had a lot of fun. Totally recommending this experience. Good price too.

Ive had a lot of massages in my life and this was by far the best ever. My masseuse, Micki (spelling? sorry!) was incredible. She found every single spot that hurt on my body. It was so relaxing and seemed way longer than an hour. I will definitely be back!

Last year the experience was a solid five star (excellent); this year I felt rushed due to some office holiday group event following my session so its a three. Im giving four stars overall. The experience really depends on timing. Next time I think Ill try Sojo for the Korean spa experience.

We came here for my sister’s bachelorette party and it exceeded our expectations! We had seven girls and were a bit hung over from the festivities the night before so we ended up getting there a little late and they were very sweet and accommodating. We all got the energy healing massage and it was AMAZING. Every single girl in our group was so happy with their massages. The ladies that worked there were so sweet. I personally had Sunny. She was amazing and it was so relaxing. After our massages we had access to the sauna and bath area. It felt so nice to just chill out and relax with the group. We will definitely be coming back. Great time

Nice quiet spa open 24 hours, payment is for 3 hours, they have a great staff with very good service, not too many saunas and only 3 small tubs cold warm and hot.At night times you must be covered all the time even when youre taking the shower you cant get undressed completely which sucks a bit, but overall great experience

I was skeptical but the place is great and service is wonderful. I went for a Body scrub & Massage and they were helpful in recommending how to prep your skin before doing the body scrub. They’re always making sure you’re okay. They provide a one time use of a bathing suit. It’s a co-ed bath and private scrub area as well as massage area.

Their pampering experience is above and beyond. I appreciate their attention. Definitely recommend for me time.

It was very 1st time at a spa. My daughter insisted i go because i was depressed from my mom passing away. This spa helped me tremendously. I enjoyed the lemon bath & my cream massage. Body was relaxed & skin was sorft & shiny. I need to go back.

I had a good time with my GF however the massage was mediocre for me. My GF enjoyed hers which I guess was the point. We had the couples massage which was very romantic and gave us some much needed alone time. Would come back for sure.

No photos, obviously; I went at 9pm on a Thursday, so a co-ed time; it was me and a group of girlfriends chatting. (they seemed really cool but I didnt want to intrude!) I had a great deal of fun soaking in the lemon tub, ginseng tub, and the steam room -- everything is very clean and well-maintained. The slippers are pretty narrow, so if you have wide feet, go up a size; also, theyll give you a single-use bathing suit, so you dont actually have to pack one.Finally, after treatments (I got the scrub; highly recommend; I lost 2lb in dead skin that night), you get tea and pineapple! How delightful.

I had an excellent experience on a weekday afternoon. I had booked in advance a scrub, adding a 30 minute massage at a daytime discount rate. The space was not crowded and peaceful. Mimi took care of me from start to finish, including the scrub, hairwashing, massage, facial and tea and fruit after. I enjoyed the dry and wet saunas first, as well as a dip in the warm pool. The only complaint was that the area where the scrub was done was colder than ideal, but there was plenty of warm water and warmer times to come.

I didnt get a massage but friendly staff and good atmosphere. I made the mistake of laying down in the sauna and steam rooms(on a towel). I also sat in the dry room with my back on a big fluffy chair(with a robe on). The next day I noticed a massive breakout of very small white heads all over my back. I have somewhat sensitive skin but havent had breakouts in years, and never on my back. I must have leaned against something that is rarely cleaned and the dirt seriously irritated my skin. I think it was the fluffy chair in the dry room since I sat there the longest and it looked like a really awkward chair to clean. Be careful what you lean your back on if youve got sensitive skin. Do that and you should enjoy yourself.

