Dr. Alexander Lezhansky is the first specialist who did not blame my teeth for the problem I have had. Before him, I was told by a few reputable specialists that my teeth are spaced too far apart, and it would not be possible to fix them with the Invisalign. Their solution to improve my smile was to put crowns on the top of my somewhat worn and widely spaced teeth. I am so glad I’ve met Dr.Lezhansky! “The Impossible” became real with his unorthodox mathematical (Geometrical?) decision of how to deal with my teeth by using Invisalign and veneers. 8 month later I have a beautiful smile I’ve never thought would be possible, with all my teeth alive!!! All dentists I had seen before were nice people, but it takes an expert (Genius?) to see outside the box. It takes an intellectual to think through and resolve the problem. It takes an artist to create the “final picture” a masterpiece. It takes a good person to Work WITH you. My new smile took off years from my face (“at least 10”, as per my mother :)). I was experiencing a lot of pain (during covid times) and had to find a new dentist for an immediate root canal and fillings. Dr. Lezhansky saved me! He was an exceptional dentist. The office is lovely and he did great work. My teeth are completely fixed and I experienced almost no discomfort post surgery. I highly recommend for any dental procedure.

If there are issues/concerns, he can talk about them without trying to scare you. They do their best to make you comfortable during teeth cleanings. The cleanings are thorough but gentle. Their office is well run. My appointments always start on time.

Dr. Alexander Lezhansky is an exceptional dentist. Since 2011, he’s helped me with everything from routine semi-annual cleanings to fixing alignment and bite (quick, easy round of Invisalign and custom retainer) to fixing sensitivity (I used to have highly sensitive teeth, which are now completely back to normal) to making tiny chips disappear. Dr. Lezhansky is also very personable and friendly. The Bright Smile Design office is always pristine and the staff is delightful. I cannot say enough nice things about this dental practice!

He assured me that all will be fine, and it was. He is compassionate, sensitive and brilliant. I needed a dentist and my friend referred me to Dr. Lezhansky. I am very anxious about dental work, but I had an emergency and made an appointment with Dr. Lezhansky. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He explained to me in detail what had to be done in order to save my tooth. I have never had a dentist explain procedures to me in such detail. I felt right away that I was in good hands. I scheduled an appointment for a crown and he did an great job! Since then I come every six months for a check up and a cleaning. His staff is very professional as well. I highly recommend Dr Lezhansky to all my friends and family.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lezhansky for many years and had a denture. Dr. Lezhansky was recommending for me to get dental implants during that time. Finally I decided to get the dental implants. I needed to have all my upper teeth replaced and sinus bone grafting done. Dr. Lezhansky placed all the implants in one operation and gave me temporary teeth. Now I have my permanent teeth and I could not be happier. Dr Lezhansky and his team are very gentle and knowledgeable. I recommended him to all my friends because I am very happy with the results and how he performed the procedure.

I came to see dentist for an invisalign consultation, Dr. Lezhansky explained all the options to me including veneers which he suggested. After sending my molds to invisalign we were informed that it would take close to a year for something that I thought would have taken shorter of the time. Dr. Lezhansky was very good at explaining a different option to me recommending non prep veneers. As a result I had a beautiful smile within one week. I would recommend my dentist to all my friends
