The clinic administrators were friendly and helpful working with my emergency appointments and had good at explaining the different options for treatment. I had my first tooth implant at Centre Dental. Dr. Shi is very kind and very skillful. His hand is very gentle when performing operation. I did not feel any uncomfortable at all. Dr. Shi is very patient to listen and answer my questions. He explained to me about nerve position on jaw bone and the positioning of implanted tooth. His professional explanation cleared my long time worries on possibly damage of nerve system when having implant. After Dr. Shi showed me some 3D images of nerve on jaws, for optimum result, I ordered my 3-D imaging that was performed in a mobile van right in front of my home. May was very helpful on coordinating the 3-D imaging. Staffs are very nice and helpful. I am very happy with my implant. Thank you very much Dr. Shi, May, and Centre Dental.

I enjoyed my visit to Dr. John Shis clinic. I got my top two wisdom teeth extracted, and it was a much easier operation than I was expecting it to be. Dr. Shi worked through it and remained very patient and caring, although there were moments when I wanted to punch him.

Dr Shi and Hygienist their service has been amazing and consistent over the years. He is articulate and able to communicate exactly what is needed and why it helps.Everyone at the office is friendly. There is entertainment in the waiting area. I was here recently and they have taken extra precautionary measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19 (temp check, gloves, and hand sanitizer for patients) which was reassuring.

Great experience, no wait times and extremely helpful staff. They have an office number you can text at any time which is a nice thing to have.

Dr. Shi and his work ethic may have saved my husbands life. We had spent a week with my husband in excruciating pain from an infection, getting punted from one dentist to another, all narrow specialists, all useless. This infection can turn septic and kill the patient if left untreated. All the other dentists wanted to do was take x-rays (none of the actual place of infection) and consult -- and bill our insurance for it. Only Dr. Shi and his availability in an emergency and willingness to take action and do his job as a dentist helped us. My husband is recuperating, and I will be taking my dental business to Dr. Shi from now on.

Knowledgeable and super helpful office staff and dentist. They do go out of their way to accommodate their patients. I have been coming to this practice for over 7 years now. Strongly recommend this place!

In the interim, I also had two dental emergencies and Dr. Shi made time in his busy schedule to take care of my dental issues on a moments notice. Pleasant office, attentive staff. Mei, Dr. Shis assistants, is outstanding at handling the financial aspect, insurance coverage and other matters, Thank you Dr. Shi for delivering quality care at reasonable and affordable prices.Dr. Shi is a graduate from the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons with further studies on gums (which was of interest to me), moreover, he won the Patients Choice Award (2016) to me thats important, it means solid knowledge combined with patient care. I highly recommend his practice to my friends and anyone that may be in need of a dentist.