Came here on a Sunday night. I dont remember the name of the package, but I had a private jacuzzi for 30 minutes, body scrub, massage, and free access to the area for a while.Overall a good experience, but somewhat expensive for what it was. Id imagine there are better spas with the same prices, although no one has better hours. Having to go through the public elevators twice in a robe during the visit wasnt great. The staff mostly didnt speak English well.It was mostly empty when I entered. The process was simple enough. I brought my own wine because I had heard their wine was cheap, and they were accommodating, storing it in a fridge while I got ready. They asked my shoe size and gave me slippers. They gave me a locker and offered a second one, though one was enough for me. The locker had an electronic combination lock, and you create your own combination.I was given a robe and disposable swimming trunks. The private room I changed in looked like an office conference room turned into a wash room, though the glass walls and doors were frosted. The trunks were made of a black paper-like material that reminds me of hospital gowns. Thin and very slightly see-through, though with their dim lighting that really wasnt an issue.After changing and storing my belongings in a locker, I waited a bit in the salt room, as they were setting up the jacuzzi room. It was a medium-size round room with wooden walls and a few benches. There were containers of Himalayan sea salt against the walls. (The area was supposedly under water millions of years ago, so the name isnt as dumb as it sounds). Warm, though not as warm as a sauna. Im sure people will attest to the benefits of the salt room, though it didnt do much for me.The jacuzzi room was a large tiled room that probably doubled as a body scrub room. The jacuzzi was probably nicer when it was newer. It was still a fine experience, though there was a crack on the side and the walls of the room were mildewy near the tub. They set up a table with cups of water, some sliced pineapple, and a bottle of wine in a bucket of ice. Their wine was Verdi spumante (5% alcohol)--basically the cheapest sparkling wine you can get. They brought in my wine too, plus plastic champagne flutes.The body scrub was next. Not sure why they didnt just use the room I was in. We took the public elevator to the next room, on the fourth floor. The scrub was fine. They use exfoliating sponges or cloths to scrub away excess dead skin. Not meant to be fun in and of itself, but the results were interesting. My skin felt like it had been moisturized, for the next day or so.I dried off and changed into a new pair of disposable trunks, and waited in another salt room. After maybe ten minutes, we went into the massage room on the same floor. Mostly a standard body massage with a cucumber mask. Enjoyable, but not memorable.After that, I hung out for a while at something resembling a bar (I dont think they served alcohol there). Had to take the public elevators again. They didnt mention a time limit, but I sat at the bar for about 30 minutes.

Im in giving them 5 stars because there amenities are great for the price. This place is clean, and very nice. They provide you a robe and disposable bathing suit .I got a scrub and massage. My massage and scrub was very good. I really liked they have four different kind detox room and three different soaking tubs one that is warm with lemon the other that is very hot and icecold bath. Overall it is a good Korean spa for super special and luxurious.

Pros-All the different areas we were in looked clean and though it was very humid it smelled herbal. The massages werent memorable but the ladies were very nice. Cons- The dim lighting -everywhere- made the place seem dreary and gray, not relaxing They only had curtains as a form of privacy in the room I was in with my sister. Thank God it was just my sister and I. I did see some private rooms but they didnt put us in a couples room.

For the amount of money they charge for services the masseuse were subpar at best. I left with the same kinks and soreness that I came in with, they could at least provide an $8 to $10 bottle of wine for their guests. They get 3 stars for cleanliness & politeness.

It’s clean. but there are WAY better spas around. especially for the price. you get one room with a few different tubs and 2 different igloos. got a scrub, was freezing the entire time. for the price, you can go to spa castle or king spa multiple times. but we were the only ones there for a majority of the time so it can be a more intimate experience.

Almost about to give up since 8.30pm google showed me all the spas as closed. And luckily we found this place. 24/7 open. Excellent service, cleaness and spa. When I go to get a massage I like the person who is giving me the massage not to have an attitude the girl who was giving me a massage had an attitude like she did not want to be there so in the future when I go back I definitely wont use her.The voice recognition program sucks after having this post up for several weeks or months I Got a notification from my phone that someone liked the review when I read it I realize there was some clerical errors I must sincerely apologize thank you.

I wish I could give negative amount of stars and its mainly because of the horrible unprofessional nasty people who work here! Where to begin...right away the staff greeting you and signing you in were all extremely rude didnt even say hi, welcome she basically threw the clipboard at me and told me to just sign my name and didnt take any other info from me didnt card me before serving champagne to me and then they tried to steal my cell phone!!! My friend recorded the incident and the staff ended up giving my phone to a complete stranger who was kind enough to give it back to me!.I asked for a manager and was denied any sort of help whatsoever other then being cheap and 24hrs this place was a grimy sleazy establishment and the pool is super tiny and the salt room was literally dirt and sand not salt at all...waste of and hour trip from long island HIRE NEW STAFF

Staff a little unorganized but were able to take our couples massage walk in appointment right away.Bath for two smaller then the picture and water was very hot upon arrival but nice experience.Comfy robes given and couples massages were enjoyable. No lotion for the first 1/4 of experience but still very relaxing.We will be back!

Warning: this place does not use any sanitation in the tubs. We asked if there was chlorine and they said no, nothing but water. They only put water in to make it hot again and were there an hour and did not see them empty the tubs. There are things that are transmitted through water. People didnt shower before getting in after the saunas either. There is no sanitation etiquette.

Bought the $425 couples package. Got there 12 pm for our appointment. Had the couples massage (excellent) and the private jacuzzi (excellent) but was then told we couldnt use the rest of the facilities (which is included in the package) because its women only at that time. Why would they allow a couple to book at noon if they couldnt use the entire facility?So, at 1:30pm, an hour and a half after being there, we had to leave because there was simply nothing else to do. Not worth $425 as I kinda got ripped off.

This is the best location.Clean, spacious, quiet, not crowded. Please take advantage of all their amenities which include the whirlpool, eucalyptus wood sauna, steam room, large showers, lounge, quiet room & solarium- You name it, this place has it! You wont regret it and you definitely wont want to leave.

After reading these reviews I wasnt sure about my body scrub appointment at Juvenex. I came anyway because what they do is exactly what I was looking for when I decided I wanted to lose all dead skin cells for my birthday to start my new year off with a clean slate. Im glad I stuck with my choice.I couldnt find any recent reviews so Im writing one.Juvenex is open 24 hours according to the signs, and during most of the daylight hours it is only open to women. If Im remembering correctly, co-ed hours start at 5pm (but you should double check). I signed up for the body scrub and half-hour massage package and I was not disappointed.Some reviews say they use Ivory soap or Irish Spring for the scrub. I didnt see what they used but I really dont care. What matters to me are the results. My attendant, Mary used a scrubbing glove and whatever soap or solution they have and I saw tons of dead skin being sloughed away. I started to worry that I wouldnt have any skin left but Mary knew my limits and as far as I can tell, I dont even have a scratch on me. The scrub was thorough and the massage that followed - in a different room, was gentle and soothing as Mary applied a creamy lotion all over my body.Some things to note:1. I thought the spa facilities were clean and pretty. Some areas could use a bit of updating or fixing but those werent the areas in use (except for the shower area, which was still okay). The sauna and steam room were fantastic. The heat was great in both. The 3 tubs have no jets and are very pretty and well situated in their section of the spa. They are all a bit small but I was the only one using each at the time and I was able to stretch my 58 frame fully. I think the tubs are ideally intended to be used by a single person, couple, or maybe several friends as a group, and that worked for me because when I was at Juvenex, I think they scheduled the day so that each person - or group - would have the sole use of the each unit (sauna/steam/tub) BEFORE their scrub.2. There is a slight language barrier with some of the staff but they are generally very attentive and well-meaning.3. If you have issues with nudity, you will have issues with the scrub. I dont have those issues so I dont know if they make any special accomodations. Be advised, there are several scrubbing tables side-by-side in the scrub area and while I was on the table two other women were brought in and scrubbed too. The next person over was less than four feet away from me. Some of the other reviews did prepare me for this. I wasnt completely at ease with it but it wasnt a big deal for me.4. Im tall with a thicker than average frame and many treatment tables are slightly too narrow or short for me. I usually have to tuck my hands under my hips or thighs so they dont fall off the table (not suitable for relaxation)! The treatment tables at Juvenex were actually wide enough for my comfort. A plus! Also, the scrub table was naturally covered with a thick, clear vinyl over the padded cushion so that the water, soap and dead skin cells can be washed away easily while still ensuring my comfort as I lay on it.Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Juvenex and will gladly return!

If your are longer for a place to relax and to spend your day off. You should try this place. Facilities are so nice and great. People who do the service here are so very nice and professional.All your body pain will be gone and thats a promise. All I can say to this place is perfect.Cant wait to spend my another day off to this place.

I went to get a massage here and left some rings as a watch in the robe and a watch.. when called them they said they had it.. since I don’t live in Manhattan.. when I called again to set up a day to pick upMy stuff they said they didn’t have no items matching my stuff.. very disappointed

My sister and I had an appointment on July 1st it was our first time here and the experience and the staff were amazing. The massages were great and we loved the sauna and the herbal steam room. My sister and I made a vow to come to Juvenex Spa at least twice a month this is gonna be our spa for now on. We cant wait to go back this Spa is a thumbs up.

WASTE OF MONEY! I went with my friend and the whole spa smelled! Nothing was clean about it. When we went to do a body scrub they had a garbage can filled with water. They used ivory soap NOT body scrub!! They told us to get fully naked with attitude. Giving us a hard scrub didn’t get to enjoy it at all! They yelled at my friend to get up!! Threw our bathing suits at us and rushed us to get out! Nasty towels they were giving us. The steam room was nice but the staff and body scrub was disgusting I would not go back! It was sketchy once you walk in the building. Nothing was relaxing about the spa at all. DO NOT GO SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

I LOVE JUVENEX SPA! This is my 4th time going. Today I had Full Body Scrub and a facial with extractions. Maria is the best. If you shower and think your skin is clean, once you get a body scrub and get your skin exfoliated and see the dry skin. WOW! The experience was relaxing and amazing. I will.be exfoliating on my own more often. The hostess she is very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this spa to everyone. There are so many things you can get done there. When I want to relax and get pampered i go to.Juvenex.The sauna is awesome. Couples, singles, groups. I traveled all the way from Queens to Manhattan and bumped into my sister there. Its A Wonderful Experience!

During Covid no spa. I took massage. It was good. 130 dollars.

My favorite spot in NY for a massage or facial! Always smells great, the front desk staff is friendly, and the masseuses and estheticians are all professional! Its surprisingly quiet inside, even being right off of busy Highland! Couples massages are great and they even let you sit in a room to decompress beforehand with wine, apple slices, cheese, crackers, and a lovely fireplace view!

Loved the overall atmosphere. Came with 4 other women, and wish could all have stayed and been pampered in the same area. They provide disposable under garments, but were haphazard in who got what...I got bottoms, but no top, while all the other women I was with got both. Loved the scrub! And they freshly peeled the cucumber to cover your entire face during the message.

This place when you walk in isn’t a nice spa feeling. Then when you go to the room for a private jacuzzi for 2 the tub was to small for two people. When the forty min expired for the jacuzzi and was time for my massage one of the workers just walked in on us to tell us times up, no knocking on the door just a walk in while we weren’t dressed properly. Nasty. I just couldn’t believe it and then they walked in again with out knocking I wouldn’t recommend this place to fast and I wouldn’t go back. This is for $400 a treatment I would expect better treatment and service than that

I absolutely LOVE this place : -) . When I am in NYC I take a trip there every chance I get. I happened upon Juvenex about 5 years ago.The best massages! After my steam the masseuse got on my back with her hands and knees and kneaded my back like it was pizza dough. FELT AMAZING. After I relaxed at the fruit/water bar. Soooooo relaxing. I was a little sore the next few days but by day two........ I was a new person.

I had a massage with June. She was lovely!Place was clean, organized and efficient.Massage was a little pricey, but its NY and it was a great hour of attention to detail, finished with water, tea and a sweet pineapple at their bar.Would have stayed longer, but its all co Ed, and i wasnt feeling the bikini they gave (no way in hell it would fit..lol) and there were lookey loo dudes at the bar.Wish they had a female only section, weeks have stayed for a long time.

Nice staff. I went there over the week so it wasnt very crowded. I loved the idea of womens only time. Thermo stone massage was amazing.. thanks coucou

I went with my cousin we had the best and most warm, relax and well worth every penny experience ever. The staff was great well experience an educated and made sure we got all we needed to have a great spa day. Definitely will be returning.

To me it was not a good experience. I normally go to spas to relax and help with my anxiety. This place did not help at all. I kinda ran out of it because I was about to get an anxiety attack there. The saunas are small and so dark. Health hazard for me. Because of my anxiety I need to sleep with some lights unless Im with someone who I trust. My and my friend went there she loves to get massages to me theyre overpriced. I can get the same exact treatment for the same exact time at half the price at Josephine spa by upper manhattan. Yes it was clean staff was extremely nice but to me it didnt feel welcoming it was just a health hazard for my situation.

Very pricey ($50) And the water was lukewarm, dirty and just sad. The front desk lady tried to be nice and everything but I had a bad vibe about the whole place and if you go late, theres night clubs around and the boom boom makes it everything but relaxing. Will never go here again and was a waste of my money.

I have been here once, in September, and will return again on Monday. I have been to many spas in the U.S., and have been getting massages for decades, and I have never encountered a place like Juvenex. The body scrub was relaxing and rejuvenating, and my skin felt like BUTTAH! The subsequent massage was perfect. The place is clean, a little mysterious, and the elevators are slow. But the the vibe is perfect for relaxation, and just being yourself. LET IT GO.....

Great value for money day spa - with comfortable and clean facilities. I had a basic purifying spa package straight after a red eye flight, and I felt rejuvenated afterwords. The scrub reminded me of a Turkish hammam, maybe to tough for some, but just what I required. The massage was excellent. The spa bath / sauna circuit is basic, but calming and fulfills its purpose.

Had champagne and fruit after a very nice and relaxing hr hot stone massage. Michelle was awesome. Front desk was very friendly. I will for sure be going back.

Pls save your money and do not make a trip here. My friend and I decided to go here because we needed a little stress reliever. Upon walking in, there was a really bad smell in the entire spa. It did not at all smell like chlorine or cleanliness. We say in two sauna rooms which were okay, then proceeded to get a Korean body scrub. This started by being ushered into a small area and two ladies followed and told us to get naked, completely naked. They then told us to lay down On a plastic bed that didn’t even look well sanitized. They had a garbage bin filled with water and bowls floating around in it. Once the scrub began they put on what felt like 2$ gloves and IRISH SPRING SOAP! to do the scrub. I was so disappointed that the scribe wasn’t with their hands and no lavender sea salt type of smell. They used the bowls and garbage can of hot water to throw water over your body as they scrubbed. The face mask was about 2 minutes and didn’t feel rejuvenated at all!!! The pool looked dirty and had whole lemons in it. How will the lemons help us if they weren’t even sliced!? There were lots and pans and plates banging throughout our entire stay which made it hard to be comfortable. There was also a topless female which they didn’t care about which was also a little comfortable. My friend as I wasted our money for sure. NOT worth 130$. If you want a real spa, skip this place. It was super sketchy and they blocked the elevator for us to leave because we didn’t want to top. DONT GO

Massage was decent at best. Barely any oil. My face was covered with a towel throughout the whole ordeal. Felt like I was being suffocated. She wasted a bunch of time doing the same things over and over and I ended up feeling like I wasted 150 for nothing.

I took my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary and Juvenex did not disappoint. I purchased the couples exclusive package. The hot tub was in a private room, which included champagne and fruit. The body scrub and sauna was great. Finally, the best part of all the couples massage. My body was loose and relaxed. My only complain was the location of the area. Also bring your own bathing suit. The disposible ones given are flimsy. Overall, a great experience.

The staff on the phone is incredibly rude and utterly unhelpful. We called and asked questions because their website was having a domain connection issue, preventing us from seeing prices. We were told by the woman on the phone that she didnt have time to deal with you because its Valentines day weekend. A simple quote on their basic package would have taken only a moment, at least if were to believe this employee is as well trained as she seems to think she is. Find other spas that have the time to actually respect you as a customer. God forbid you want that apparently.
